Jared did INCREDIBLE work for us! I was very weary due to horrible work done in the past on our home, but Jared was super kind, timely, articulate and was detail oriented (used the best underlayment for floors, matched window casings perfectly to the rest of our house, matched wall texture, etc). We converted our garage into additional living space for my business, and he took the work very seriously. He was always pleasant and could answer all of my questions and he recommended a great company for plumbing work who we love. We are looking forward to using him again for multiple projects and would rather wait for him to be available than trust anyone else. This was a fantastic experience!

We had Jared / Premier Construction for our 54 year old cabin renovation. Jared was truly amazing in every way ! He did so much, always with a smile and a great attitude. We found so many different issues in our old cabin as the renovations progressed. Jared always knew what to do and how to fix it . He was always there when he said he would be . He is a hard worker and very talented in all his trades ! He worked around work slow downs due to unexpected drainage problems etc . He did our : framing , insulation , drywall, mudding, flooring, and multiple new inside and outside doors . Jared is excellent in all areas of framing . Jared even switched out rotten cedar pan-abode logs with new pieces . They fit like a glove ! We had a door so close to the ceiling there was no clearance. Thought I would have to live with a exposed ceiling. Jared was able to make it work ! He built 5 new rooms for us . This project would not have turned out the way it did without Jared! So very excited and elated with our renovations! This project would not have been done to such a professional level without Jared . My husband and I absolutely 1000 % recommend Jared and his company Premier Construction!!!

From our initial consult with Jared we had no hesitation that we chose the right company. Jared and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Promptly answering any questions or concerns.We were also very impressed how concerned they were on keeping a tidy work environment.We hired Jared for a few projects at our tiny older vacation cottage. Replace rotten facia boards and water damaged cork flooring. Renovate our attic into a more livable space by installing new windows, hardwood floor, adding an access stairwell, repair drywall and electrical work . They were defiantly challenged by working with a ceiling height that is only 4 ft. Our new attic space truly exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly impressive. It is now my favourite spot to relax in.We will absolutely be hiring Jared for future work.Thank you so much Jared, Nate and Cory

Wow! Very happy customer here!Jared did an amazing job with our twins new doorway and floor after severe weather damage. His work is impeccable, and details were not left out on all the repairs. He went several steps further to ensure that this was a lifetime fix.We searched over a year for a contractor, having several people look at the damage while the winter beat it up even worse - he was the fourth try, and the best!He handled our home with the utmost care, and is awesome at communication - Ive never known a contractor to be so on time and committed. When he says he will be there, he will be, on the dot!His honesty and transparency regarding the cost and scope of your project is fantastic, and we had no surprises.He goes above and beyond in helping out, seeing to safety issues that he noticed, then fixed for us. He even assisted in rescuing a baby bird :)It is so nice to be able to trust a contractor, honestly.We are already planning a new slate of projects - that way we know anything done to our old 1913 farmhouse is done right, because its done by Jared and his team.
