Steven was godsend we picked a house that needed a compete renovation inside. He is smart with your money and very cost effective. Hes not just a great contractor but a wonderful person; you cannot ask for a better person to trust building your home. He values relationships and he will make every effort to make sure you get the home you want.

Working with Steven makes you feel like you are working with a friend. Hes personable with you and doesnt speak down to you (like some contractors we had when we were getting bids). We shared our ideas on what our vision was and then he opened us up to how we can make it look better. I like how he gives a low, mid, and high selection sheet on what works for budget (tremendously helpful). We had a whole first floor overhaul (kitchen and flooring), including two bathrooms upstairs (master and guest). The one thing I really liked about Steven and his crew was that theyre always there when you needed them and more importantly its done right the first time.

SJZ Homes did an exceptional job remodeling our 45 year old kitchen and family room. Punctual, priced extremely fairly, they were timely, clean and thorough explaining in detail options and issues that arose during all phases of the work. We highly recommend them for any job, large or small. Steve, JP and Noah are friendly and completely trustworthy. We are delighted and love our new kitchen and open space family room.
