    Our house had every type and style of plumbing thats been available in the last 70 years, and a water heater with 27 inches of rust in it. Turner made all that disappear, with fresh clean pipes and an efficient on-demand water heater, and relocated our laundry hookups so we gained a bunch more useful space in our utility area.Jesse D, Brent, Nathan, and Kaden were a great crew, making sure we were all clear on the project before jumping in and then executing everything as promised, despite many obstacles and unknowns in a house this old. They made sure to arrange the work so we werent left without hot water overnight, and they finished with everything working perfectly and tidy. The cost was quite reasonable considering the huge amount of work and materials involved, plus a new water heater.Weve used Turner a few times before, but this was by far the most ambitious project. Our experience has been consistently great. Highly recommend.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Lucas Turner from Turner Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. When I called to schedule the appointment, the team was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They were able to fit me in quickly, which was a huge relief given the plumbing issue I was dealing with.Lucas arrived right on time, totally prepared, and immediately assessed the situation. He explained everything clearly, making sure that I understood the problem and the steps he was going to take to fix it.     We have used Turner Plumbing on many occasions for projects around our facilities.Lucas and his team have been able to keep the water flowing where it needs to be and stop the flows where they shouldnt be.They have pulled off some impressive jobs keeping aging water systems functioning in our older buildings and helping us transition to upgraded materials and systems in our remodels.The office staff have always been polite and professional as well as quick to respond and keep us updated on our projects; and the service crews have always been extremely professional in their appearance, attitude, and quality of work.A great local family owned company who not only take pride in their business, but also in the community they serve.

    The folks at Turner Plumbing are incredible. Jessie and Tyler helped us today with multiple leaks in our home. They were efficient with their time. Often as a woman, I have experienced repair workers to be irritated and condescending in having to talk with me the lady of the house. But these guys were not like that at all. They were respectful in explaining the problems and even asked permission in handling the solutions. They even cleaned up after the projects were completed. When it was all said and done, even the invoice was much less than I expected. Though I hope to never have plumbing issues again, you can bet that Turner Plumbing will be my first call.

    I have been building and remodeling in Bonner County for more than 20 years and have worked with few service providers I could recommend more highly than Lucas Turner and the crews of Turner Plumbing.This summer, they completed three different jobs at my personal home.     We had amazing service all around. We spoke to Tiffany during each telephone interaction. She sounded happy and willing to help answer our questions and get us on their schedule. We requested to be notified ahead of time for an ETA and she relayed the message. On the day of our service Jesse called with the ETA which worked out perfect for us. While here Jesse and Tyler both were professional, kind, and had an amazing worth ethic. They did an amazing job fixing the issues we were having. My husband and I both highly recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing issues.

    Update with a 5 star review. After posting the original review, Lucas at Turner Plumbing immediately called to apologize. He was very gracious and stated that our experience was not how they chose to do business. Two days later Michael made a special trip to apologize in person and to refund the total amount we paid which we did not ask for or expect. We can not highly recommend them and appreciate their quick and professional response to our concern.Original post: We called to get help with our reverse osmosis system which they had previously installed and to tighten or replace a bathroom faucet. The plumbers were friendly, but we were shocked when we were charged time for two plumbers. The only work actually done was by the apprentice/journeyman? who did tighten one faucet. No other actual work was done except to verify our pressure tank was functioning and not causing the drip sound coming from the reverse osmosis system. The senior plumber acknowledged he really didn’t know anything about reverse osmosis systems ( why did they send them? ), and he would have someone call who did know about them. Never happened. I would never recommend or use this company again. We should have been billed for one plumber - not two.

    We have called Turner Plumbing a handful of times. First thing, THEY SHOW UP! We have struggled with even just getting someone to come out to make a bid. However, Turner has shown up every time. Theyve walked through the jobs with us and pointed us in a good direction! We just had them lay the gas line into our house and I truly felt cared for. I would 100% recommend Turner Plumbing!

    These guys were amazing. When we had an emergency that forced us to turn off the water to our house they came out despite their busy schedule.ETA: 1/15/24Mike and Brenton came to my houseamidst the worst freeze of the year, emergency calls everywhere and they still fit me in. I had a busted pipe in my bathroom. They were kind, efficient and very helpful coming up with a plan that will keep us from going through this again next year. I felt the price for the repair was also fair. They never complain about my mess of a house or all my dogs annoying them. I couldnt be more thankful. I will always use Turner plumbing.

    I heard a dripping noise in my bathroom behind a wall. I got in touch with Turner Plumbing. I messaged them and got a quick reply. Appt was easy to make and was in a decent time frame.     Mike and Brenton were very friendly and professional. I just bought an older home in Bonners Ferry a few months ago. It had a few plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. Mike and Brenton installed a new toilet and kitchen faucet set, along with giving advice about a few other issues. Mike even came back at 6pm to check a seal issue with the new toilet, which he fixed. Overall, I am very satisfied, and would highly recommend Turner Plumbing for their professionalism, friendliness, and quality workmanship.

She was thrilled and set up another plumbing project for the following month while they were out as well.     My husband was out of town, and this pipe which he had tried to fix before had come undone again. It is a SUNDAY and in this area asking for someone to come on the weekend is like trying to eat soup with a fork. You may get someone but will you really get someone?     Lucas and Mike did a great job! We have a rental home a good distance from where we live. He was willing to safety inspect old one while I wasnt there which saved me a long trip. It ended up needing a new one insalled and even though this company was extremely busy with other jobs ...Lucas was willing to fit me in on Saturday after going to his kids game. Such great service. They went to safety inspect new one they installed and because our propane company didnt install the propane lines correctly they were unable to. Lucas offered to come back again for free after propane was fixed to inspect it and make sure theyd done a quality job. Above and beyond with great positive attitudes especially for being as busy as they were. Highly recommend.

    Lucas and Mike were awesome to work with. I purchased an older home that needed a complete re-pipeing. They provided me with quality materials at a great price. They were also fantastic to work with, always kind and pleasant to talk to. That’s not always common around here with other businesses. You can tell when you meet them that they are honest family guys!I will be using them again in the future on some of my sewer needs :)
