Have been using Brunelli for the past couple years, ever since my (more) local Oil Company was bought out by a larger operation and the prices skyrocketed (though their customer service was still friendly as always). Brunelli has been fantastic during this time, both in customer service, and in seeming to always made their deliveries to my address a little earlier than expected.

Came home from work to a cold house and heat not running. My mistake as I thought I was good when I checked the gauge about two weeks ago. Called for an emergency fill up since we have a toddler and pets. They were out in about an hour to fill up and also ensured the system was bleed and furnace up and running again. Very happy with the customer service. Reasonable service fee for the emergency after hours response and my own homeowner oversight.

Amazing service! Tom did a great job on my plumbing work needed. Fast, efficient and great price!! They also serviced my furnace, same day!! Best price for sure...couldnt be happier with service, hard to find these days!

This family will go the extra mile every time. They have helped me in so many emergencies with no heat. If it wasnt for them I would have to go for days without heat due to furnace problems. Always kind and respectful office or techs. Happy New Year

After having an initial problem, the owner Tom contacted us directly after we contacted the office and came back with his tech. He made good by putting the burning back together with factory settings and stating the transformer was weak. Tom went above and beyond to make me happy with the service. Thanks again.

Get place to get your Heating Oil.I was using a different service before, but Burnelli gives me a fair price for my Heating Oil.I have two tanks so my deliveries are more than an average one.That is why .... 300 to 450 gallons.But they will take care of you no matter how much you need. Very respectful to our Veterans and First Responders.
