    Tri-County quickly fixed my no-water issue. I assumed it was a faulty well pump, but Kenny and Blake were able to diagnose it quickly to be a faulty pressure tank, and were able to repair it on the spot. Easy, professional, and fast.I would have appreciated a bit more clear information about the after-hours pricing for repairs. The person I spoke with on the phone seemed a little impatient with my questions and unable to give me clear answers. So I decided to wait until standard hours rather than an after-hours repair.

    November 2024: We came home from vacation to find our well pump inoperable (at 2:30 in the morning, no less!). After some sleep we placed a call to Tri-County Pump Service resulting in a quick visit and assessment of the problem - the switch had burned out. They had everything needed to make the repair on the spot. Nice!This is our first experience with a well system and we had lots of questions. Lead tech Raymond and tech-in-training Blake are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. We feel better prepared to plan for the future operation of our well and will call Tri-County Pump Service when the time comes for an upgrade. We are very pleased with the service we received and think you will be too.

    Thank you Todd! We had a backup in our pipes in an older house. We rent but the owner left it up to us to get estimates, etc. Thats where Todd comes in! Our first encounter with the office staff was very pleasant. They were kind and concerned and worked to help us quickly. Todd was assigned and were very glad he was! After he came out to assess our problem, he gave an estimate. He came back 2 days later and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Todd is very friendly, helpful and kind.     Had a leak from my water neutralizer unit. Tri County tech came, recognized the problem, had the parts on the truck to repair the leak, and fixed it. Tech suggested I do my bi-annual service on the tank, which was a few months early, but by doing it now it saved me another service call. Very professional and efficient.

    Called on a Saturday for a burnt up well pump. Three hours after they got here I had a new pump installed in my 432’ well. Called two other companies and one had me leave a message and the other couldn’t come out til Tuesday and they all advertised 24/7 emergency service.Tri County actually has 24/7 service. Guys were courteous and knew what they were doing.

    We had a well pump go bad and I called Tri-County Pumps. They were busy from the weekend overflow of work, but said they would try to get someone there as soon as they could. They had someone here the very next morning, and the pump was replaced by that afternoon.     My family woke up and had no water. I contacted 3 companies and TCP was the first to respond and schedule an appointment. I will add that I was very skeptical and assume that in my situation I would automatically be identified as “easy pickings” for price gouging and unnecessary services because it was the middle of the week, I have a family of six, and had no water. It wasn’t scheduled as an emergency, yet they had someone assigned and at our house within a few hours. Within a short period of time they identified the issue and the cause, which in our case ended up being more than one. They provided several different repair options based on performance, price, and my family’s personal preferences. I told them what I wanted, and they determined the parts that were required, brought them to our house, and had us back up and running far better than before we had the problem. They were extremely professional, courteous, and answered any and all of my questions. Finding an honest, reliable, and responsive company when in such need is truly invaluable. I absolutely could not be more satisfied and grateful for their services and legitimate kindness. From the nice lady who answered my initial call to each and every one of the technicians that helped with the repairs, their employees are beyond exceptional. I won’t even consider looking elsewhere for any of our future plumbing needs.

    Have dealt with this company for more than ten years. Everything from septic tanks to general plumbing repairs. Their employees have always been extremely knowledgeable and friendly when doing any repairs. They will take the time to explain what they need to do as well as explaining what work was performed and why. The people who work in the office are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have always made it a habit to try and only deal with businesses that are kind and honest. They have never let me down. If you need work done call them they are great people to work with!!!!

    Have been using you for sometime, but this last time it took 3 visits to fix. 1st was to see what was wrong at a cost of $95.00, was told it could be two different things and given an estimate. The 2nd time same techs came and only brought one of the two things they told me about the first time, and then told me they had to order the part. So now we had to have a 3rd visit to fix. Charging for the last two visits was not fair to me as you didnt have the correct equipment to fix. The last crew of techs were very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

    Excellent and very timely service! I was without water due to a problem with my pump that occurred over Labor Day weekend. Tri-County was able to get a crew out the same day that I called. The crew, Raymond and Dave, were able to troubleshoot and isolate the problem to the wiring going from the house to the well. They ran a temporary electrical wire to get my well back operational and get water flowing to my house again. The temporary/emergency wire was then buried later.A special shout out to Raymond and Dave. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, very capable of taking care of the problem I had with my well.Thank you!

    Tri-County was excellent! From our call late on a Friday to their early arrival for service on Monday they were great to deal with.     I called Tri-County pumps of Boonsboro on a Thursday morning and spoke with Nicki about my well pump issue. She was very courteous and helpful by answering all of my questions as best she could. She scheduled Kenny and Sean to stop by that day and to also call me ahead of their arrival time to meet me at my house, as I work a little distance away from home. When they arrived, they did their investigation of the issue, proposed a solution, and implemented it while answering my (DIY-type) questions as I like to learn about my home when professionals visit. They answered all of my questions and got my well up and running with transparent and reasonable pricing.

    12/3/22 my water quit working. It was on a Saturday. I made numerous calls trying to find someone to help. Gretta returned my call. She assured me that someone would be able to come to my house on a Saturday. Raymond and Jake arrived at the time they said they would be there. My well pump was no longer working. They explained everything they were going to do and went over the quote with me. It was raining day. They got the pump installed and took off their boots each time they came into my house. They electric team would have to come another day, but at least we had water. Looking at the area it became clear that my water heater was about to go to. On Tuesday (12/6), Jay and Cody arrived on time. They could not do the electrical work because of the rain, but the new water heater was installed. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and removed the old water heater. On Thursday (12/8) James and Jacob arrived to do the electrical work and installed the new water holding tank. Once again explaining everything they were going to do. Each and every one that came to my house took the time to explain and answer any of my questions. All of them did fantastic work and cleaned up. I would recommend Tri-County Pumps to anyone I know. Kudos to Gretta, Raymond, Jake, Cody, Jay, James, and Jacob! They all did excellent work, and every quote was accurate. This is a five-star company that has fabulous customer service.

    I work abroad and my wife and kids were at home when suddenly the water stopped working. We didn’t know what to do or who to call. My wife tried talking to electricians and plumbers but none of them could fix it and said it was a well pump issue and they couldn’t help. We are new home owners and not familiar with these things so my family went without water for almost 2 weeks until... I randomly Googled “well pump companies” and saw that “Tri County Pumps” had amazing reviews so I called them. They were the kindest and most understanding company I’ve ever worked with. They got there exactly when needed and fix everything and had qualified electricians and plumbers onsite while fixing our pump and did everything step by step with us so we could understand. Their entire staff from owners to admin to on-the-job workers were beyond amazing to work with and they made it so easy. Even from 1,000’s of miles away. I wish I could give them more stars.     I had Tri-County Pumps come and install my water treatment system that I bought. I also needed a new pressure tank for my system. They came and gave me a quote for the installation of the water treatment system (that I already owned) and for the new pressure tank. They came and gave a free estimate. Their prices were exactly what I was looking for in terms of cost.When they arrived to do the install, they were really professional and clean. They did the job quickly and wow did they do a great job. They kept it tight and compact and the location where they installed it was clean. I would highly recommend using this company.

    Kyle and Jacob installed a water softener system and a new pressure tank for our well. They did a great job and even installed an in-line water sediment filter. The workmanship is great and they they fit the system into a smaller space perfectly.     Another experience with Tri-County Pumps and another 5 star review. This morning Jay came out to look at what we expected to be a sump pump failure. Of course we are expecting the worse.Let me just stop and say this. Im sure you can be taught to do plumbing, but not all are taught, or raised, to have integrity, and to be honest, personable, and communicative. Jay is all those.After some initial troubleshooting Jay dug into the issue and diagnosed not a pump failure, but a clogged input along with too much sediment. It would have been easy to replace the pump, at a much higher price, and go on. But Jay didnt do that. He thoroughly cleaned the sump area, verified the pump was working correctly, and even walked the exterior of the house to see if he could locate any inputs for the sediment.To me, this is doing the right thing, not the most expensive thing. This is exactly why we trust Tri-County and only deal with them for plumbing issues. Thank you Jay and Tri-County for another great experience.

    We called Tri County Pumps on a Saturday at 6PM because we had no water at our house (we are on a well) I spoke with dispatch and they took my info and said someone would call me back within an hour. 30 minutes later I spoke to Daniel and explained what was going on. He told me to try a couple things which I already had done, but kudos to him for trying to help a customer resolve an issue. Because the crew were on a job, he said they wouldnt be able to get to us that evening, and they dont work on Sundays. He said that he would send a message to the group for a service call to our home first thing Monday morning. At 6:50 AM Monday, a woman called (sorry, didnt get her name) and she explained that the crew gets in between 7 and 7:15 and had to load up the truck. She said they would call when that was finished to let us know what time they would come out. 30 minutes later Zac called and said they were on their way and would arrive in 30-45 minutes. We were very pleased at the level of commitment and follow through with this company! Zac and Hayden arrived exactly 30 minutes later and were very polite and professional and explained what they would do to check out the problem. After testing the power at the expansion tank Zac explained the pump was pulling the correct power/amps so the pump was still running. He explained it might be a leak in the hose/line on the well pump or the dreaded no water in the well. Zac and Hayden pulled the Pump out of the well after confirming they heard water in the well. The problem ended up being a broken fitting/connector at the pump, and since the pump was out we asked to have a new pump put on and new electrical wire. They jumped on the job quickly and didnt mind at all that I watched them while they worked. I wasnt concerned at all that they couldnt do the job, they had proven their ability 100%. We also got a new cover on our well head after Zac pointed out it was quite old and also didnt have a gasket to keep debris out. The job took 3 1/2 hours and Zac and Hayden never stopped. Overall, VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, and we would HIGHLY recommend Tri County Pumps for any work you need done.

    On February 18, 2015 our pipes froze and broke flooding out the crawl space under the bathroom. I called Tri County to service the problem. The workers were here on time and informed me that I would need a plumber. The bill was $95 for service call and $85 for labor. I had to pay a plumber $165 to pump water out and fix the pipe.I contacted Tri County and spoke to Dan. He was very helpful and concerned. He checked into the situation and informed me that he would be sending my check back and there would be no charge. I have used Tri County numerous times and will continue using their service in the future. If you have a problem they will take care of it.I highly recommend Tri County Pumping.

    Wonderful! Called at 8 in morning and they came at 11. I couldnt have asked for better service. They quickly idd problem and fixed it. We had a very unsafe grounding problem and needed a new well pump. They showed me what we wrong every step of the way and at the end gave me good paperwork with instructions and information on it. Raymond and Anthony came through for us!

    I called yesterday because both the hose bibs in my home were leaking substantial water. I was happily surprised when I was told that we could be serviced the next day. The woman that I spoke with on the phone (I didnt catch her name) was extremely personal and pleasant. Todd was the plumber that came to my house today. He was punctual, extremely polite, and very efficient. He fixed both of my hose bibs and fixed my garbage disposal in less than two hours! Todd was worth every cent. He was also very good with my dog which was an additional plus.I cannot recommend tri county enough especially for smaller service calls and especially if Todd is servicing your home.

    I just moved into a house with a well. Ive always had city water. I discovered that the salt tub (for the water softening system) was down 80%. I thought I had to check it only every few months, and weve been in the house just one month. Tri-County Pumps sent a service technician right away and he got to my house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, added salt to the system, did a full service even though I hadnt scheduled one (at a reasonable price), and explained the system to me. He gave me several recommendations on how to maintain the system. He is a very personable guy, the kind I feel happy to have in my house. I also had Tri-County Pumps install a new water pressure tank. My first impressions of Tri-County Pump Service are very positive. They are very responsive and helpful.
