    I couldnt be more pleased with Electrical Pros. I called because two outlets caught fire and was worried about my homes electrical. They came right away, took their time to research the problems, found a couple other problems and work to correct the issues even though it was the end of the business day. If you need professional work,great customer service and a fair price, you will not go wrong with Electrical Pros. I have a couple more farm projects Ill be calling them for.

    We hired Electrical Pros to add a sub panel to an office in our basement. They came by first thing in the morning to assess the situation and gave us a few options on how to best tackle it while staying within our budget. The best part is they were able to do all the work on the same day and in just a few hours. Matthew, Jacob and Dylan did an incredible job, they were very knowledgeable, quick, and respectful. Before they left they made sure that everything worked properly and cleaned up after themselves.     Josh came out to give us a quote on some work. It was going to be very expensive, in fact too expensive for us to do. He helped us figure out a different solution that was even better than what we originally wanted and barely cost anything. I gratefully paid him $49 for a service call. Super impressed with his honesty and integrity.

    I do a lot of handy work around the house myself but when it comes to electricity, I want leave that to the professionals. We had a kitchen outlet melt and we wanted to know exactly what had happened. We selected Electrical Pros because they had great ratings and they were local. Great choice.     I lost power to my garage with flood lights. Freezing temps had damaged a previous repair (done by a different company). Ground line dug up and repaired properly and all issues repaired and up to code. Electrical Pros were at my house the day after my call. Excellent customer service from the support staff scheduling and follow up. The technicians doing the repairs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They worked all day to finish the job even though it rained off and on part of the day. Working with them was a good experience and I will use them again if needed.

    I hired Electrical Pros a while ago to quote and install recessed lighting in our downstairs living room. The installers (really friendly and professional) gave me some options and told me there might be some extra drywall holes as they had to pull wire down to the switches. The installation was super clean with a single cutout for me to easily patch and paint. I cant come up with a single reason as to why I wouldnt hire them again. Highly recommend.

    On 9/23 the power to my whole house went out. The electric company told me it wasnt their problem and to call an electrician.Well, I tried calling several. The only one who took the time to get back to me and was willing to come out same day, was Electrical Pros. Came out within 3 hours of my call, Josh took a look and found out the worst.Serious fire hazard risk for my home and basically the whole outside and inside needed to be done. Josh was more than happy to try to provide cheaper alternatives, even though I had already decided to go with the full shebang. I didnt feel pressured or railroaded and felt like Josh genuinely cared.Come 9/24, a mere 12 hours later, Electrical Pros is back at my house with the power company, the inspectors, they took care of all the permits and everything.That alone was well worth the price, not having to worry about all the small stuff. Super thankful to Electrical Pros for the quick and reliable service! Will absolutely use them again in the future!

    Electrical Pros arrived on time and they were not only skilled electricians but also problem solvers. The job was bigger than we thought. It required two days instead of one so they worked all day Monday AND Tuesday and left us in great shape.     We were very pleased with the service we received and will absolutely use Electrical Pros for any future needs....they came out on time (on a Friday!), gave us 3 estimate choices to re-wire our hot water heater. The choice was made and they went right to work and then discovered they needed a part they had run out of, ...they were ready to go to the local hardware however a co worker brought over the past needed to finish the job..... All done in a last call of the day and a Friday!

    I hired Electrical Pros to put in two floor mounted receptacles, a recessed TV outlet box, and several LED pancake lights in my bedroom with associated wiring and switches. They did a great job. Cleaned up any residual trash / mess from the job like they were never there. They had a rough access in the attic with all of our high ceilings and unusual shapes / heights and we had no issues. I like the fact they are family run. Hire these folks, they are good people and will do you a good job. Also the price was fair - I quoted with 4 companies. Also at least two of the team are veterans. An additional benefit for using them. If Im going to pay someone, I usually dont go wrong trusting others who have served. These guys didnt disappoint.

    Electrical Pros did an excellent job with fixing the electrical in my house. They were very honest and straightforward regarding the work that they were doing and needed to be done. Instead of finding additional problems and ignoring them, Electrical Pros notified me of each issue and presented me with several different solutions each with different quality and pricing. Having an electrician give me options is a first, but it made me feel more comfortable choosing the most expensive and safest option for my home. Electrical Pros always showed up on time and communicated well in advance when there were any issues requiring rescheduling.     This company helped us with a remodel project after a water leak in our home. They installed LED recessed lighting for us in our kitchen. They did an excellent job and were very professional in all their dealings with us. They kept their appointment times, they cleaned up after their install, and they worked hard to do a great job while they were here. They also followed up with a quick, friendly response when a dimmer switch seemed to be a problem. It was replaced and the problem resolved speedily and with a smile! I would gladly do business with this company and feel very comfortable in recommending them to my friends.

    I had two 230VAC disconnects and a 125VAC 30amp circuits installed at my house today. Both Josh and Dillon did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I almost had conduit running all along the side of my house, these guys had a better idea and executed it superbly.     While changing the batteries in my smoke detectors (I have 7), I was only able to get one changed. On the second one when I tried to reattach it, all 7 of the alarms would go off and that one continued to beep as if the battery was dead. I called Electrical Pros hoping I could get a technician out to stop the beeping or there would be no possibility of sleeping that night. Luckily, they had a technician that could come out later that afternoon.They were very professional and knowledgable. Since the alarms were more than 10 years old, they gave me 4 estimates for me to choose from. I appreciate their concern with keeping the cost within my budget. Once I had decided the best option for me, they got right to work and cleaned up when all of the alarms had been replaced. They even found an electrical issue with one of the alarms and fixed that as well.I highly recommend them. My home is now up to code and I know I am safe.

    Our oven quit working & tripped the breaker. The problem turned out to be failed connections in the wiring which partially burned some of it. It was quite a mess! Electrical Pro’s was recommended to me by my HVAC contractor so I gave them a ring. They were able to come out just a few hours later & repair the damage which was a great relief to me & my wife. They were very professional & made sure the area was picked up before they left.I was very pleased with Electrical Pro’s & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

    Office responded quickly to my message and was able to scheduled the work in a short time frame. They replaced a broken ceiling fan in room with 18-foot ceiling. As part of the service, they touched up the ceiling paint (I provided paint) to ensure that new fan mounting would not leave unpainted area from older fan mount (which was larger), quickly worked through splicing the wires, assembling and hanging the fan, and ensured that the fan and lights worked properly. This was a tough job due to ceiling height, but the two-person crew handled it professionally and carefully. Will use again if an electrical need arises.

    Around 6 pm one day last week, we realized there was a serious problem with our circuit breaker box - it was hot and producing an ominous odor. I called The Electrical Pros on recommendation of a friend, and was told someone would come in an hour. An hour later, they arrived. Good sign right there. The circuit board was melting and would soon have caught fire. They gave a written estimate for replacing the board which was in an awkward location due to old renovation, told us how to remain safe that night, came back the next morning,and finished that afternoon. Cost unchanged. In addition, they had cleaned up completely, had checked everything out throughout the house as evidenced by appliances turned back on, clocks reset; they even labeled the circuits which hadnt been done before. These guys really know their stuff and are completely professional in every way. I sure wouldnt use anyone else now.

    The price for a small job is not cheap. However the management was willing to work with us. The servicemen are nice, clean, prompt and effective. They replaced a light switch and my RING doorbell. If we need a big job done, will definitely choose Electrical Pros.     I was weary of calling a company I didn’t know but they were great! Professional honest and reasonable.Power was out this morning only to one room but the breaker seemed ok. Samir and josh arrived within a couple of hours and took their time figuring out exactly what the problem was. I mean they were very thorough. It’s a 30 year old house that has had a couple mods by previous owners that could have taken better care so I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. I like professionals that take pride in the work they do. Once they got everything figured they gave me 3 options to silence the problem today, do a more complete repair or fix everything they found. Pricing was reasonable for the couple of hours they spent working on the problem. Yeah I went with the minimal option today but I would definitely rely or call on this company again in the future. Want them to come back and evaluate my entire electrical system. I took the time to add a review that I would find useful although I don’t usually remember to do these things because I Definitely recommend.
