    My hot water heater broke and Jake came out within a couple hours of contacting Gehringer. It was replaced the next day. Jake had quite a mess to deal with because of how the previous owners had it set up. He was professional, respectful and thorough. I am so grateful to you and I will absolutely use you in the future.     We had issues with 2 showers leaking, which we thought were the cartridges failing which we could not fix. Called and got assigned a rep for 8am on a Friday. Evan showed up and spent about 4 hours here addressing the issue. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the work he did was correct, and ensured he had the proper part for the issue. I would highly recommend Evan for any water needs.

    Very thorough with very quick response time to inquires, fair prices, superior expertise in electrical field, gave guidance and recommendations also accommodated a tight deadline.     Had an issue with our heat pump after hours on December 23rd (one of the coldest days in 20 years) Gerhinger came out that evening and even though they didn’t have the part on hand, the service tech was able to “McGuyver” a solution until they can get the part after the holiday. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Can’t thank the gentleman enough. Will definitely recommend you guys in the future.

    Ive used them multiple times, once for a mini split, once for LED light install in garage, and also for some maintenance on the boiler, and they were great, definitely recommend. The only pain point (and the reason for four stars) was getting the mini split quoted - it took weeks of calling and emails until I finally got the qoute when the guy quoting said he would get it to me the next day, kinda frustrating.

    Ive been using Gehringer Mechanical for many years, to service my homes HVAC and plumbing. Always pleased with their prompt response and their quality work, so I didnt hesitate to use them when the time came for a totally new system. Yesterday, they installed a new HVAC system in my home and I couldnt be MORE pleased! The team of 3 men arrived on time, worked diligently the entire time, answered all of my questions, performed quality work, and left absolutely no mess. I spoke to each of the installers throughout the day and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a homeowner that demands careful, quality work and Gehringers delivered. I highly recommend them.

    I have used Gehringer for years. They have provided HVAC services several times, and have made plumbing repairs for me too. I am planning a non-emergency plumbing project soon, and they will be my company of choice. Each technician who worked for me was courteous, professional and skilled. The people of this company work as a team. There are no lone wolves who seem more like lost sheep on the job. Even when a single technician is sent, knowledge is a phone call away if needed. After all, nobody has seen it all! My HVAC system is VERY unusual. It has been customized in ways I would not expect anyone to understand without a few minutes of head scratching. Yet, they have never let me down! Their prices have never left me feeling cheated. In fact, calling Gehringer NEVER leaves me with that typical feeling of financial dread many people get when calling for home repairs. I honestly do not understand some of the ratings and experiences related by other customers on this website. Perhaps some of their criticisms were fair at the time. However, communications skills are necessary when dealing with contractors. It is a two way street of course, and I have not known anyone from Gehringer to fail when communicating with me.Update: June 2019 - my heat pump compressor died on a Saturday. I called the emergency number, and was not called back. When I called during regular hours on Monday, the person I talked to was unconcerned about the lack of a return call, ignored what I had just said, and simply responded, what can I do for you? They sent a tech, who diagnosed my compressor as seized. There was no question that was true. The charge was fair, and I asked for someone to address replacing my system asap. I asked for them to hurry, as heat makes me feel ill. I received a copy of the service call bill by mail, but to this day, I have never heard from a sales rep about replacing the system. I had a different company come out within one day of my call to their company. They decided what was needed, gave me efficiency options, priced the system I requested, and completed the install. I never did receive a sales call from Gehringer. I still trust their work, and would call during work hours if I needed them again, but wont use the emergency number. I would drop my rating to three stars overall if I could.

    Quick, professional and reasonably priced! Our Tech ( Andy ) was very knowledgable and quickly identified the issue with our furnace and was able to restore our heat within 20-30 minutes. We initially had another company out to diagnose our furnace issues, when that company never called me back to schedule an appt I called Gehrigner. What a pleasant surprise that was. They had a tech out at my house within 30 minutes from my call and as I stated, the technician identified and fixed the problem within another 30 min. So all in all Gehrigner restored heat to my house within an hour of contacting them....the other company STILL hasnt called me back. Save yourself the hassle...call Genhringer.

    We had an issue with our HVAC blower fan at my residence and called at 7:30am; they had a Technician, Sean, available and sent out within an hour . He was personable, knowledgable, , diagnosed and repaired the problem onsite. Very professional and would ask for Sean in the future as he is a great representative of the company! Thanks Sean!

    The toilet at our office broke so I called these guys in to help with our plumbing issue. They came, they repaired it, and they left. The guys left the place spotless, and there was no way to know they had even been there except for now the toilet works. - 2015Once again, we had an urgent plumbing related need. Once again, Gehringer Mechanical came through in a pinch. Easy to schedule, timely responsive, situation handled! I highly recommend these guys.

    Love Gehringer I wouldnt recommend any other company for electrical/plumbing/HVAC repair needs. Jim came out today and did excellent work for my HVAC and advice how to avoid this same issue next year - THANKS, JIM!! Trust them for all such needs 👍👍👍

    Trevor came out on an on call basis on Saturday night to troubleshoot a shared well pump for my place and another resident of the property. He was pleasant, and quickly climbed down into our well pit at night , snakes and all to get us water pressure. In under an hour, he expertly determined the problem and made the repair. As an on call employee, Im sure he was pulled away from a pleasant evening away from his family to climb into a snake pit so I can shower. 10/10 thank you

    Our heat pump wasnt switching over to auxiliary when we had that cold spell. Zach was our repair guy. He did an outstanding job. Not only fixing the issue, but explaining the system to us and what to do if it happens again. He certainly deserves 5 stars for his knowledge and also for his professionalism. Definitely will use this service in the future.

    We called this morning for a gas leak in our house and a tech was on site within two hours. Evan was very knowledgeable, thoroughly checked everything and acted with genuine care.
