    Its so impressive with EHI !We had an excellent experience with EHI from start to finish. Nick is excellent at communicating throughout the entire roof replacement process. Once the project started the crew come and keep things on time, Actually came 15 minutes early then statred from 7am. After cleaned up and seamless.The whole crew was courteous and worked diligently to complete our roof quickly. The new roof looks beautiful and we couldnt be happier with it!

    I had the pleasure of working with Nick and Excel Home Improvement. The process was simple and kept me at ease having to deal with my insurance for natural disaster damages to my roof and fence. Nick took care of it with my insurance and made sure he was at my home when they came out to inspect the damages to file a claim. He made sure the work was looked over and even reached back out to them when the measurements the insurance company took were incorrect. When it was time to get the roof done and scheduled, Ashley in the office helped me pick a great color and the rest was easy. She does a great job keeping me informed and reaching out on statuses with permitting or scheduling. Workers came early and cleaned up any nails that may have fallen off. They tarped off my AC unit and blocked windows and such. They really made sure there were no inconveniences or any other issues with my roof before continuing all the work. The roof looks great and no more leaks! The next day, they also came out to install a new fence for me. I am glad I went through Excel for my home improvement needs and will definitely reach back out to them for some flooring remodeling in the future!

    Recently we had Nick and his team to repair our house in the Chicago north suburbs. Our house had a stucco structure, and over the years the rain has caused leaking and cracks in the walls and windows. Over the past three years we had many contractors inspected our home, but we weren’t satisfied with their solutions. Through a friend’s recommendation, we found Nick, who came many many times to inspect our home and give helpful advice about the roofing, windows, and siding. The significant first step was to work with my insurance company. Nick has excellent experience and very knowledgeable. Our insurance claims included gutter, roofing, windows, and siding. The whole process was very clear, and every step was communicated thoroughly to us by Nick, who also listened to our feedback and opinions. We’re lucky to have gone with Nick and his team!! I would love to recommend Nick and his company to you.

    We recently changed our roof and siding with Excel. Excellent service. Nick is a great manager that worked for us to file the insurance claim and got it through. It was a long process and not an easy case. At the beginning of the project, we did let several companies to come to give a free inspection and estimate. Nick was the most knowledgeable among them and gave us confidence that he could get the claim through. He made it finally. When it comes to filing insurance claims for roofs and sidings, do not do it yourself, do not think anyone out there can achieve the same results with your insurance, and do never believe storm chasers who knock on your door and tell you can get a free roof. Give Nick a call and let him do the work.

    EHI is great! They replaced our roof, side walls, and gutters in 2024. Their work was excellent. Now the roof, side walls, and gutters all work well. They really experts at communicating with insurance companies. They talked to my insurance company and the insurance company eventually paid most of the cost. I recommended EHI to several of my friends, and will definately recommend it to more people!

    This is a very professional roof contractor. Their public adjuster helped me thoroughly evaluate the damages due to a hail storm and filed the claim to my insurance company. The whole process was very smooth and my claim was approved! Looking forward to working with this company on my other home improvement projects.     I recommend Excel Home Improvement 100%. They previously did a roofing and siding job for me a few years ago. The work was excellent and they provided great customer service.This past October, I needed to use their services once again when it was discovered I need new gutters and downspouts. I contacted the owner of the company Nick. He personally came out to my house and inspected the gutter system himself. He gave me a great price and his crew showed up to my house as scheduled and performed a fantastic gutter replacement.I am very happy with the work they have performed and I will be using Excel Home Improvement again for my next remodeling project.

    We had mice issue in our home and the pest control company identified the issue was related to the entry point in the siding. I contacted a few different siding companies, the other siding companies couldnt fix it or proposed we need to rebuild that wall to fix the problem which could cause so much money and I personally think it is not necessary to go that way.I contacted Excel Home Improvement through a friend referral, and the manager Nick came out the next day. After carefully listen to our needs and inspecting the situation, he proposed a different solution that successfully solved our problem and is very cost effective. What is even better, he is able to coordinate and have the technician come out the next day. The fix took around 2 hours, and I am very happy with the result. All the details are perfect.I would highly recommend this company and in the future I will continue working with them on other home improvement needs for sure!
