Doug and his team did an outstanding job of constructing a wall with pocket door to close in a tandem space in my garage. The new wall fits seamlessly with the existing structure and looks great. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them for your project!

I have used Florida Doug Services for several projects at our Sarasota quadplex and his quality of workmanship and professionalism is the best Ive seen in his profession. His first job involved repairing a ceiling, wall, and floor damaged by a leaking attic-mounted AC unit. He matched the drywall texture and paint perfectly, and also did a great job replacing the damaged vinyl plank flooring with a close match, all while we had tenants living there. He did it quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. He also did a short-notice repair on one unit that had a major plumbing repair (see photos below). This unit was being used as a short term vacation rental, so the repairs all had to happen over a 3 day period between guests. The photos speak for themselves on Dougs drywall and paint skills. Recently, Doug repaired some kitchen cabinets and drawers in another unit during a tenant turnover on short notice, plus he put me in touch with a great plumber who fixed some major plumbing issues. Most importantly, you can trust Doug to work with you on pricing. He gives a professional estimate before each job, and keeps you posted if the cost goes higher before doing the work. And when one of my jobs took less labor or materials, he adjusted the price lower. Florida Doug is a skilled and honest professional. You can trust him to do his best on any job!

I just had my house painted by Florida Doug Services, and I couldnt be happier with the results.The whole process was fantastic. Where do I begin? Doug and his people at FDS have been an absolute dream to work with on our project. After a disastrous experience with another painting and drywall company, Doug came in, saw all the problems and went about coming up with a plan to take care of everything. He stands by all the work his people do and steps in personally, when necessary, to insure the customer is 100% satisfied. He even sent a text when he was out of town on Thanksgiving to make sure an issue that arose would be taken care of. True to his word, he saw to the last few finishes himself. The crew was respectful of our home, cleaned up each day before they left and worked diligently every minute they were here. The price we paid for all the work, 5 days with two crew, plus a half day with one was very fair. Most importantly, Doug returns your calls/texts almost immediately. His crew was on time each day. The work was beautiful. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the kind of work we had done… (painting, door and trim paint refinishing, texturizing, popcorn removal, baseboard replacement/installation, board and batten wall molding or drywall repair).

Doug and his crew did an outstanding job repairing my garage ceiling. I am amazed with the finishing work and how well the texture matched up with the rest of the ceiling. I can’t even notice is was ever damaged. Florida Doug Services was on time, effectively communicated with me throughout the process, and they were very clean and protected my walls and flooring! Wonderful job and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Doug and his team did a fantastic job refreshing our commercial office space and was a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier with the outcome. Work included removing tile and carpet, restoring the original concrete floor, and painting the entire interior of the unit. In addition, they completely renovated the bathroom, installing all new sink, toilet and flooring. I highly recommend this company.

Florida Doug Services replaced my outdoor Florida room (lanai) ceiling. They removed the prior popcorn drywall ceiling and insulation, and replaced with new insulation, cypress boards, and then stained, including the trim work.Doug and his crew were pleasant and very professional, and the job was completed in a timely manner.Im very pleased with my new cypress ceiling, and plan on using them again as needed.
