Weve used Shade & Screen Solutions twice now to install Phantom screens--once for our condo and then for our house. The condo has very tall doors and are that bronzy black color. Josh and his team handled this special job with amazing professionalism - fast and clean, matching the door color perfectly. Such a cool look. Solved the problem of getting fresh air while keeping the bugs out, especially during cicada season! Also, the dogs who visit, though they are surprised with the practically invisible screen they tried to barrel through, one swipe and the screen is back in place. For our house, the back screened-in porch had a silly screen door with a misaligned latch. The white screen door Josh and team installed solved all kinds of problems with that entry. Really great team. Really great product. Highly recommend.

We purchased a sliding screen door some months ago. We LOVE it! Unfortunately, the dog next door ran through the screen (he did not see it) and pulled the screen away from the frame. We were notified by the Sales Rep when we bought it to put a piece of tape at eye level of the dog so he would see it and stop. We forgot and we needed a house call to repair it. We called one day and within 1 hour we got notification that someone would be out the following day. Much to our surprise, both owners, Jesse and Josh, came to fix the door. This small company is 100% Customer Service oriented and the bottom line is customer satisfaction. We would recommend them without hesitation. Kudos to the Company and their Team of experts in Inside Sales and Service! Thank you!

They have a experianced team that will go beyond your expectations. They are a very very very good team. Once they measure it takes about 8-12 weeks to have them installed. Worth the wait be patient. This is a great company. They have old fasion, good quality values. They also do really beautiful, quality work. I got a few quotes around town as you should always do when looking to hire someone and they were very fair. It does cost a couple of pretty nickles, but the turn out is worth every penny.
