    Mike and Matt came out to fix an issue with our outdoor spigot. They were here 15 mins after the service call. Great communication and service. The work was done in an hour. Stand up guys and really fair pricing. We will use you guys in the future.

    Hot water heater went out. Have 2 small kids. Called and spoke to Lisa, who was an absolute delight. She called Michael who was able to work us in same day. This is a family owned business and there was no doubt they sympathized with our problem and wanted to get us help as if we were part of theirs. If I could give 6 stars I would!. Highly recommend!

    These guys are awesome!!!! Def honest plumbers with great attitudes!! They came out promptly when our kitchen flooded and were able to do miracles with our old pipes!! So thankful for them!!

    We had Hollis Plumbing install a new gas hot water tank. From the customer service representative who took the call to the install crew, we could not have been more pleased. They initiated the service call right away and within 24 hours we had a new tank installed. They are professional and reasonably priced. I will use them in the future for all our plumbing repairs. Its always fantastic to find an honest, reliable company.

    Tankless water heater replacement. 7 year old Rinnai system. Awesome service beat all the competitors quotes for replacement of the same heater model upgrade by $700-$1k on the phone. Then when at the house they found the real issue which their competitors (who did on site inspections and quotes) missed by doing their due diligence and troubleshooting. So glad I had them come out after the other two companies. What an outstanding local family owned company that took care of me and my family. Only negative was he had on Clemson propaganda :-)

    If you’re looking for a plumber – PLEASE CALL HOLLIS PLUMBING – YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!Michael was OUTSTANDING in regards to calling me right back on a Sunday evening! Our water heater starting leaking water. Michael sent someone over and they showed up less than 45 min! Josh was professional and knowledgeable! Bad news, we did need to replace our water heater, however their price was affordable and they came over early the next morning to replace it and took the old one away! Any future issues in regards to any plumbing – these gentlemen are the ones we will be calling! Again, thank you so much for the professionalism, being knowledgeable, friendly, urgency, and overall outstanding communication!THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

    They had a busy schedule but when I mentioned that our hot water tank was leaking, Mike immediately offered to have someone at our house the very next morning. Thats world class service and they didnt try to take advantage of our situation with any rush fees or extra charges. It was nice to find a company that has the same business philosophy as our printing company - be good for customers and theyll be good for you!

    Such a great business. I live in Chapin and they were there on time and ready to work. The owners son was the one who did my install and he was a great worker and very friendly. They installed my new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. I’m also having them come back to install our new toilets. I have nothing bad to say about this company they are AMAZING!!!! Very pleased with the workmanship as well.

    I called Hollis Plumbing today for a service call on a stopped up commode. I was told that a truck would be sent right over and in less than 30 minutes it arrived. The two guys that showed up were very courteous and had my problem fixed in a few minutes. I will not hesitate to call them again with a problem. Thanks for the help.
