Such a great install! David called me the night before my scheduled installation to let me know he would be coming 6 hours earlier than what had been communicated previously—this was music to my ears because we’d been without a dishwasher for a week. His colleague Frank had been out the week before to haul away our old dishwasher but the new one from Costco was damaged so he ensured we would have hot water in our sink until we got a new dishwasher. Both men were courteous and professional. Highly recommend them!

I bought our dish washer through Costco but the installation was through third party . I was reading lots of negative reviews on Costco website about installing most of them were negative . But I’m super satisfied with the service direct connection provided. Adel was on time with the delivery , very knowledgeable and friendly . Our house was his last stop before he was supposeTo be off work . We were having some trouble with dishwasher connection . Adel made sure it worked perfectly fine for us even if that made him got off from work late . He was super helpful very well mannered and polite . Our dish washer works great . Thank you Adel ! We ordered a new dishwasher from Costco that was installed by Direct Connect Connections (DCC) on April 1, 2024. Juan Solorio and his co-worker were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. They Installed and ran the dishwasher to ensure it was functioning properly and provided an overview of functions, including the adjustable tray and bottle jets. Juan provided a business card and cleaned the workspace prior to leaving. This was an excellent installation experience and a good representation of quality customer service we associate with Costco and professional vendors. I would highly recommend DCC as a top quality vendor.The product we ordered: GE Top Control 45 dBA Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub, 3rd Rack, and Bottle Jets in white.We ran it for the first time and it is so quiet- if you are looking for a new dishwasher, review the specs for this GE dishwasher- you will not be disappointed.

Our dishwasher leaked every time we used it, did not dry our dishes and left a white film on everything no matter what kind of dishwasher soap we used. We purchased a new Bosch with 3 racks from Costco and absolutely love it. Our installer from Direct Connect Connections was Roger who explained everything until he knew we understood. He was amazing. To top off the installation they hauled our old dishwasher away for no extra cost. Amazing purchase and amazing installation. We will do this again next time one of our appliances go out.

We purchased a new LG Top Control wi-fi enabled towel bar handle dishwasher from COSTCO with 1 hour wash - ADEL from DCC Direct Connect Connections installed for Costco. The delivery and installations were excellent in a recorded time. The old dish washer was Haul away. ADEL not only installed but also showed the operations of the unit. A nice and polite guy top tobottom from installation to cleaning the haul away the old unit.Wish you the best.

We bought a new dishwasher through Costco and DCC is the installer they use. David Fernandez was the installer. He came after the dishwasher was installed and noted some complexities with our location. He discussed the options with us and their costs - very reasonable. He scheduled a time to come back the next morning with everything he needed. He changed out our water shutoff (which was very old) and installed the dishwasher. He was very thorough in his installation and what he told us. He cleaned up everything and took our old dishwasher away. All in all an excellent experience!

We bought a Whirlpool dishwasher from Costco Online to replace a very old Whirlpool dishwasher. The dishwasher was delivered in the morning and DCC was scheduled to install in the afternoon. David Fernandez arrived at the appointed time. He reviewed what was required to install the new dishwasher. The installation required extra length hose and fittings from the supplied parts so he gave me a quick estimate of possible extra cost. I approved the extra cost and he started the installation immediately. The installation was not normal since the lines ran across a drawer and the water valves under the sink were quite hard to reach. Even though it was a tight space, David was able to install the dishwasher and test function and fittings in a very timely manner. He cleaned the area and explained the function as he tested it. I have run the dishwasher several times and it is worked quietly and flawlessly. Overall an excellent job and experience that I would not hesitate to purchase another appliance from Costco that DCC would be the installer.

He communicated clearly when he was expecting to arrive, and did right on time.We had just moved into an old construction home a week and a half prior, so we had our hands full with unpacking and organizing.Despite the various surprises, twists, and turns this old home threw his way, Roger offered invaluable insights and solutions to circumvent them and approach the dishwasher installation in our very quirky kitchen. He also made sure to communicate everything to us so we were on the same page.Roger even offered to help us with an unrelated faucet connection that also had its own share of surprises.Despite our house being the last stop in his schedule before a holiday, Roger did not take any shortcuts.With our 11 month old and elderly folks living with us, we are grateful for his willingness to install the dishwasher, air gap, and faucet, so that we werent left in the lurch before a holiday. Recently I purchased a GE dishwasher from Costco, who used DCC as the delivery and installation company. Juan installed the new dishwasher - including removing a small wooden panel to allow the dishwasher to fit - and removed the old one with no fuss. He was extremely professional and courteous and offered to answer any questions that might arise after installation.After a week or so, I noticed GE machine was prone to condensation resulting in a small puddle of water on my kitchen floor. I spoke with Juan who advised me to replace it with a Bosch - thankfully I followed his advice and now have the perfect dishwasher.I would strongly recommend DCC and especially Juan for any appliance installation.

Victor called the day before and gave us a timeframe. He came on time, very professional, polite. He went above and beyond installing the stovetop since the measurements of countertop was a quarter inch less all around. He got his tools and got to work. Other installers will just advice to return product and get one that measures up to the counter. This was an issue with the construction of the kitchen island and he made sure to fix it since we bought the correct product. After all the work, he left our kitchen clean, just like he was never there but left us with a brand new working stovetop!I highly recommend his services! If needed, we will ask for him again. I highly recommend this company based on my experience with their employee Roger and their front office. I purchased a dishwasher from Costco with installation and removal of the old dishwasher. DCC company contacted me by text and email, setting up an installation date and providing an ETA. Roger arrived on time and he was very polite. He removed the old unit, installed the new one, and then he answered all of our questions. He explained how it worked because this model has WiFi and an app, which is new to us. He went over and above the typical installation service. Definitely call this company for your installation needs. I was very surprised by how easy and quick the post-purchase installation process was.

I purchased a dishwasher from Costco recently, and DCC provides delivery and installation service. The installation team includes Alex and Liz is very professional. They kept my kitchen clean when they unboxed the new one and removed my old one. They wear booties when they came into my house. They used a rug to protect my newly stone countertop when they laid down their tools. Alex even used a small drip pan to avoid damaging my cabinet when he removed the water hose. They prepares a trash bag and picked up all the trash when they left. A great quality service, I highly recommend them.

I have had 2 dishwashers installed separately with DCC. Both times Victor Vasquez and his partner were the installers. Each time he was excellent with communication leading up to the appointment as well as during the installation. The first one was a little tricky as the floor was not exactly level but Victor had great attention to detail and ensured it worked perfectly before leaving. They just returned to install the one in the main house and were in and out very quickly. The dishwasher looks great and is running well. Would recommend DCC and especially Victor. Thank you!

I will give 5 stars for Victor and 2.5 stars for Arturo. Arturo came and installed our dishwasher and after he left there was a drainage problem. He came back the second time and stated that the unit was faulty and that we needed to order a new dishwasher from Costco. Victor came on the third visit and immediately recognized the issue that the dishwasher valve was not properly installed by Arturo. He fixed the valve and replaced the dishwasher and now the machine works perfectly. Please book Victor if you are using DCC.

Reynaldos adjustments fit seamlessly and he went the extra mile in showing me how gaps in the ductwork had kept the exhaust fan from working efficiently, and he showed me how to attend to it in the future should it need further attention. Can’t recommend them enough! It was an absolute pleasure working with Annette and Andrew (Owners of Direct Connect Connections, who performed the removal/install). After ordering a new dishwasher from Costco, they happened to be the team dispatched to handle the install. This was our first time working with them. Not only were they professional, but extremely competent, accommodating, and just all-around great people. The dishwasher they replaced was an 18 year old Bosch. Given the changes in plumbing code since then, they informed us code now calls for new installs to include an air-gap (back-flow preventer), and they handled that with ease. Costco includes free BASIC installation with the purchase of dishwashers, so it was understandable, and not unexpected, that there was an additional, yet fair, fee for the installation of the air-gap. Same held true for their replacement of the 25+ year old dishwasher water connection valve (whose internal gaskets/seals were on their last leg). They made clean and quick work of both.After they removed the old Bosch it was revealed that the floor tile didn’t extend the entire depth of the dishwasher space, yielding a >3/4” differential between the ‘height’ of the finished floor (on which the two front feet sat) and the slab (on which the two rear feet sat). Despite their excellent efforts to adjust the feet to get the new unit level, it became clear the flooring disparity was too great, resulting in the door having a slight, but noticeably rearward/backward cant, when closed. Correspondingly, in the full open position, the door could not achieve a perfect horizontal, causing the bottom rack to slightly glide back into the dishwasher after fully pulled out.Based on prior experiences with other installers, this is usually the point where they shrug and say something along the lines of “Well, this is the best we can get it” (or say nothing at all, for that matter…). Annette and Andrew, though — they were NOT having any of that!!! (SO refreshing!!!). They brought the issue to our attention and explained they wanted it to be perfect. We did as well, and at that point it was clear this install wasn’t going to be completed in one visit. To our delight, they were going to be back in the area in 2 days, so they departed, and I went to the local hardware store, and had a 3/4” piece of plywood custom cut to cover/shim the exposed slab. Less than 48 hours later, they were back and buttoned up the install in perfect fashion.We couldn’t be happier with the job they did, and are keeping their card on file for any future installs. They are punctual at the time promised, very professionally removed the old dishwasher and installed the new dishwasher very skillfully. I just learned today that the technicians Andrew and Annette actually can help to prepare the air gap with a cheaper cost, I hope I would have known this information earlier so the dishwasher does not need to be sitting in my family room for so long.
