Miguel is a fantastic contractor. We’ve used him 2x. Once for a closet rebuild and for a wall unit. He and his crew arrive when scheduled. The 1st thing they do is lay brown paper on the floors to keep the house clean. Their work is meticulous. Throughout the jobs, multiple measurements were taken to ensure a perfect fit. I recommend him for any renovation jobs.

Miguel at 1 & Done is exceptional! He is very highly—and diversely—skilled. I had contracted several contractors about removing outdated decorative molding from my living and family rooms walls. All of them complained that this would be very messy, expensive and nearly impossible to match the orange peal texture. Not so for Miguel — he removed the moldings and so expertly textured the walls that you can’t tell there was ever molding there. He also painted my front door (inside & out) and took meticulous care in taping and providing protection from overspray. He also repaired numerous holes from shelving that was removed, again expertly applying the orange peal texture so it looks pristine. I will be using Miguel again for tiling in my bathroom and to also help design and install a stone wall with mantle and electric fireplace. He is meticulous and a perfectionist. Absolutely the best!

Miguel was super responsive he was able to do all of my repairs. He replaced 3 door handles and 2 deadbolts. He realigned my doors so they stopped sticking. He fixed my clothes washer door so it latches now. He reattached my sink to the counter and he fixed my shower doors which were impossible to open and close before. Highly recommend.

I hired Miguel and his company to power wash my Lanai and the furniture, and to paint the lanai flior. They came on time, they moved all of the furniture, they did a fabulous job cleaning, and a fabulous job painting. They came back the next day and replaced all of my furniture. They were on time and extremely professional, and I would recommend them to anyone for all type of handyman and construction uses. I would certainly use this company again.
