    We always receive 5 star service from Rich and Madden Heating & Air Conditioning. Our most recent call was for a furnace issue. Rich came out right away, spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem, and ultimately got it fixed the same day at a fair price.     So helpful, let us use window units when my a.c went out in the hottest week of June. 4 days later they fully installed a brand new unit to get us back up with central a.c and were very detailed what they were doing and why the whole time and made improvements from the previous setup that ultimately caused the failure.     Maddon Heating and Air Conditioning recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning system, and we couldnt be more pleased. Rich Maddon and his assistant arrived on time the day of the appointment, and installed the furnace and air conditioning in one day. They returned the next morning to finish the installation and check to see that everything was working properly. In less than a day and a half we had a new air comfort system installed in our home. Rich and his associate were courteous and respectful and completed the job with a minimum of disruption.

    I highly recommend Madden Heating!!! I called them to come clean our air ducts - so much dust in our house. I checked prices around town and they were the most reasonable and the reviews that I read were really good. The two gentlemen that came to our house arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and were very personable.     We had Madden clean our ductwork and dryer vent. They are very professional, neat and clean. Rich took time to explain each phase of the process. He took pictures of the inside of the dust work prior to cleaning. We were amazed at the debris left from the original construction. All was cleaned out with their equipment. Should we need to have it cleaned in the future we won’t look any further than Rich’s business card. A very honest and trustworthy company.

    Mr Madden came within two hours of my call. Weve been having trouble with our heat for 3 weeks and have had 2 different companies come by to make repairs. Mr. Madden and his assistant gave our furnace a through overview, even climbed in the crawl space and took a look at the roof vents. We had a few ventilation and drainage issues, and he got us up and running in no time. I appreciate the quick and honest service they provided.

    I requested an appointment online and was contacted the same day to get my appointment set up. The lady on the phone was very professional and answered all my questions.     Last winter they had to come out and tweeked it in middle of ice storm to get us going. Thsnkfully they came even thi swamped with emergencies.     I highly recommend Madden Heating & Air Conditioning! My heating has been acting up, I called first thing this morning, Rich & Tony were here before 10, we decided to replace the whole unit and they were able to do it all the same day. They also went above and beyond with cleaning the ducts and the AC coils (which they found were packed with lint when they removed the old heater), and still charged me the original quoted price!     Our furnace had been short cycling through the weekend and we spend a couple of cold nights before deciding to hire a professional. As a first Time home owner we didn’t really know when or if it was time to call a professional until late Sunday night on one of the coldest nights of the year. We called other companies and it went to voicemail and the one person who did pickup the phone made me feel bad for calling after normal hours. Then we were referred to Madden Heating and Air who picked up the phone and came right over within 15 minutes!! Not to mention it was 6:45am on a holiday. He was so helpful and professional. He explained what was going on and fixed our issue quickly. Within an hour we were warm again. We won’t use anyone else after this. Also the cost was very affordable.

He goes the extra mile to help us take care of preventative measures and teaches us how things work so we can keep things in good shape.     I was accepting quotes on a new furnace when the furnace completely broke down. Madden was there just for a qoute and got the furnace working in 15 minutes. Not only was he professional but kind and courteous as well. He did a phenomenal job installing a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit but also at a great price. He beat most prices by 5%. And on the 6 month anniversary installation and 1 year anniversary checked on the units.I even had him clean the duct work as well! I highly recommend Madden Heating amd Air Conditioning!

    I highly recommend Madden Heating!! I called them this morning because our furnace was not firing up; Rich was over in less than an hour and was extremely personable, informative, and polite. He got our furnace up and running very quickly. He also looked over the pipes that lead from the furnace to the chimney and noticed a hole!! I am SO thankful that he saw this!!! He said that we could fix it ourselves; he did not push me into getting the extra work done, but after seeing how serious this was and the danger it posed I asked him if he could fix it right away. He said absolutely and moved his less critical appointments for the day back so that he could replace the furnace exhaust pipes. He also looked at the pipe leading from our (relatively new, less than 2 years old) water heater and saw that they had done a horrible job and the exhaust pipe was not fully fitted to the other exhaust pipe - he could fit his finger in the hole in the seam! Another serious problem that I didnt realize was there! Rich replaced both the exhaust pipe for the furnace and the water heater and did a great job! - and it didnt take him long at all!! I called him to get my furnace up and running and he really went the extra mile by inspecting the entire area!!! I cant say enough good things about this guy! Fantastic experience with Madden Heating and Air!!

    After calling another heating service on the recommendation of a friend and having a very bad experience with them (they told me they couldn’t repair my furnace until it went out completely and the ‘light’ flashed them the code for the problem, and also telling me they had cleaned my furnace, which I found later they hadn’t), I called Madden on the strength of the reviews online regarding the quality of their work...all I can say is that I was VERY IMPRESSED with the quality of work I received! Rich came out and really cleaned the furnace...in fact, showing me and replacing the worn out heat sensor and cracked igniter that the “other” service had told me they’d cleaned! Unfortunately, that wasn’t the entire problem so Rich kept working until he found the problem...WITHOUT any codes! He had to order the necessary part and said he would return the next day (Saturday) to install it, but to call me if anything else went wrong. The furnace performance got extremely bad that night and I called Rich at 9:30 p.m. He was here 15 minutes later and worked till 11:00 p.m. installing the control board. He even called me the next day to be sure the furnace was functioning adequately! God bless Rich and Madden Heating! I will recommend them to every one I know!
