Eugene made our vision come to life and we couldn’t be happier with the work him and his brother-in-law did. We had an oversized opening to our front room we wanted closed off to make into a home office. He closed off the top with drywall and made a beautiful oversized custom barn door. They finished off with a complete interior paint of our home as well. Very professional and communication was great. They were very neat and cleaned up after they completed the project. We are extremely happy with the quality and work and will definitely being using them for any future projects!

Eugene and Vlad are the best! They just completed several projects in my newer construction home including closing in a flex room and building a custom barn door. I’m hiring them to come back for additional projects asap! They are the hardest working contractors we’ve had in here. They are perfectionists and live up to their name…Quality Plus more! They are a quality team I didn’t think existed after going through the building process. I wish they could have built my whole house! They don’t stop working until the job is done! Such nice, hardworking guys….I highly recommend!

Ive had Eugene complete three projects for me now; woodworking, painting and insulating my garage door. All three jobs were completed perfectly and quickly. Eugene commicates well before, during and after each job. He shows up on time and ready to work. His pricing is reasonable as well. You can not go wrong with Quality Plus!

Eugene took it upon himself to fix the problem for free. Who in this day & age, would go out of their way to do such a thing? Florida is blessed to have his company servicing their state.

Eugene and his helper, were wonderful to work with. He helped me come up with a customized plan for my pantry. (No more wire shelves!) They arrived when they said they would, and were very neat and tidy, always cleaning up as they went along. We are very happy with the completed job. Highly recommend!

Eugene and Vlad are everything that you want in people who are working in your home. They have a work ethic that is unmatched, are professional and respectful, show up on time, communicate with you, work fast, and care about the quality of their work and want the customer to be happy. And to top it off, theyre really nice guys! My house suffered water damage from a broken water line, and I hired them to replace baseboards throughout the house, put in a new floor, vanity and medicine cabinet in the bathroom, paint, and pull out a large mirror glued to the wall. I talked to about 20 different contractors/handymen about getting this project done and thought I was never going to find the right people to do the job, because of all the different answers that I got. I am so glad that I hired them! The first thing Eugene said when he walked in the first day was Im excited about this project! They put in 10 hour days, worked on a weekend day, and I swear they never took a real break. And they cleaned up afterward. Even my neighbors commented on hard these guys worked, after seeing them working in the driveway. They got the job done in less time than they estimated. It took me 8 months to hire someone to do this job and I am so glad I took the time to hire the right people. I am very pleased with the finished product, and I can be very picky! Do not hesitate to call Quality Plus Renovations for your home project! There is nothing that they cant do.

Eugene was on time, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Best Buy mounted a 75 inch TV on the living room wall, using a mount that was not long enough (that they had in their vehicle and personally recommended) so it only hit the studs on one side. This caused it to rip out of the wall. I contacted Best Buy and they wanted to charge another $250 to re-install it again, even though they did it wrong, causing it to rip out of the wall, and possibly cause injury in the first place. Eugene came and repaired the wall, showed me the right mount to order, waited for it to arrive, mounted the tv, and repainted and textured the wall. You cannot tell there was ever damage to the wall. Thank you for your time, knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. It is nice to see someone who still cares about their quality of work. I will contact Eugene for all future home needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a job done right.

Quality Plus Renovations is the all encompassing company I have been looking for since we moved to Lakewood Ranch four years ago! Eugene know how to run a business! He is dependable (very much so); on time or will text you if even a few minutes late; is meticulous in his work; extremely respectful of the customer and their home; does amazing finish work (a true craftsman); works non stop; can do anything!; is very reasonable and very fair! He is a pleasure to have in our home and we have complete trust in him. He just finished crown moulding in 3 rooms and other jobs for us. He came to our rescue during Hurricane Ian and my neighbors are having him repair storm damage as I type this. I have so much more work lined up with him and can’t wait! Beams in my living room are next on my list! A rare find in today’s world!
