    Rich is amazing, he was 15 minutes early, he worked around my schedule, very professional and informative. He answered any questions I had. Very quick response time. Good communication. Very clean and took away the old stuff for recycling. I was probably a pain, but Rich let me help a little bit. Im so glad I found him and will highly recommend him, and will call him in the future for more home improvements. Sometimes its the little improvements that make a world of difference.     Rick recently installed a new sub-panel and an EV charging station in our garage. He communicated very well, was responsive, did clean work and was very efficient. He performed the whole job without supervision and demonstrated a high degree of trustworthiness.I highly recommend him as finding tradesmen that communicate is one of the hardest things. The fact that he also does great work at a fair price makes his service golden.

    We’re very pleased with the work that Rich and his crew did for us. They upgraded our service to 200 amps, which included relocating the meter from the back to the front of the house per Eversource’s requirements. They also installed a 60-amp sub-panel in our carriage house workshop, which required digging a trench from the house to the carriage house. Additionally, they tidied up the existing wiring connections there and set up three new separate lines, giving us plenty of options for hooking up our equipment. They even installed LED lights and an outlet in the carriage house loft. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Rich, Gabe, and Owen are a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

    Rich was wonderful!When we bought our home all the switches in the bedrooms when to outlets. Rich put in ceiling fans and lights and ran new switches for them all. He also added a switch so we can run our home on our generator in case of an emergency power outage. I’m so grateful for his work!

    Rockborn is the place to call. We were setting up the service call there was a scheduling conflict (on my end) but the team rescheduled their day to help us out. Rich was able to resolve the issue and also help head off a larger issue he uncovered. And all of this on a Friday before the Fourth of July week. Really impressive.

    Our experience with Rockborn Elecctric was amazing! Rich was patient, easy going, and very helpful with making decisions.     Just wanted to give a shoutout to Rockborn Electric. My double ovens stopped working last Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called at least 10 electricians in the area and only 2 returned my call. Rockborn Electric called and offered to come take a look even though it was after hours. We already had a local electrician on his way but were so grateful for Rockborn’s generous offer to come if we still needed help. Very courteous and responsive.

    Rockborn did all the electrical work on our new dinner boat, the Lake Queen. Rich oversaw every aspect, including lighting and outlet layout, creation of plans, working with multiple systems (12v, regular, and industrial), installation, and everything in-between.     I built a food trailer with high electric demands. I called about 10 electricians to help design the system and wire it. Rockborn Electric was one of only 2 who were even willing to do it. The others gave wishy washy answers like”I don’t know anything about food trucks” or “we’re too busy”. Rich at Rockborn was excited about it being a food truck. He liked the project and the challenge of designing a system that would meet my needs. He worked with me on what I needed to provide him to design my electrical system and came up with an innovative food truck electrical system that allows me to put a machine inside a mobil unit that I don’t think has ever been done before. He came to do the job in a very timely manner which allowed me to continue my food truck build out with absolutely no hold ups. They are good at what they do, timely, innovative, clean and neat and very polite. I highly recommend this company and feel they are among the very best tradesmen in the state of New Hampshire.     Rich helped us get our house hooked up to run off a generator. He came to our house, explained everything, and gave us a very reasonable quote. He returned a few days later and completed the work. He even went above and beyond, by installing a light in the closet where our fuse box was.
