Showed up early. Showed me the problem within 15 minutes; burned out main breaker and a torched electrical panel.Replaced breaker and will replace panel later.Brian got back to me with a quote on the panel very very fast.ThanksHad the w/h breaker trip on 8/28.Called Brian after hours and he answered.Explained problem and he said do not reset.First thing Friday am someone was there to replace panel instead of 9/9. Amazing.Excellent quality and communication and labeled panel legibly.Will not go anywhere else.

I contacted Oztech with a breaker panel problem and this problem was more of an emergency to us because #1 our hot tub was not heating, #2 we were due to leave town for 9 days and no one to monitor the temporary heater, and #3 sub zero temps that would turn our hot tub into an ice cube if we left the repairs for our rerun. I had visions of cancelling flights and no refunds 🥺Oztech went out of their way to contact me - after hours that same day - to discuss this issue. An electrician the come the next morning and replaced the breaker. We were very fortunate to have a caring considerate company such as Oztech to work with us and make our emergency their emergency! I would highly recommend calling them - your in good hands with Oztech!!!
