They completely rebuilt my house after a major fire, and did a great job of staying within the budget and keeping me informed along the way. It is now updated and new. They helped turned a catastrophe into a blessing.

Sparks did a complete remodel of our 70 year old ranch home. They did an excellent job and we couldnt be happier with our new home. We knocked out several walls and added an approximately 650 ft addition. We have all new insulation, plumbing, electrical and air and are happy with it all. The stonemasons and cabinet makers were true craftsmen. Their employees are considerate, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Sparks Construction was first recommended to me to repair extensive damage from the 2007 ice storm. They rebuilt our roof and remodeled most of the interior of our home. We were highly satisfied with their work. Since then, Sparks has been our go-to for every project weve done on our home, including building a large deck, replacing the wall of a room with windows, and replacing an exterior door with a window, all of which they have done with excellent workmanship at a reasonable cost. The owner is a person of integrity. They are getting ready to several more smaller projects for us which I anticipate will also be completed with quality workmanship and at a reasonable price.

About 1/3 of my 3000 square foot house was damaged due to fire on 5/31/2021. Sparks Construction was hired to manage the reparation. They did an excellent job of restoring everything to as good or better than before the fire. Final cost was below budget and completion almost on time, in spite of supply and labor problems related to the Covid 19 pandemic. Sparks was the best contractor experience I have had, and I will hire them again whenever I need a remodel job.

I have used Sparks Construction for several projects over the past few years. I have always found them to be very professional. They surveyed the work to be done and provided a competitively priced estimate of cost for the work. The work was completed on time and billed as quoted. No surprises!! I would recommend Sparks Construction to anyone needing a contractor for fire or water damage. Or, for any home remodeling they are considering.

Renovation with Sparks has been a joy. Two and a half bathrooms, kitchen and water damage recovery in the living room were all collaborative, creative and on time. No trauma, no drama!Weakness in contracting documentation and project cost control/reporting are effectively countered with scrupulous honesty. Heartily recommend this company and have done so with friends and neighbors who also had positive experiences.

Honest, trustworthy, and responsive. These are contractors you form a relationship with. They have a great team. The communication is great and they are quick to respond to all of your questions. They know more than my insurance agent and were far more helpful in rebuilding my home and helping me with direction when my house burned down. They are geniuses in going above and beyond your expectations. Im keeping them on speed dial for future projects Ive always wanted to do.

You will not find a better contractor for your construction/renovation project. Everyone with Sparks is professional and honest. Brett actually saved us money by helping us totally redesign our master bathroom. They were patient with my last minute changes and made sure everything was done to my high standards.
