    Had another appliance technician come look at the double oven back in October and then never showed back to to complete work. Schroeders came out within a week of calling and then was back to finish as soon as the parts arrived. Quick and efficient, highly recommend.

    Great service and advice! We bought appliances and had them do hvac work for us as we updated our home. They arrived on time and worked very quickly and competently. Dustin serviced our furnace, air exchanger, and gas fireplace and took time to train us and answer our questions. It was a pleasure to work with this full service company!

    I called on behalf of my elderly mother who lost heat on a Sunday. They answered the emergency line and dispatched Dustin who arrived at my mom’s home in 15 minutes. Dustin got the heat working temporarily until he could pick up a part Monday morning. Dustin had a full day scheduled already but kept my mom on the schedule and worked until 8pm to fix the furnace. His communication, politeness to my mom, and quality of work were outstanding. I’d recommend this company, Dustin in particular, without hesitation.

    Our kitchen sink wasnt draining. After fighting with it for an hour on my own, I threw in the towel. Schroeders to the rescue! Cody was our guy. The first snake proved unsuccessful, so he called in Nate with the big guns. After a solid hour of rooting around in the pipes, we once again had draining water. We apparently had it plugged up pretty good. Both Cody and Nate were friendly, respectful, and all around great to chat with. Cody left me with a few tips on how to keep not only the kitchen sink clear, but also various drains around the house.

    I was able to get someone out quickly. Dustin on time, courteous, and professional. The fix on my LP gas fireplace was an easy one so Dustin checked all the connections and cleaned all the contacts. I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again or recommend them to others!

    We bought and had delivered a speed queen washer. Brad and Mark were the best! Brad was definitely in charge, but was so good at teaching Mark the ropes. They took out our washer, didnt complain about having to remove door from hinges, and brought in new washer. Brad was very courteous and patient explaining and answering questions. And I had several. No bumps and dents. We were satisfied and still are. Ive used the washer many times in the last week and a half. I liked especially that they took the time to explain the writing in the manual about auto-fill.Judy and Bill

    I called for a new build, hvac services. Unfortunately, I was too far out of their service area but Cory walked me through everything and told me about what I could expect for total investment… this was after he knew he wasn’t going to be doing the work. If they are this good with clients they won’t be doing business with, I can’t imagine the customer service offered for those they are working with.Thanks so much for your time, Cory! It was very helpful and got my connected with the right company in my area.

    Mike H and Mike C delivered and installed our new refrigerator. They were very conscientious and professional. They were careful not to bump or scratch the door, walls or flooring while taking out the old refrigerator and bringing in the new one. Great overall experience.

    Great service from Schroeder’s Home Service. I shopped around for a quote on a hot water tank replacement. Not only were Schroeder’s most competitive, but was able to install the next day.     I had a long term ongoing issue with my heating/cooling system. Needed to try a different company so I called Schroeders. Dustin came out, and was extremely helpful. He troubleshot the problem. He was courteous, and thorough with explaining the situation. He needed to order parts. Two days later he was back, working after hours to ensure the system was back up andrunning. Highly recommend.

    My son Jon purchased a microwave and Whirlpool stove in 2021, (I paid him for the stove) I had to buy a new motherboard Aug 2023 (Kirk) and now this Aug 2024 Mike replaced a sensor. They were good at their job but I sure wouldn’t recommend Whirlpool stoves…spent a lot of money on repairs and it took quite awhile to get parts.

    Talked with Becky in service scheduling - very helpful & we were fortunate to get Nate out the next day (in Pequot Lakes) Easy “fix” on dishwasher….took no time at all. A 7 year old Maytag - we have the “trouble - shooting” instructions, unfortunately they aren’t very thorough, Nate would not have had to come out if they were thorough.

    Dustin came out to evaluate AC not working. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He ultimately determined that we would need a new condenser. This was the end of the day on a Friday before a holiday weekend. By Tuesday morning I had gotten a call with my options to move forward and had new equipment installed Wednesday morning by Tony who was also awesome to work with. Im sure they are busy but they were able to get right into the work which was great as the weather was already getting hot. I will use Phils for all future ac/heat business as their professionalism really impressed me.

    We contacted Phil’s heating via multiple community recommendations. They followed up promptly, scheduled a full inspection within 24 hours of our initial inquiry, our direct service technician adhered to the to the scheduled appointment window time (wow!) and was extremely thorough during the entire inspection process. We had a multiple issues with our air conditioning, the technician (Dustin B) was very personable and communicated the plan, process, and expense quote clearly and professionally. The tech even took extra time to educate my significant other on the specific cooling system functions, recommendations for monitoring, and even prevention techniques to avoid further issues. The entire process was easy, straightforward, and cost effective! We would highly recommend Phil’s heating and cooling services.

    Absolutely fantastic to work with.We had an old crawl space furnace with central air replaced, and they did a fabulous job. Fair prices and they do the work promised. They also went above and beyond by helping with a thermostat installation that wasn’t part of the bid.Adam & Ben did most of the tear out and installation and were a pleasure to work with. Dustin did the initial consultation and Corey put together the 3 system options for us to evaluate, and they were all a pleasure to do business with.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Phil’s again in the future. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

    Long story short. Kinda. I have a restaurant. 40 year old otherwise great functioning Furnace has been dysfunctional for 2 months. Bad gas valve. Getting by with 2 gas fireplaces in the mild weather. Others have told me ithe valve is obsolete and my only option was a new furnace. I didn’t like that answer and tried to solve on my own as any consumer should😜. Searched eBay. Contacted gas valve manufacturer who directed me to furnace manufacturer who directed me to Schroeders. Didn’t even know they existed. Contacted them on Thursday. They listened to my situation, allowed me to give them the information I had without making me feel like an idiot, and told me they would discuss with techs and get back to me the next day. They contacted me right away Friday am telling me they had a suitable replacement in stock locally. They gave me a quote for parts and labor and told me Dustin would be out later in the afternoon and call me on his way. Dustin called me, showed up, and solved my problem. Approx $450 to get my furnace operating as it should instead of purchasing a new one! Boy was I happy. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Alyssa, Wendy, and Dustin. The kind of customer service they gave me is rare these days. I envision a fruitful relationship with them going forward. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

    Installed a new furnace 7 years ago. Serviced it on year 2 and several times since. Had to replace the circuit board this year. Unfortunately the part warrant was only for 5 years.
