    Was pleased with same day service. They arrived when they said. They were able to fix the problem rather than replacing the outdoor hydrant. Zach did a great job explaining all the details of what was done. My animals have water flowing now in this hot weather.

    I appreciate the responsiveness from Billy and his team at McMahon plumbing. They realize that most requests for plumbing are urgent and that is how they respond to phone calls, estimates and final work.

    Eddy Hensley canceled appointments last minute 3 times and abandoned the plumbing repairs. He told me over and over he would take care of things, that he had my back, and he got me covered. In the end, the Anode Rod sits in the attic next to the Hot Water Heater, uninstalled. The old water line to the refrigerator was left in the floor and not removed/closed off as requested. The water pressure valve at the street is stripped. Paying someone to do a job and them not completing it is deeply disappointing, especially after bragging on having been in the industry for 12 years and fully capable to do the work, and then not. Angry would only be one of many words about how this has left me feeling.Please dont use contractors like this. You will pay for a job and it still be left to be done. This is not professional or right to treat people like this.Update 12 hours later: Thank YOU Billie for calling this morning to look into this issue and for your professionalism to resolve it on all levels. Im grateful for you.Update 36 hours later: Billie and 2 of his crew came out to address the unresolved and incompleted items by Eddy. They were very kind, apologetic, and thorough to resolve my issues. He would not let me pay as he said I already paid more than I should have. Im changing my rating from a 1 β˜† to 5 β˜†s. Im grateful for the integrity and honesty and kindness he showed me in spite an employee mishandling things. My original review will stay because I dont post to just get results but to be honest about my experience.

    I called during thanksgiving weekend !!! Mr McMahon answered the phone! He was out of town but had someone at my house the next morning. They were all so polite, knowledgeable, professional. I would highly recommend this company

    Just when I thought that I was going to have to purchase professional plumbing equipment, I found this jewel!Ive historically had a painful time finding a plumbing company to help us. From changing out faucets, to unclogging stubborn toilets.. we havent been able to find help! We live between Decatur and Alvord. These guys answered the phone, and got to us the same day! I dont even necessarily expect same-day, next day maybe, but they THOUGHT about how to best get us helped... and did it!They were literally everything I could have hoped for from a home service company.Please dont make them so busy that they cant help me next time!πŸ˜‚

    McMahon Plumbing came to my house to fix an issue another plumber had done. Previous plumbers work later 10 days. Since Mr McMahon came out several months ago, weve had no issues.He is very professional and took time to explain what the issue was and how he was fixing it...while he fixed.Highly recommended this plumbing company!

    My pipes burst during the last Big Freeze. Every other company in town that I called put me off for 2-3 weeks and this was two weeks AFTER the storm. Billy McMahon was there the NEXT DAY. I just moved to Bowie, but Billy has LIFETIME CUSTOMER in me. Thanks again Billy. Youre the best.

    The best plumber we have ever used. Zach explained everything he was doing and what it would cost before moving forward. When we called, he was here within 30 minutes to fix our clogged toilets. I highly recommend this company. They were fair, honest and gave us recommendations to prevent further problems in the future.
