    If I had not known better, I would have suspected that Bryan S was actually the undercover boss posing as a serviceman as the TV program used to portray. I say this because he seemed far too knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and customer motivated, very much like an owners understanding, that without satisfied customers there would be NO Sun Heating & Cooling.Since Bryan is NOT the undercover boss, management needs to be aware of his efforts to compel a customer to accept a maintenance plan just to be serviced by folks with integrity. HE CLEARLY NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HIS CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AS WELL AS HIS PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION OF SUN HEATING & COOLING!!     I recently had to have repairs made to my older furnace. Sun Heating/Cooling dispatched Eli. This young man was so knowledgeable and did not mind answering my questions.     Before contacting Sun Heating and Cooling we had reach out to two other (closely located) companies that improperly diagnosed an issue we had with our Carrier air filtration system (HRV). Both companies wanted to charge an over the top amount to replace the full unit, saying it no longer worked.We felt that it would be in our best interest to have a third quote so we contacted Sun Heating and Cooling. They came out promptly, assessed the issue and FIXED the unit with a flick of a switch. They are honest and knowledgeable! They saved us a lot of money!! Going forward we will only use Sun Heating and Cooling to service our home. We are so grateful and cant thank them enough!

    Office & parts staff and field technicians (John M and Robert B) have been polite, honest and extremely helpful in tuning up and repairing our HVAC system. In fact, Sun staff were willing to help me to get a replacement part covered by the original supplier of the furnace under warranty, though it had been installed by a different company. Sun helped me to save $500 that I would have otherwise had to pay for the part.

    After having several companies troubleshoot our air conditioning unit, I was told to call Sun Heating & Cooling. Austin called to tell me he was on the way and arrived early. He was told about the root cause of the problem and Austin was able to identify and fix the problem. I was impressed with Austin not just because of his technical competence, but equally because of his customer service skills. The management team should clone him 😂! Seriously I highly recommend Sun Heating & Cooling for your heating and cooling needs.

    My water heater wasn’t working over the weekend, I called today and got a appointment within hours of calling, Eli was very professional and fast with diagnosing the issue, super kind and gave detailed explanations about everything so I understood, he also gave me options about how to fix things and resources, if I could give more stars based on his professionalism I definetly would! 10/10 service! In and out and my problem was solved :)

    John is a very thorough and knowledgable technician with many years of experience. He discovered what the first technician missed that was causing the water to pool. I would highly support and suggest John for an honest and thorough evaluation and he is always looking for the best outcome for the homeowner.     I have been a customer of Sun HVAC for over 35 years, that in itself shows that they have consistently taken excellent care of me.This specific service call was requested just after we returned from being out of town for an extended period. I found that the thermostat was not working properly and space it heated was cool. I contacted Sun and was given an appointment the following day. The technician replaced the faulty thermostat and the problem was resolved. This has been my experience with Sun for decades.

    We’ve had a maintenance contract with Sun for over 30 years. They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Their phone reps are very helpful. After our fall maintenance visit Jaclyn found a problem. She contacted Sun to get us an estimate and they were able to send Bryan out that same afternoon. Problem fixed at reasonable price.

    It was over 90° on Monday and my air conditioner quit. Called sun heating and cooling in the afternoon and they had someone out at my house on Tuesday morning.     John performed several equipment tests, demonstrated how to change the electronic air filter using the free filter he provided, explained thermostat settings, inspected and adjusted dampers, and helped balance the temperature throughout our quad-level home. He set the humidifier for summer use, and checked out both our furnace and our air conditioning units. John was prompt and enthusiastic while efficient and friendly.     Purchased new furnaces and ACs in December 2023.Although we were hesitant to make such large purchases this time of year it was the best decision. Travis arrived before the others explained the process and was extremely pleasant. He and Ricky installed the furnaces while the others installed the ACs. Unfortunately, I didnt get everyones name, but they were all extremely professional and worked nonstop until the job was done. Travis and Ricky were both very patient in explaining the new system to me. They cleaned their work area, which was impressive . The heat is working, and will have to wait until summer to test ACs but overall it was a great experience.

Please vote for Eli in 2024 presidential election!I hope this is the best way to acknowledge his efforts and I would be greatly appreciate his getting promoted captain of the HVAC on call staff or a week off WITH PAY!One of my elderly in-laws just got home from the hospital and did not have heat. Eli Was more than patient on the phone and in a pinch with cold temperatures he was able to help by troubleshooting and resetting the furnace. We now have heat and comfort 100% due to Eli’s efforts.     Our AC had completely died about 2 weeks ago and these days weve had temps in the high 80s outside, we were anxiously waiting installation for a new unit.Travis and Ricky came out this morning arriving promptly at 8 as we were told. They were friendly, polite, professional, no fuss just working away at getting the top part of the furnace completely replaced and the vacuum pump outside too. It was a FIVE hour job given the complex setup we had here, and they were even cognizant that I had meetings I was attending from home.The AC has now been running for over an hour and is much more effective than what we had from the previous setup.I am Highly satisfied with the quality of work from Travis and Ricky, thank you guys! Last year our furnace unexpectedly broke down and we needed a complete replacement - not a good day or an expected expense. One of the team members, Jim, came out the day we placed a service call and spent over an hour with me talking me through several options for replacement and treated me like a member of his family. He could have sold us a much more expensive replacement - and to be honest I likely would have bought anything he recommended - but he told me where I should save and what he would do if this was his home. I would trust Jim, Henry, and any of the guys at Sun with anything in our home without question - and we have. We just completed an attic remodel and had Sun relocate and replace all of the ductwork running through our second and third level. Jim spent hours trying to figure out how to save us money - thinking outside the box solely for our benefit - something most people dont do today.
