    We were very pleased with the work done by One & Done. They repaired a textured ceiling and re-stretched a carpet. The bid was provided in writing. The scheduler, April, kept us informed. The workers arrived as scheduled and were courteous and professional. The final price was reduced because the scope of work was less than anticipated. Overall a job well done.

    I have worked with One and Done for over a year. As a first time home buyer they have made the process of owning and fixing a home not stressful! I have had them do everything from some minor plumbing to larger projects such as wall rebuilding in our master bedroom. We have also had them fix drywall and paint. They are honest, on time, courteous and respectful. I also appreciate how they are always upfront with costs and if it is something that they aren’t comfortable fixing themselves they are honest and will refer you to an expert that they contract with. I will continue to use them in the future and as an added bonus it’s nice to support a small business! If you are on the fence don’t hesitate give them a try!

    Would give 6 stars if available. Requested dryer vent repair and assembly and install of Murphy bed. Of course bed was missing parts, Nathaniel called company for us and got the missing parts ordered and promptly came and finished the project for us. So impressed with them, we are on the list for upgraded backyard gate entrance.

    I have used One and Done several times and highly recommend their work. Neil has replaced a plate of shattered glass alongside the front door damaged by a flying stone and installed several TV and venetian blinds in all of the rooms. Their work is fast and of high quality. No job is too small but all of them were important to me and the family. HIRE THEM!

    First, thanks to One and Done Handyman for getting to our leaking faucet promptly. The handyman who came was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and politely answered questions I had. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets, carefully double-checked both to make sure everything was good when he finished, and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He showed up on time. We felt the work was very competitively priced. Will use them again and based on our experience will recommend them to others.

    We recently worked with One and Done to replace an existing storm door on our front entrance. Neil came onsite and listened to the unique issues the entrance area has in terms of sun exposure in particular and my interest in a storm door manufacturer I found that has a fixed dual vent (top and bottom) storm door design. Neil was knowledgeable, patient and professional. He gathered all the appropriate measurements and generated a quote. Once approved he got the door ordered.At installation time, Nathaniel was on site to get this final phase completed. He was friendly and competent. Nathaniel got skills! He was able to successfully perform the installation and test the new doors functionality. In addition, when Nathaniel noticed the screws that came with the door were not color matching he went above and beyond to make a quick run to the hardware store to find screws that were a close match.We are very happy with One and Done workmanship and communication and will consider them for future projects.

    I called on Tuesday and told April that I wanted an estimate for a ceiling fan installation. She took my information and contacted one of the technician and got the quote. She called me back quickly with the quote and we scheduled for Thursday morning. She advised me that Austin would be the technician coming out and that he would call me prior to arrival. Austin called me first thing this morning and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing. After installation, he made sure I was happy with my fan before he started cleaning up. I was so happy with Austin and my experience that I requested quotes for a couple of other projects. I feel that One & Done Handyman has very reasonable prices and a great work ethic. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

    Neil came to install a couple of new toilets for me in Basehor and I can’t recommend a company higher. The price was fair and the work and his professionalism truly second to none. I’m putting together a list of kore things I need done now! If you a job you’re uncomfortable doing yourself or need help with something, call them. Would give 6 stars if I could.

    Neal came early for his appointment to clean our dryer vent. He was pleasant, and efficient in doing the cleaning. He also made sure he cleaned up afterwards, and actually did more cleaning in the area than was necessary to pick up the lint that fell out. What we really liked is he made a before and after video of the state of the vent. What a difference!We will definitely have this company back next year.
