    Luke and his coworker was available immediately and arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call...Which was AWESOME! They were polite, professional and informative. They were able to get the sewer line unclogged very quickly and easily. Luke, EVEN, called Dustin and we were able to set up a future Septic tank cleaning. GREAT JOB GUYS!

    Leaking frost free hose spigot that froze up, splitting the copper pipe, had to be replaced. Plumber arrived as arranged. Had estimate immediately that seemed reasonable and I approved the job. Work began immediately and within an hour was completed better than before. Plumber was efficient and friendly. I have used them before and I recommend Crosby Plumbing as a good choice for plumbing needs.

    I purchased a home 5 months ago and much to my shock and horror - the 1st week of occupying - the entire sewer line backed up and flooded the finished basement! I was in Trauma to say the least! After several different plumbing companies telling me several different ways to handle - some said to repair a portion, some said to replace the entire thing starting under the house all the way to the main! I had no clue what to do or how to address!A family member directed me to Crosby Plumbing - they immediately came to assess what was wrong, what needed to be done and not to worry - they could do it and make this nightmare right! The relief to be spoken to with so much Customer Service/Care and explanations that I could understand was truly a Blessing! During this replacement process - we ran into things that were unknown - but Crosby Plumbing knew how to handle and they did just that! While continuing to reassure me all would be ok and I would be able to live without worry in this new home for many years to come! I am forever grateful! Crosby Plumbing and the crew that was here for several days - were kind, courteous and professional all at the same time! I am a customer for life they told me - and I highly recommend to anyone - Crosby Plumbing!!

    Crosby is literally the best and most ethical plumbing company I have ever used. They disspell all bad thoughts about that surround the need to call a plumber:I had a need for a new hose faucet and wanted to pull my main waterline to the forefront instead of it being secluded in a crawl space.This is what they found which was leading to a major plumbing eruption and thousands of dollars of damages.     I highly recommend Crosby Plumbing services. They stand behind their work and do their best for their customers. My first experience with them was through service they provided to my elderly mother. She was so impressed with them that I began using them 12 years ago and they are the only plumbers I call.Recently one morning discovered all my plumbing had backed up. I called Crosby and they worked me into their already busy schedule that same day. What a relief!!!!The other think that impresses me with Crosby is they invest heavily in our future by providing an internship option for young men/women interested in learning the skill. Grant & Cahill were interns that serviced my recent call………what professional young men! They kept me posted on the progress of my job, were careful not to track/soil my carpet, and cleaned up fantastically when they were finished!! They were telling me how the Crosby team has taught them so much and their plans on joining the team as Master Plumbers when they became qualified. They said the Crosby team has high expectations, but as long as you pull your weight they will teach you all you need to know.Kudos to Crosby for being a company I can trust and depend upon and for a company that invests in our future!

    Crosby’s crew of Jason and Luke were excellent. I asked for an afternoon appointment. They called at 12:03 and said they were on their way. They worked as a team to replace my 20 year hot water heater and 2 external water faucets. Id highly recommend Crosby Plumbing based on this crew.

    I needed 2 outside water faucets replaced. Crosby Plumbing was able to get to my job quickly. Their price was slightly lower than the two other companies I called (and they were able to get to the job about 1 week sooner than the others too). The two technicians that came out were very professional, communicated what they were doing, and answered my questions (and didnt seem annoyed by them either!). I would recommend them and will be my first call should I need any further plumbing needs.

    We had Crosby Plumbing do a variety of work for us on a large project in early 2024 and were very pleased with them and their quality of the work. They were very thorough during the estimate and work in sharing details on different options and explaining their approach. There was no surprises and they were honest and not pushy with trying to sell things you dont need like many of those companies you see advertising on TV all the time.     I was buying a new home and Mike Crosby and his team came out and inspected the Septic tank. After finding a crack in the tank they gave the seller and myself a bid to have the tank replaced. After I closed on the house - Crosby and his team came out 3 days in a row working on the removal and install of my new tank. Each day I was texted to remind me they were coming the next day, they arrived on time, and were always very professional. Each evening, the area was marked well with caution tape and I was give updated on the status of the project.The weekend following the install we had a big rain - Dustin came out on a SUNDAY and made sure that nothing got washed out. Above and beyond what was expected.2 weeks after the install, giving the ground time to settle they came back out - packed down the ground and put down new asphalt. The excess dirt was moved to a pit down hill from the new tank, filling it in and making it all look 1000 times better.I am so grateful to everyone at the Crosby plumbing team.I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any job.

    I have a 1963 home with the original plumbing. Our shower started leaking through the handle, Crosby Plumbing came by and helped us by replacing the internal valve with the right tools in a very quick amount of time. We are thankful that we did not need to replace the entire shower system.We also had them by a few years ago to replace the entire sewer plumbing line from our house to the city main. They had the best price and did a great job! It was a lot of work that Crosby Plumbing did very efficiently and correctly.

    Due to the Winter freeze we currently experienced, we encountered a sewer backup that was leaking in our basement. When calling Crosby Plumbing, I explained our issue and they shared they were having many calls due to the weather but would be able to accamodate us in the next day or 2. The morning of the visit, they called confirming their time and were at our house within 10 minutes. The gentleman met with my husband and was very professional, listened to my husband as to the problem and what he had already tried, and had our backup fixed within 15 minutes. He was honest and said that we would have never been able to get it on our own due to the weather where the freeze up was located. I would highly recommend Crosby Plumbing to anyone! Great small business company!

    I called several companies to come and do some work on my mobile home. Crosby was the only one that would come out. My nine-year-old had just started her Menstrual cycle and flushed a bunch of “flushable wipes” down the toilet. It ended up clogging and backing up all of my bathtubs and flooding the toilet. They came from Lenexa I believe all the way to Lawrence KS, and fixed my issue in less than an hour for only 149$. Very highly recommend these guys!

    Fantastic service from start to finish - I had an emergency water line break yesterday morning 6/2/21 and called on a referral from a neighbor. Neal was here within an hour of my initial call to do a quote, which was very fair. The repair crew showed up earlier than scheduled this morning 6/3/21; Chris, Guy and Berkley(sp?) were friendly, they communicated with me throughout the process and completed the job as neatly as possible within a few hours, which helped alleviate some of my stress with the situation. I will call Crosby for any future plumbing needs and have already made referrals - Great company!

    I have had Crosby Plumbing come out to my house on two different occasions. The first visit was an emergency Saturday visit for a leaky pipe and on the second visit they installed a new hot water heater. The office administrator is very friendly, honest, helpful and responded quickly. Their employees were on time, polite, kept me informed of work being done, and cleaned up after themselves.     Cameron & Cody replaced an outdoor yard hydrant and had it dug up and replaced in under 2 hours, just as they told me before they started. Water pressure is back to normal at outside hydrant and pressure washer no longer surges due to sucking the water out of the inlet hose. GREAT JOB & reasonable cost. Had used them before for septic tank repair a couple of years ago but never left comments... Job was also well done. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

    Robert, the plumber showed up on time. Walked through what had to be done then fix the leaks in my plumbing. I live in a condo and he had to work in two different units with different leaks.     My sump pump quit working properly at 7 pm on the rainiest day! What plumber works after hours? Crosby plumbing!!! Their emergency service saved me from having a flooded finished basement that would have cost $1000’s!!!The plumber was at my house in 15 minutes and fixed my pump in 30 minutes.Now that is worth noting!!!     These guys were great! My washing machine drain pipe was clogged. Called a national company and they were a no show, not even a phone call to reschedule.     This company just saved my life! I am so happy with their service and I am never calling another plumber again. I own a very very old home with some questionable pipes. The shower on the third floor was not draining and I called a different plumber first. They charged me $89 dollars just to walk through the door. They couldnt fix the problem, so for each additional step, they added additional charges until the bill was outrageous- and then they declared it was unfixable and they would have to probably start opening up walls in my home! I was devastated.Then, I was referred by a coworker to Crosby Plumbing and they swooped in for the rescue! They were extremely knowledgable and professional. They were on time, figured out the problem, sent a second truck with the necessary tools and fixed the problem all in just a few hours. No holes were punched in my walls. The shower now drains beautifully. They were honest and didnt overcharge. I cant recommend this company enough. Sandy in the business office was kind and polite as well as accommodating. Everyone was top notch.

    Dustin was awesome! We had a broken pipe and they got out that same day to give us an estimate. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone talking with our home warranty company to see if we could be approved to have the repair covered.     I have used Crosby Plumbing out of Bonner Springs, KS multiple times for various jobs for a number of years at our home. They are reliable, positive people and do good work. Today Jason and Donald were onsite to rebuild two old outside faucets/hydrant/hose bibs via new washers, gaskets and vacuum breaker. They now work like new with no leaking. Kudos to to Jason and Donald.

    Crosby is probably the best most reliable plumber I’ve ever used. They’re reliable and friendly and their work is always perfect. So why 4 stars? Because they’re expensive. We had a kitchen faucet installed and it was over $400 labor only for a half hour job. I will definitely use them in the future, but make sure you get a quote before the work.

    Very impressed with Crosby Plumbing. I attempted a DIY plumbing project and half way in knew I was over my head. I called Crosby based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Within 15 mins of calling Crosby the plumber was at my door...Im not kidding! The plumber got to work immediately and got my project done quickly. Considering it was a Friday at 3pm I was really thinking I would get the oh sorry were busy till next week but it was not the case. Crosby really impressed me and I will be calling them in the future for my other plumbing needs.

    I felt my water heater was slowly starting to quit on me. They checked the heater elements, and made an adjustment, then flushed out the tank. Everything is fine now. Do not have to buy a new water heater anytime soon.Very trustful company. I highly recommend them.
