    Couldnt be anymore happier with our brand new porch and deck courtesy of Archadeck. Coming into wanting to do this project, we were unsure of what exactly could be done and who to contact. Right from the start, TJ was very helpful and explained every detail so that we completely understood what would be done. He was always available to contact and honest when it came to pricing. I would definitely recommend due to their customer first quality service that many places seem to lack these days.

    We were and are still thrilled with the project completed by Archadeck. There was a slight problem with settling the first year, and TJ replaced more than needed on a schedule that fit with us. Our project consisted of bringing in material to level a slope, installing over 800sf of patio pavers, and replacing a multi-level deck with a privacy wall. I would highly recommend Archadeck.

    TJ is an ace. In 2023, he and his team helped us design a large pergola covering our bluestone patio. The installation was executed perfectly and completed ahead of schedule. Importantly, he’s also a gentleman and incredibly customer oriented- at one point in the process, the manufacturer had made a mistake in the design, and TJ bore the additional cost of correcting their mistake. Best contractor I have worked with in the state hands down- I would highly recommend him.

    Our goal was to expand the living area of our small ranch house for use as both dining and sitting areas and to do so in the manner of a 4-season sunroom. We contacted Archadeck of Central Maine and were very pleased at how easy the initial consultation was regarding the design phase and cost estimates. TJ Langerak was easy to work with and we finally had several design aspects ironed out. We appreciated the honest and professional manner in which this project was designed and supervised. All aspects from excavation, pouring the concrete foundation to carpentry, roofing and wiring were done in an exceptionally professional manner.I was especially pleased at how the gable roof was seamlessly integrated to the main house roof. Also the conversion of a large picture window in the kitchen/dinette area to the sunroom entrance door plus sidelight worked out well. That plus electric radiant heat and ceramic tile have yielded a cozy environment.We have greatly appreciated the honest, professional contracting services provided by TJ Langerak (and the Archadeck organization). The highest quality materials, exceptional carpentry along with an easy manner of communication with the contractor led to this well-built Sunroom.Central Maine Archadeck brought our initial vision to completion and we now will enjoy this beautiful add-on living area.We highly recommend this company to anyone planning a future sunroom or other outdoor living project.

    We had a composite deck installed around our 20x40 in ground pool. Archadeck helped with the layout and material list. The installation was amazing.     TJ was very professional. Talked to us about every detail. Heard all of our concerns and made plans to fulfill all of our needs. I rarely experience this level of professionalism with a contractor. The quality of the work by his team was top notch. He designed the deck, had a crew demolish the old one and build the new one. Had a QC person come by every few days to check the work. In the end, TJ met with us and asked if there were any things that needed finishing. We talked, created a small list and it was done in a few hours. I was so worried about hiring a contractor for our deck from scratch and TJ made this painless. I would hire again!

    We consider ourselves very lucky to have found TJ and Archedeck of Central Maine to fulfill our desire to turn our 20-year-old wooden deck into what is now an absolutely outstanding screened porch.     Building a home during a pandemic has been an adventure. About the only thing there were no surprises about was my beautiful new porch!TJ came and listened to what I was looking for and a few weeks later, the plans he presented where exactly what I had pictured in my head.The building team was amazing.     I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. Itll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!

They were prompt, professional and extremely neat at the worksite and in addressing the clean-up! We have received many many favorable comments from neighbors and pedestrians passing our home.     At this time of the deck installation... shortages in materials and labor and high prices I found Archadeck reasonable.They had a three man crew most of the time showing up on time every day to install a new 16×20 deck from the second story. They also did repair work to my front porch and installed new composit steps. I found that they go by standards and code. I was happy with everything, my wife on the other was unhappy with the design of the porch steps. She was visualizing steps that had a longer run a wider step that was boxed in and had a little style. They basically took the same step tread and copied it to the new steps. In the future I incourage Archadeck to ask more design questions and incourage the customer to make sure you know what you want and are expecting...dont assume the customer wants the standard style and give them options.If I had another project I wouldnt hesitate to have them give me a quote.

    We have a new outdoor space including a small open deck with attached 3 season room built by Archadeck of Central ME. They handled the demo of the old deck and construction of the new structure. The crew were polite and the owner was involved with overseeing the project and kept me updated throughout the process.     TJ and his crew were great. The scope of the project expanded due to some rot on the old deck area wall supports but he was extremely fair in dealing with time and materials on top of the original bid. The carpenters were really skilled. Pictures and communication was great. It is always a little bit of a gamble taking on a new general contractor but couldn’t recommend this team more highly. I have built and worked with many GCs over the years and TJ and his team rank up with the best.

    I contacted TJ with regards to replacing an old wooden deck with composite. From regularly scheduled appointments to routine check-ins, TJ is prompt, professional and responsive. At no point throughout the job was I left questioning the status of the project. His team was prompt, efficient, and extremely detail orientated. Their work was of exceptional quality, and Im very pleased with how well the replacement went. They made use of the original strong foundational pressure-treated wood, removed and replaced worn out pieces (floor boards and railings), and fortified the structure in areas that were not up to code. Thought was giving to the placement of each board and even the nail holes (they are perfectly even)! I consider myself a perfectionist, and they impressed me, so that is saying quite a bit! I whole-heartedly recommend their services, and will certainly contact them for future projects.

    We contacted TJ at Archadeck originally to deal with some shifting footings and a few rotten boards on our deck. TJs inspection was thorough and the work done was excellent. Because the crew discovered that nearly all of our deck boards were rotten, we ended up having Archadeck replace all of them with composite and install a new, aluminum and steel cable railing. The workmanship is excellent - our deck looks awesome! The crews attention to detail and TJs responses to my bazillion questions was reassuring. We highly, highly recommend Archadek!
