    I have used Electrical Diagnostics twice and could not have been more pleased with the service and quality of the work. They were prompt, arriving exactly on schedule both times. They sent reminders and follow ups. They are professional, extremely polite, and highly skilled in their work. They let me know how things were progressing. Not only was the job done skillfully, but the cleanup was so thorough you would never know anyone had been there. I could honestly not recommend anyone more highly.

    I chose Electrical Diagnostics because of its five star rating, it charges by the job, and was very reasonable. All I had to do was submit pictures of what I wanted done so we did not have to pay a service charge for someone to come out to see if the job could be done. Communication by text was very timely. The two gentlemen, Jesus and Sam, replaced a ceiling fan for us and corrected an unknown faulty installation by the builder that we had no idea existed. Great company.

    I used Jesus Ibara and Electrical Diagnostics for all of my electrical work to make improvements for 7 new tenant suites in my strip center. He got his city permits in time, did excellent work and passed all inspections. His communication with me and the other trades was outstanding - I always knew in advance when he was coming. He finished his work on time and was very professional. I highly recommend him for any electrical work.

    Jesus did a fantastic job. He was super professional, showed up on time, and it was very clear he knew what he was doing. He did a wall drop for two light fixtures we wanted installed and other odd jobs around the house and he did them not only with his superior skill but with an artists eye as I wasnt quite sure exactly where I wanted my fixtures and he was able to place them where they looked most aesthetically pleasing. Will use this company in the future for ant electrical needs and highly recommend!

In addition to repairs and installation performed, he was able to diagnose a couple of other problems and make repair recommendations.     I called for some electrical problems around our house and Jesus showed up on time (actually early) the same day. He fixed all the problems and even fixed a light fixture that another electrician told me had to be replaced. He was very professional and reasonably priced.     HOME GENERATOR. I had the luck of meeting Jesus and his wife for a previous electrical repair job . I was so impressed that I asked him to quote a whole home generator for my house. This was no tiny job. My house is over 5000 sq ft. The generator was a 22kw generator with two switching panels. Not only did these guys do an incredible job, but they were by far the best price. To top it off, they are just nice people. I feel lucky to have met them and now I finally have an electrician in Boerne that I can count on.

    Very Glad I called Electrical Diagnostics. They were very responsive and found the issue quickly, I also hired them to moved some outdoor plugs around and they were very professional and placed them exactly where I wanted them without having any outdoor conduits running, they were able to run them through the walls with any damage.

    Jesus arrived on time for the appointment with all the correct tools and materials to install a temporary outdoor fixture, which I supplied, on a box previously installed by another electrician and left uncovered and exposed to the weather. He found a ground wire missing which he installed. The fixture works perfectly and was installed to cover the box left open. He installed a plate to cover a second box, also left open by the previous electrician. Upon inspection of both boxes he advised returning the newly purchased fixtures for these two areas because the new boxes are not installed correctly to hold the weight. I appreciate Jesus candor and honesty in pointing out a problem which must be corrected. I will definitely use Jesus Ybarra again and will recommend him to others.

    I had Electrical Diagnostics come out to install an outside outlet for my landscape lights and fountain. I had been using an extension cord plus replace a worn out GFCI. He had me send 3 pics and gave me a free estimate..In addition to the initialwork which was excellent, he moved my landscape box for me, replaced all the old outdoor plug covers with truly waterproof boxes and replaced the rusted plugs , all within the initial estimate. I will only use them for anything else electrical.

    I had to find an electrician on this frigid New Years Day for a buzzing breaker for the compressor for my heatpump. Jesus answered my call and even though he was out of town at the time, made an appointment with me to come look at my box as soon as he was able to get back to Boerne later that afternoon. He fixed me right up after finding my problem. Absolutely top notch customer service in my book. He explained everything to me and went the extra mile.     We recently reached out to Electrical Diagnostics to inquire about having several large, heavy chandeliers installed in our home. Because of their size and weight, we knew that each fixture would require additional bracing and support, so we wanted to be sure that were installed by someone knowledgable. We quickly received a response to our email inquiry, and had an estimate returned to us within 24 hours. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy - and our experience only improved when Jesus arrived at our door. Always friendly, timely and professional - Jesus worked in our home to do a number of projects (in addition to the originally planned fixture hanging!) in our home for the next several weeks. He always took the time to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the results, and was patient and willing to accommodate when little surprises in the project-process popped up along the way.
