We were impacted by Hurricane Ian in Sept of 2022 and lost our entire first floor, which consisted of enclosed storage under A/C. DeSanctis Homes restored our property to better than new condition and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. The entire experience was professional and positive, and we were fortunate to connect with a contractor who cared about their clients outcome.

This company volunteered in my home after the hurricane! The level of team work and kindness made a terrible situation seem manageable again! They tore out old, installed new, passed out hugs and smiles then continued down the road spreading hope after Ian destroyed so much. What a blessing this company is!!

Im not much of a review person but I had to take the time to thank the DeSanctis family. They are a family business who really understands that a home remodel is a very personal experience.From the very beginning I felt confident I chose the right company and as my remodel evolved so did their ability to impress me on a regular basis. Their punctuality and communication always made me feel like I was in very capable hands.At the conclusion of my project I was incredibly impressed by their attention to every detail. Their work is spot on and for all of these reasons and more I find it my privilege to recommend them to anyone whos looking to remodel or build a home.

I have had the good fortune of working with and representing Gino DeSanctis and his family run business, DeSanctis Enterprises, with the sales of multiple homes on Sanibel Island. DeSanctis Enterprises are a true master of their craft, building some of the finest homes I have seen in my career. The quality of work and attention to detail stands head and shoulders above the competition. Gino’s dependability, integrity, transparency and work ethic re-set the standard. Following Hurricane IAN we began looking for a contractor to help us make a decision on a way forward to build a new home or renovate our existing home. From the first meeting with Gino and Michael we felt very comfortable with the DeSanctis team and after seeing their work, knew that they were the contractor for us.We decided to renovate our home and with their help made some design changes that made remarkable improvements to the living areas of our home. The attention to detail and project management skills of the DeSanctis team gave us the comfort that when finished, our home would not only return to the beautiful home that it had been, but have improvements beyond what we had expected.The DeSanctis team managed our project like they were building our home for themselves and not for a client.
