    Honestly, Im more impressed every time Ridge Plumbing comes out to service our property. Tony came out today and solved four plumbing problems in record time. So professional and the installation cost of a hot water heater (which happened to break just before Tony arrived for a different issue) was $450 versus a $1200 quote for installation at Home Depot ! I cant say enough about this responsive and competent company. So glad we found Ridge Plumbing, who has saved us a lot of potential grief versus other companies weve tried ! Sonya Nicholson

    Have called on Ridge Plumbing twice, once for a blockage last year and most recently for a leak in our main water line. They took care of both issues and were prompt, professional and friendly. Highly recommend, especially Tony - super nice and talked with me about the repair and I learned a few things. Maybe a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and they stand by their work. If we have plumbing issues in the future would not hesitate to call Ridge.

    Great experience with this company. Prompt, professional and friendly service along with exceptional communication. Toilets were gurgling and drained themselves out, turns out the lines looked ok and was a temporary block that pushed on through. I also learned I have a pump housing alarm on my pump system …I didn’t know this, what a big relief to find that out. I will definitely contact this company for any future issues I may have. No charge. Wow.

    Called Ridge Plumbing when our VRBO guests reported a basement shower was backing up. After hours dispatch got Blake in touch with us and he did an amazing job working with us on timing of the call. He arrived in the timing he promised and did a great job diagnosing and resolving our problem. Considering it was after hours the the cost was reasonable and his follow up and communication was excellent. Thanks for a very positive experience despite circumstances!

    We recently woke up to no water on a Sunday morning. I placed a call to Ridge Plumbings answering service, got a call back within five minutes and Caleb was on-site within 45 minutes. Caleb was terrific, very knowledgeable and had the Well water issue resolved in minutes!! Caleb & Ridge Plumbing are the BEST!!

    I have now used Ridge plumbing for two projects. One was a complete new build. The other was a hot water tank replacement. Very satisfied with both projects. Cody just left my water tank replacement job and he did outstanding work, very knowledgeable, showed me the ins and outs of the hot water tank workings and was very personable in addition. Highly recommend.

    I discovered a water leak and Ridge Plumbing came to the rescue within an half hour. Brian quickly assessed the issue that required, among other things, removing a wood board in a closet to get to a pipe. He patiently and professionally explained the issue and provided an expert repair in a timely fashion. There was no unsightly repair. Plus the repair bill was very reasonable. If I could give a 10 star rating I would to Ridge Plumbing for its professional, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.

    Had an amazing experience with these guys last night! Came back to our new cabin and the bathroom had backed up and filled the bath tub with poo... called Ridge Plumbing and Caleb came to our rescue like a Superman! Within minutes he figured out where the septic tank was, found the lid, popped it open and saw a tree was growing IN THE PIPES!!! Mother Nature finds a way!Anyway, he pulled that massive log of roots out of the pipe and the resulting fish of wastewater was tremendously awesome! He also helped us get everything working the way it should be with our well pump! Such a talented guy!!! Caleb is THE BEST!!! I would highly recommend him!!!! Amazing guy! Amazing skills!     Ive used Ridge Plumbing before and had great service. It was between Christmas and New Years and I didnt take the time to write a review. This past Labor Day weekend (Sunday) we called because are pump wasnt working and we had just a drizzle of water. Shortly after we called the request in Bob called and said he would be there but had 4 people in front of us and that at a minimum he would by past the pump. When he arrived he said they had a pump in stock if I would like it installed. We had the new one installed. Bob did a great job and was so nice. I just wish I would have written a review back in Christmas time. Bob was the tech on that one and did a wonderful job. Im very impressed with the professionalism that Bob showed both times. Ridge Plumbing is lucky to have such a quality employee.

    So I do not personally live in Blue Ridge but my Mom does, got a call Saturday night that she had a leak in the basement, I googled plumbers in Blue Ridge and decided to call Ridge Plumbing cause I didn’t know any plumbers in BR, turned out to be a fantastic decision! Called late afternoon on Monday and Bob showed up early evening Monday and was able to diagnose the issue quickly, he arrived Tuesday morning and had the issue fixed by noon or maybe earlier! Was extremely pleased with his knowledge, work ethic and professionalism and the invoice presented, was much less than I expected! Would definitely rate these guys 5 out of 5 for all reasons listed above, I would highly recommend Ridge Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

    We woke up on Christmas day and discovered a major plumbing pipe leak. I contacted a remediation company and during the conversation, asked about a good plumbing company. They highly recommended Ridge Plumbing. When I called, a very nice person actually answered and then connected me with the service manager. We had no water and needed help badly. I asked when we could get an appointment and was told that someone would be at our house within a few hours. Dakota Reid and his helper arrived at our house, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the required repair work. Ridge Plumbing could not be represented by more professional, competent and courteous people than Dakota and his helper. My wife and I are very happy with the fast response, great staff and work completed. We will gladly refer anyone we know to Ridge Plumbing. Every company promises excellent customer service but in the end, its the people representing the company that validate the claim. We send our deepest thanks to Ridge Plumbing and to the outstanding staff for helping us during a difficult time.

    Caleb H. Provided us with amazing service! We had an issue with our septic tank at our rental cabin while there were guests present. I saw many great things being said about this company so we called and everything was smooth sailing! This was an after hours call, Caleb was upfront about the cost and handled the whole thing with grace. From the time our guest reached out to us regarding the problem to the time Caleb got done it was under 2 hours!! Amazing! He even cleaned all the sinks/tub after he completed the job. We felt so relieved to have had someone like Caleb helping us in this situation! Even our guests were satisfied with the service!! Thanks again Caleb!

    Called on Thursday and Bob Myers showed up Friday morning with a call saying he was on the way. Very professional and just a all around nice guy.     I can’t say enough about this place. With not being familiar with the area, we tried all afternoon to reach a plumber and either they were booked a month out or were unprofessional or uninterested in helping us. As soon as I tried this place, I knew I found the right fit. The man who answered the phone was very nice and really acted like he wanted to help. They were also very attentive and it took the technician less than thirty minutes to call and he immediately came right out. Our technician was so professional and was honest about the work being done. He never overcharged us and fixed our water heater within a very fast time frame. What a phenomenal company this is. We will definitely use them in the future and absolutely recommend them for any of your home service needs. 5+ stars hands down!

    We have used Ridge for about three years now on our rental cabins. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness, trustworthiness, even after hours and the day before a holiday.Todays service was no different. Brian, our technician, phoned to let us know he was on his way, he was professional, respectful, pleasant, and very neat. He picked up after himself and did not leave a trace that he had been here. He had to go to the supply house to pick up materials for additional work we requested during our scheduled replacement of three toilets and was very accommodating to our requests.

    I can’t say enough good things about Ridge plumbing ! Every time I call they are there to assist me ! Tony came out to help with our drains and to replace something in our sink. Super friendly and showed me how to take my drains apart so that I could easily maintain them ! Love that he was patient and willing to share some knowledge!Last month we had a sewer gas problem. Called the after hours line and Blake Moore called us and walked us through what was happening. So kind and even checked on us the next morning to see if the problem had resolved. A month later we needed the studor vent fix. Tony back at it again after hours to make sure no bad gases were leaking into our home. Both Tony and Blake reassured me if that didn’t fix the problem to let them know ! I love the customer service of ridge plumbing ! Will never call another plumber! Thank you Tony and Blake !!

    We were one of the many people who pipes freeze at Christmas time. We had no water, but had work arounds, so we scheduled Ridge to send plumbers out to fix us in a couple of days. At the scheduled time, the guys were at the house and ready to go, they assessed the issues, and replaced the lines. They made sure to be complete, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend this company.

    I used Ridge Plumbing last year to replace our hot water heater. Brian did a great job so I called them again to come see if our toilet was leaking through the floor to a bedroom ceiling that had water damage. Brian and his assistant Bob came today and verified the toilet was the problem due to a improperly installed toilet seal that was done by someone else last year. They did an excellent repair. Highly recommend them if you need an outstanding plumber.

    Ridge Plumbing did a marvelous job for us in a chaotic situation - from Shane and his expertise on the phone to address our needs to Cody for his excellent performance of getting us out of a real jam. We had just signed a contract on our house, had inspector coming the next morning at 10:00 a..m. Went into our crawl space to remove items and discovered water heater leaking late in the afternoon. Called Shane who said he had what we needed in stock and would have a crew out next morning at 8:30 am. He delivered!!! Inspector was impressed issue had been addressed and being repaired upon his arrival.Ridge also addressed issue we had with faucet in master shower and dripping faucet in guest bathroom.     We had a situation where we are a part of a 5 home shared well system. The pipe running from the well to the home had broken and we had to shut the well off to 5 homes until it was repaired. Unfortunately, it was after 5pm and business was closed for the day. I called your company and I received a call back from your technician, Bob, within just a few minutes. I explained the problem to Bob and he said that he would be on his way immediately.     This company came highly recommended by a top realtor and a successful business owner in Fannin County. I am very glad I took their advice and called Ridge to complete a water pressure valve replacement. From the initial call, to the estimate process and all the way to the completion of the job, everyone was friendly, patient and efficient. Tony, the responding technician, was super knowledgeable and patient when answering my questions. I sat on the estimate for a day and decided to make the appointment for the repair with the expectation that I would be waiting a week or more. Within three hours of my call, Tony was back out to complete the work. After having many frustrating and disappointing experiences with several home repair businesses in North Georgia, I am ecstatic to have finally found professionals that do quality work, are punctual, communicative and very fair-priced for services.     We called on a Sunday morning with a leak coming from the ceiling on the first floor. (Were 2 stories) the leak looked to be directly under a toilet. Caleb called to let me know when he was on his way, he invested around and discovered the leak was coming from a neighboring bathroom upstairs and fixed the problem. He was polite, thorough and cleaned up behind himself. This is the second time weve had a plumbing emergency after hours and Ridge plumbing has taken excellent care of us.

    We woke up this morning this morning without water. After finding Ridge Plumbing Inc. online, the technicians were in route to our home within an hour. Caleb and Joshua quickly arrived, assessed, and solved our water pump situation.     This company is the only responsive and professional company in Fannin and Gilmer County.These guys replaced my well pump and reconfigured the previous botched job done by another plumbing company ,18 months ago ,when my house was built.They worked tirelessly in the pouring rain until 7 p.m so that I could have water back on.I cannot praise these guys enough.If you want someone to show up when they say they will and follow through,then call Ridge Plumbing.

    Tony arrived as scheduled and resolved our plumbing issue in a matter of minutes. It is nice to have a plumbing service with a residential branch to service individual residents. Most service companies in Blue Ridge cater to the building contractors and service residential customers on a fill in basis as they need it which can be weeks in coming and they may never return your call.

    Our deep well pump suddenly quit working. I called Ridge Plumbing at 8am and Dylan returned my call is 15 minutes, picked up materials that might be needed and was at our home in one hour. He checked each possible cause, each of which would be the least expensive to replace. Ultimately, the pump had to be removed and replaced. He did so with a larger pump suited for the job. Theold one was under powered. Dylan kept us informed of everything he was doing, was respectful, friendly and very professional. We are very satisfied with Dylan and Ridge Plumbing.

    Arriving to our cabin for the season on Sunday I discovered NO water I checked everything I knew of and came to the conclusion the well is not working.     Our plumber was Dylan. We called Ridge Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet, which was not working, forcing me to crawl under the sink to shut the water off to it. Dylan selected and brought the new faucet (new design with the water sprayer directly attached to the faucet neck), which we absolutely love.     Called at about noon, Shane called back and I received a call from the technician Marc, arrived slightly after time due to job he was on, totally exceptable , he was courteous and professional and assessed the problem of a crack in the inlet line from my well. Attepted to dig ,but heavy rain was expected and he ( correctly) said he would return first thing in AM, which he did. Marc and his helper manually dug down 6’ to the problem spot and with great difficulty reached the pipe. Made all the necessary repairs both electrical and pipe and tested it thoroughly before securing the hole and completing the paperwork. Both of these men where professional, courteous and very pleasant to have working there on the issue at hand. The cost and repairs was in line with the vast amount of manual labor they put into this job. Additionally, with out asking, they recognized I was a Veteran and applied a discount which was appreciated especially being retired. I read previous reviews prior to contacting them and feel the service that was provided was very professional and the cost better then others I have dealt with, coupled with the short notice and the quick response I will use the again.

    I just had to write up my latest interaction with Ridge plumbing. we have had an ongoing issue with drainage to the septic, and septic /drain backing up to our basement. We have had several people out from Ridge over the years, and honestly while all worked hard, were out in inclement weather, the problems persisted, and since we are so rural, I just had to deal with ineptitude. Today, they sent Caleb out on a call, for the same problem I have had for years. He was fantastic he went right to work, directly to the cleanout, and Had thinks Draining Quickly.     Anthony came to replace my wax ring but discovered that was not the problem. My old American Standard was leaking between the bowl and the tank. Come to find out my toilet was actually defective and had to be replaced. He recommended a Western toilet and I ended up replacing both my upstairs and main floor toilets with those.     We called about two o’clock today pipe in yard busted..Caleb was at our house fifteen minutes later..he has helped us previously.. would not quit until he found leak..so friendly and professional and in no time problem was fixed..such a hard worker.. we will not use anyone but ridge plumbing..thanks guys for doing such a good job and quick response!!!!

    Brandon and Blake did a great job replacing the waterline from the city meter to the foundation of our house. A big digging Job. They knocked the whole thing out in four hours and With the least amount of disruption to my landscape.
