    I recently hired Omie Hanna with Pacific Home Inspections to renovate my back-covered deck to raise the ceiling which added more natural light along with more lights, a fan, and heaters.     Omie was absolutely fantastic to work with! We needed a pre-inspection on a house we wanted to put on offer on and out of three home inspectors that I called, he was the only one to get back to me. It was a little last minute but he was able to accommodate us and am so glad he did! He was thorough, professional, and patient. As first time home buyers, were a little nervous about the entire process but Omie was able to walk us through what he found, what it meant, and how to fix it, if we wanted to continue with an offer.     If you are looking for or unsure whom to use for your pre-inspection for a home you may want to buy, I highly recommend Pacific Home Inspections and Omie who did our pre-inspection. Omie was a professional from the very start of the process.You can tell that he really knows what he is doing. He was very thorough and explained everything in terms we could understand what was going on with the home. I felt every penny we spent was well worth the detailed report and all that we learned about the home. We will definitely be using Omie and Pacific Home Inspections again if we need an inspection and also passing this inspector on to all our familiy and friends too. Omie is our guy from now on when we need any inspection in the future! Its always great to find someone you can trust, I trust Omie and Pacific Home Inspections after using him recently.     In the past year I have worked with 4 inspectors while buying a selling a home. Sadly for me I only encountered Omie and Pacific Home Inspections on my last inspections getting ready for the sale. Omie was super professional through the entire process and went the extra mile in explaining a few areas in greater detail as well as providing clear understanding of what would be required to remediate the situation. He was through and found items another inspector missed on the house we had just purchased and had to discover ourselves. The report he provided was through and easy to understand.     Omie did my home inspection in Renton and he was extremely thorough and detailed. His price was extremely reasonable and well worth what we paid. He brought microwave pop corn for the kids and had bottled water available as well. He went through all the concerns with us onsite and then had the report completed that evening. We were able to share the concerns with the sellers immediately which gave us time to get quotes to get the work done. I would highly recommend Omie and PHI to anyone looking for a non-biased thorough inspection.

    This man is a rockstar!! Very upfront and very honest. While I still have not been able to find the house for me yet Omie has inspected two different homes for me thus far and has been very honest about his findings in which I can make my best possible decision and so far I am still looking for the home that works for me.
