My Generac is 15 plus years old. The installer is long out of business. I looked for a reliable repair/service provider and fortunately Jared was recommended. He has been tireless in his efforts to fix the issues with my Generac and has been perfect in all aspects. His work ethic and professionalism are second to none.

Jared is the best! He has taken great care of me, my family, and my clients for years. The best is always in high demand, but Jared and his team respond, show up, see it through, and consistently do a fantastic job. Highly recommend for your electric and generator needs!He showed up immediately because he worked another job down the street yesterday from a clients home. He took this messy inspectors pics, evaluated the issues, and gave incredible service and advice on the spot. Thanks, Jared!!! That bottle of B. T. is waiting at the next job! :)

We had a problem with our heat pump not operating with our whole-house Generac generator. Blue Ridge seller and electrician installer didnt have a clue as to why. Jared installed a soft-start gadget and that solved the problem! Jared knows his stuff and his secretary, Julie, is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

He came that day, diagnosed the problem with my Generec Generator within a minute. Fixed it and offered me a Military discount and was extremely friendly and professional. Most reliable electrician in the Boone area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Wonderful amazing and knowledgeable people! Bless them to the moon and back. They came out quick on short notice and found a solution to several sparking outlets and went above and beyond to see that I wouldnt have any more fire threats from those sockets. Even got the power back in several rooms I had given up hope on.

The most reliable electrician in Boone. This is the only electrician that you can actually talk to someone who answers the phone and reconfirms the schedule the day before. You get an actual appointment date and is confirmed the day before. He was actually early and very professional. Generac certified electrician and very reasonable.. To find an electrician in the mountains is one task but to find one as reliable as Jared is a wonderful thing.. Highly recommend his services.

Jared and Julie were very responsive. It was easy to reach them and schedule an appointment. The appointment was very timely and Jared showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and rescheduled a time to install it. Again, he showed up on time and quickly installed the part and tested the generator to ensure it worked properly. All warranty parts and labor, so no charge to me. I highly recommend Jared Munday Electric.
