Shawn Holm and his apprentice did a wonderful job re-plumbing our entire home!Both rose to the challenge of replacing 70 year-old corroded pipes, removing and replacing a concrete wash basin, installing a back flow valve for the sprinkler system, and installing faucets and stoppers on sinks.Shawn is very professional in everything he does. He returned our initial call immediately, setting up a timely consultation for our needs. His turnaround on the estimate and making an appointment for the work was also more than reasonable and convenient to our timeline.Shawn made sure to contact us prior to our agreed-upon work day, in order to remind and confirm the upcoming job. He arrived at the scheduled time and did an incredibly thorough job in a short amount of time (a day and a half; it would have only taken a day if there weren’t complications on our end).Shawn followed up with us a few days later, to ensure our satisfaction with the work done. We couldn’t be happier! It’s so nice to shower with good water pressure and to have confidence that the pipes won’t break during a cold snap😊

Weve used Shawn twice. The first time was for several tiny leaks we found in our home inspection, installing a water softener, installing RO water and tubed to our fridge, and replaced two toilets. He was always kind, very clean, worked fast, and explained things really well.The second time was to do one single job to fix the caulking in our bathroom. For this one, I would do 4 stars and still need to call him about it. He was in a huge rush because he fit us in his busy schedule, but he scratched out shower surround, there was caulk kind of a mess and had to scrub it really good, and within a week had to redo it with silicone. Maybe he was stressed, maybe it was because he fit us in quickly, maybe it was just too little of a job...Im really not sure, but this is my honest review. Next time I have several things to ask of him, I totally would, but not for quick little one off things.Also, on the toilets he replaced the caulk is all visible and is a beast to clean. Its a little thing, but I should mention it.Note, I still recommend him to everyone and gave Shawn a big 5 stars!

Our kitchen sink was plugged up on the 4th of July and we needed a plumber. Shawn Holm of Holm Plumbing to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He had to do some extra steps to get it unclogged, but he did and we were very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend his work. Hes a Master Plumber and we could tell he knew what he was doing. If you need a plumber, hes your guy.
