    I reached out to Patriot for a clogged sewer line where water was backing up all the drains in the house. They came the next day and were able to remove a bag full of roots from the sewer line. Adam, Evan and Nolan were fast, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again and I like that they provide the cost before beginning the repair.

    I cant recommend Patriot Plumbing Heating & Air LLC enough! Adam has saved us on a couple of occasions now. We recently realized that our A/C was in need of service. We have a service plan with Patriot, so we called Adam around 5pm to get on the schedule for another day; he was out by 6:45pm! He is always kind and thorough, and we appreciate that he even wears boot covers in the house. I highly recommend Patriot!

    I had a great experience with Patriot plumbing and heating. The furnace for our church sanctuary went out. I was concerned because as a local Pastor I had less than five days until our Christmas service and planning an alternate location was not an option.     I enlisted Adam at Patriot Plumbing on the installation of a new HVAC system. The installation included a new furnace, new AC, new water heater, and a programmable thermostat. Adam and his assistant were amazing to work with in this large project! He helped me find the system that was right for my needs and within a reasonable budget. During the process, the installers laid down area rugs that kept my floors clean and unscuffed while they moved through the house. They were very polite and always asked before using the bathroom and always let me know if theyd be out to get parts or go to lunch. When the job was complete (only 2 days🤯), they answered any questions I had, thoroughly cleaned out all of the left over packaging, and made arrangements to have the old equipment hauled away. The new system is amazing and they made great improvements to the installation quality over my previous one! Ill be calling on Adam at Patriot in the future for any services he can provide. 10/10 Service🔥🔥🔥

    We had a tankless water heater installed. Initially we had some issues getting hot water, but Patriot Plumbing kept working with us until the issue was resolved. It turned out to be a quirky old house situation --and nothing that was wrong with the unit or installation. We now have hot water on demand and we learned somethings about our house!Additionally Patriot Plumbing replaced several leaky pipes in our basement and under our kitchen sink.We will continue to use Patriot Plumbing for repairs and also general maintenance. Highly recommended!

    I cant say enough good things about this experience. I had a pretty big job to tackle, as I was replacing my LP furnace and LP water heater-- plus installing central air in a large farmhouse built in 1898 that never had it to begin with. I got four different bids from four different companies given how costly the project was going to be. Adam was very thorough and upfront during the estimation process, taking his time to prepare the proposal that made the most sense for what I needed. I never felt pressured during the process and didnt get that salesman vibe we all want to avoid. I could tell he wasnt trying to upsell me on anything useless either-- never hounded me in the days following the estimate trying to earn my business-- and instead gave me time to review all of my bids. I found that his estimate gave me the most energy-efficient products for the most competitive price. Communication from the start was also great, as Patriot sends a text letting you know someone is on their way-- a huge benefit so youre not waiting around all day. The install took only a couple of days and was very professionally done. After the install, Adam walked me through setting up the new smart thermostat, which I appreciated, and walked me through questions about the furnace and water heater. One of the biggest benefits was his willingness to help me troubleshoot why the upstairs registers in the baseboard trim werent functioning after everything was set up and operating downstairs. (This was a concern from the beginning with every bid, given the age of the house) He used a camera to run down through the ductwork in the wall and discovered a blockage that looked like the duct was sealed off. A little discouraged, I then discussed some options with him about building out new ductwork up the wall, which was an extra cost I obviously wanted to avoid. Right in the area where we discussed running new ductwork up through a closet, there is this porcelain circle attached to the wall with a hole in it that had a small removable rod that screwed into it. I, too, noticed them previously while painting, but never gave it much thought. He asked what those were. I said I wasnt sure since I had just bought the house a few months ago. He said he wondered if those controlled something in the wall. We messed around with them for a bit, as he was upstairs looking at his camera and me downstairs using the little rod in the wall. Turns out, it opened and closed a flap in the ductwork. There are two of those porcelain things in two separate walls. We opened both, turned the air back on, and it was blasting through the two registers upstairs. I was so relieved. Other companies told me off the bat the registers upstairs wouldnt work and went ahead and quoted me new mini-splits in each room or run new air returns with ducts, etc. I truly felt Adam cared about my situation and took the time to actually help and not just make a quick dollar. He also offered a pretty hefty cash discount, so I saved close to a couple thousand dollars off the estimate. I already told him Id have him back to the house when I get around to having plumbing work done.
