We hired Family Home Improvements to finish our basement, remodel our master bathroom, and renovate our kitchen. They have consistently been responsive, flexible, respectful, and so easy to work with. They offered extremely fair and competitive pricing, and worked within our budget to make sure we could do the work we needed, but also afford it. Their construction crew works very hard, have excellent craftsmanship, and are wonderful to have around our property. Their work is first-rate and on time. When we were receiving estimates, they were the company that responded reliably and quickly, offered an honest assessment of what they could do, and gave a fast estimate. I havent found a better company that is so great to work with in my experience across the country. Kari, the owner and project manager, is so easy to work with, honest, and has great ideas for design. She comes up with practical solutions for the inevitable challenges that come up during a project. She and her company are a total class act! I highly recommend their work and will absolutely use them with all of my future contracting needs.

Quick and very professional service! We had 9 rooms damaged in a flood requiring flooring, drywall replacement and repair, and painting. Kari responded quickly and had a quote and contract to us within days. Hardworking and very thorough crew and our home looks amazing. We highly recommend them and will use them again!

My project: total bathroom remodel & plumbing rearrangement in Spring 2022The team at Family Home Improvements does impeccable work. My new bathroom looks incredible and was clearly remodeled by professionals who take pride in the quality of the finished product. The workers were kind and kept a clean work area, too. We had them tear out old flooring, sink/vanity, toilet, drywall, and shower stall and rearrange plumbing for new fixtures/locations. Kari and her team helped us design and plan materials for a custom shower to maximize the space I had available. All of the tile work in my shower especially looks near perfect! The work was done very quickly too, just under a month, and for what I think is a reasonable price given the high quality of the work.The only suggestions for improvement I have are in the communication area; occasionally it was difficult to get in touch with someone when I had questions or requests. As a new homeowner, I had never pursued a remodeling project before so I didnt know what to expect. Still, I think it was a five star experience.

We hired Family Home Improvements to remodel our kitchen, and could not be happier with the results! They were so easy to work with and their craftsmanship was superb. Of course there are surprises that come along with any remodel project, but whenever we hit a snag, Kari was right there with multiple solutions to solve the issue. We couldnt be happier with the process and the outcome!
