    I had a great experience with Pro Roofing. From the first interaction with Eric, the process was professional, courteous, and timely. The work was done as agreed with a slight delay due to Hurricane Helena. The price quoted was in line with other quotes I had received. The workmen at my home were efficient and careful regarding my property and the clean up when the job was completed was excellent. I would recommend Pro Roofing if you are in need of professional roof repair or replacement.

    Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the guys at Pro Roofing. Short back story; We had them put a roof on our home 3 years ago. They did an amazing job and the roof looks great. Fast forward to a week ago, Tropical storm Debby came through and we developed a pretty significant leak. I called and they put me on the schedule for the next day. When they got here, I showed them where the leak was. They did their due diligence and got in my attic to confirm where the leak was. Upon further investigation, they determined that it actually wasnt the roof that was leaking, but the stucco around my chimney is cracked, allowing water to seep in. After speaking with Eric about what I needed to do since this clearly wasnt a roof issue, I asked him if there was anything his guys could do as a temporary fix to get me by until I can fix the chimney stucco correctly. He had no obligation to help since this clearly wasnt a roof issue, but he had his guys fill in the cracks with caulk to at least get me by, and for that I am extremely grateful. I cant recommend these guys enough! Thanks again Eric!

    Pro Roofing has Provided good service to Gulfaire of Venice Condo’s since 2018. We had seven two story buildings shingles completely replace . When service is needed a text, email or phone call they will respond with one or all above. The Saturday after Hurricane Milton Gulfaire had a severely damage roof where Milton rip off 25% of the roof of two story condo, Pro Roofing responded with plywood and tar to protect the balance of the roof and a week later shingled it. What a relief, no water damage!Thanks Eric for all your help and responses!

    We had our house re-roofed by Pro Roofing Services. This is not a review of the product (GAF Timberline HDZ) or the installation quality, because that should be judged 5-10 years from now. However, I can say that Eric did a good job taking care of us: from start (sales) to finish (addressing minor installation concerns) I could trust that he would answer my questions and resolve any issues quickly. Their price seemed to be the most fair out of the available offers, too.

    Just had a roof replaced with Pro Roofing, and I highly recommend them. Excellent work, professionalism, competitve pricing. Our install was challenging and some carpentry work was necessary. They did an excellent job with that work as well. We received three quotes for this replacement and this was the best price and most transparent. I would highly recommend Pro Roofing.

For example: when particular tile I had chosen was going to take several months to manufacture and deliver, Pro Roofing contacted me when the tile was ahead of schedule, and got started on the project right away. Eric Teallow was easy to work with from getting a quote to finalizing the project. Their crew was efficient and installed a beautiful multi-gable tile roof.With respect to the front office, Glaucia has always been courteous and timely with administrative details.     We had our roof completely replaced. We went from a shingle to a metal roof. Every single person that we came in contact with was kind and supportive and pleasant. They kept in communication with us at every step of the project. Eric and his crews were accessible, honest, and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend this company for any roof service that you need. We did have another company come give us an estimate before we met Eric, but as soon as we started talking with him, we knew this was the company we wanted to go with.     We met with several roofing companies, for quotes for a new roof. Some were lower in cost but the trustworthy factor wasnt great. Meeting with Eric, he was honest and answered all of our questions. We ended up hiring Pro Roofing and now that the job is completed, we absolutely chose the right company.     We had them come out and do a roof inspection and quote when we were buying our house. Super easy to talk to and ask questions. As soon as we closed we made sure to get on the books right away.     I am extremely pleased with Pro Roofing. My grandparents sustained roof damage from a hurricane. I contacted Pro Roofing after seeing what a lovely job they did on another house several doors down. I spoke with Eric who was extremely helpful and professional. He arranged to repair my grandparents roof in a timely and professional manner even during an extremely busy time after a hurricane in which roofers throughout the state were super busy.     We choose Pro Roofing Services as local roofers failed to respond after hurricane Ian. Pro Roofing Services travelled an hour and came to our house and Eric was professional and answered all our questions. He was able to get the new flat tiles in the color we wanted quickly.They started within a week of the start date and had a supervisor on site many of the days.     Eric was recommended to us by a friend who had used Pro Roofing for a roof replacement and we are SO thankful for that referral because we love how our roof turned out. He was straight forward on his bid explaining we had a few spots that might need more wood replacement but he wouldn’t know until he got into it….it turned out to not be ‘worst case’ - he was honest and didn’t over charge us. Our bill ended up being the exact amount quoted; the job site was always clean and orderly and all of his workers were professional. They came exactly as scheduled; worked through some iffy weather and finished on time. We have a rental property needing a new roof as well and we will absolutely go back to Pro Roofing.

    I was tasked with helping a friend get his mothers house ready to be listed. I had a home inspector come out and the roof was one of the things on the list that needed some repairs.     Highly recommend this company. Had a guy out within hours to scope the roof leak and draw up a quote. Although the company was pretty slammed they were able to get a crew out in about a week to do the repairs. The repair crew was top notch, working in 100+ degree heat all day long to get the job done in 1 day. I was seriously impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Price was more than reasonable for the service provided.

    Eric, owner of Pro Roofing quickly responded to a call to check for possible water leak in our roof.Upon inspection, it was determined water was able to get in through a vent during high winds and an excessive rain storm. We did not need additional service at this time.Another roofer indicated we needed to replace two different roof vents. Total cost would have been over $1,500.00.Eric was up front and honest. He recommended we not move forward with any repairs at this tome. Let’s see if the next rain storm shows any further leaks.We appreciated his up front and honest approach.     Just had our roof reshingled by ProRoofing, a local family owned business (941 777- 0072). It was a pleasure working with Eric (the owner) rather than a salesperson. PRS uses electronic document signing and invoicing to simplify the admin process.The team took extraordinary care to ensure my property was protected during the work. One damaged Lanai screen was replaced the next day without an argument. The cost was competitive to others bidding the project with a slightly stronger warranty. No concern with worker safety or behavior as a supervisor was assigned to the job.     I called and talked to Eric about a leak in my roof. He was really friendly and said he would have a guy out the next day. True to his word, a roofer was out the next morning and repaired the leak which was near a vent.The guy was really nice and took care of the repair fast. The roof repair price was fair and they were honest about what the repair entailed (some flashing and shingle replacement).I will definitely use this roofing company again for my next repair or when we finally decide to bite the bullet and replace our roof.

    Pro Roofing Services lives up to their name, in many ways:- The quality of their work is impeccable, i.e. the final outcome reflected what was agreed needed to be done- We believe the materials used are state-of-the-art, and the workmanship demonstrated during the process exceeded expectations- Eric Teallow and crew-leader Junior communicated in clear terms what was going to be done. Any changes to plan were clearly and promptly communicated. We chose Pro Roofing because of Erics due diligence in the bidding process: He made it clear that answering all our questions was his job, and he did that job very well. When asked, he responded to every question in simple yet clear terms.- Overall the communication with Pro Roofing was exceptionally responsive: All inquiries and communications were promptly and accurately addressed both by phone and email.- Even though in our case, there was some additional materials to be removed and hauled off - however, there prompt communication about how that was to be handled.Overall, we highly recommend Pro Roofing because they left the impression that they really strive to provide excellence in service. Also a kudos to their crew, which diligently performed the activities and seemed to have an excellent rapport with their foreman.If you like to have your new roof put on by a company that deserves your trust, choose Pro Roofing!     I am clueless when it comes to roofing repairs, so when the buyers of my current home asked for a possible leak to be fixed and cracked tiles replaced, I started sweating profusely thinking of thousands of dollars being drained from my bank account. Not only did he give me an honest assessment of what my issues were (at least the issues related to my roof), but he saved me thousands of dollars on unnecessary repair work.
