I had a huge project that was just completed. New roof, windows, two extensions, new stucco, and major demolition. GGL is not only the best Construction firm I have ever worked with, but they are also the best company I have ever done business with. Let me explain:1. They care about their customers and every subcontractor they used cared as well. Every worker treated my house and family like it was their own. This was quite shocking.2. The communication was exceptional. They were at our house every day for several months and always answered the phone. We had many requests for clarification or to change something that didnt appear right during the project since it was so large. And this is where they really shined. They always listened to our concerns and if they were wrong, they made it right. And when I was wrong, they took the time to explain it to me to make sure I understood. This was such an important factor and allowed us to have 100% trust in what they were doing.3. The owners, Greg and Gavin, are great guys. They are so pleasant and positive. They knew their stuff and worked really hard to make sure I am happy. You will enjoy working with them every day and all their workers are nice people that take the job very seriously with a smile on their face.4. GGL is fair and honest. I have never seen anything in the construction business like GGL. It was a very stressful time for my family during the renovation, but I actually miss seeing GGL. I never thought that would be possible.The final result of my project was far better than I was even hoping for. We just completed a large project with GGL and couldnt be happier. GGL built a 550 square foot addition to our house consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Alterations were also required to an existing bedroom, closet, and hallway to accommodate the addition. Gavin, Greg, and Gillian were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Gavin, being the main project manager was always available, listened to our requests, and was overall very easy to work with. The work moved at a nice pace and the final product is beautiful and of high quality. During a large project like this, there were inevitability a handful of hiccups but the most important thing is GGL addressed them all very honestly and fairly. All of their subs performed high quality work, with a big shout out to their tile guy who really made our bathroom beautiful and the electrician who went above and beyond to make sure everything was precise. Overall we are very happy we went with GGL and will use them again for future projects. -

I was very happy with GGL. They did a great job on the projects we had. A previous contractor had rebuilt a deck for us but not long after it continued to leak. Rather than going back to the guy who screwed it up the first time, I found GGL and they pointed out the mistakes the other contractor had made. GGLs repairs were terrific and the deck looks better than before. Along the way we had them do a remodel of our kitchen, install new sliding glass doors upstairs (which entailed reapirs to part of the upstairs flooring), screened in our patio and a few other minor repairs. They were prompt. Honest. And if they had a mistake they corrected it quickly and with no fuss. The finshed job looks great and I would wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation. -

The father and sons team of George, Greg and Gavin were professional, easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable. Along with their team of expert subcontractors, they not only did an amazing renovation, but were considerate and conscious of the needs of the customer. They took time to patiently answer questions and offer explanations when appropriate. They were, at all times, a pleasure to work with and always available for our calls and texts.They wanted the work done right, and wouldnt settle for anything less.We were treated with respect and like family, and they have our highest recommendation, without hesitation, for anyone with construction needs. -

We enthusiastically recommend GGL and Sons Construction for your home renovation needs. GGL did a complete home renovation on our house from top to bottom: new roof, exterior stucco, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, hurricane-proof windows, etc.When the father-and-sons owners got their hands on our 50s-era house with several additions and seven rooflines, they cheerfully faced the challenge and transformed it into a beautiful, open concept home with great curb appeal and a lovely, functional interior.Greg, Gavin, and George Labbad are conscientious hard workers who know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. During the process, they kept the ball rolling, bringing in a steady stream of skilled subcontractors. They kept us “in the loop” throughout the renovation. They didn’t quit until the job was complete down to the smallest details. At all times they were polite and respectful and a pleasure to be around. We could not have asked for more. -

We recently used GGL and Sons Construction to build an addition to our home and could not have been happier. We added two bedrooms and a bathroom to accommodate our growing family. From the beginning of the addition when the idea of adding on to our house was just a thought, to the final day finishing the project, Greg, Gavin and their team were truly wonderful to work with. We found them to be very professional, kind, and always stuck to their word. I can tell they take pride in their work and want the best for their clients. I feel they treated our home as if it were their own providing high standards of quality, often fixing minute details before I even had to bring them up. If something didn’t come out quite like I had envisioned, they always had a ‘can do’ attitude to try and come up with a better solution. Being at home through the project with a new baby and a toddler, I felt comfortable with every single person who came through the door to do the work. That’s a testament to the great trades they have relationships with and the experience GGL has in the industry. Of course, there were inevitable bumps in the road on a project of this magnitude, but they handled everything with a positive attitude and assured us everything would be perfect, as it was. Having heard terrible stories from other friends/coworkers about other general contractors, we really feel lucky to have had GGL on our side and can say it was a pleasant experience having them in our home. I would without a doubt recommend them for all of your renovation, building or remodeling needs. -

We have bought a freshly renovated house 5 years ago with a condition that some construction is still needed - some rooms were too dark and we need to get more light.It turned out that finding a solid, reliable construction company in South Florida is not as easy as we thought. Most vendors are interested in renovating kitchens and bathrooms (cosmetic and expensive jobs) and when they heard that we want to cut new windows and doors (not replace existing ones), they are either not interested or trying to charge an abhorrent sums.That was until weve found GGL. This is exactly the company that we were looking for, from the first day until the last day of construction, they have been incredibly professional, friendly and felt more like a family visit. They have been so detail oriented and paid attention to keeping everything clean, we could stay at home which this construction was done - theyve even constructed a fake wall while cutting the concrete.You might be able to find cheaper quality - but Ive highly doubt you will find better value for your buck. Weve already added another extension to project and we are currently planning a third extension, thats how satisfied weve been with GGL and their sub-contractors.GGL has been able to put together an impressive list of sub-contractors - everyone from windows/doors guys, painters, electricians have been outstanding. Giving 5* stars and looking forward to work with GGL on other projects weve planned for our house!
