Lithik did an excellent job installing a new septic system in a timely manner. Micheal and his crew were communicative and professional; showing up, problem solving, and getting the job done with enthusiasm. They took pride in their work and left the site clean afterwards. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for a variety of services.

John, Mike and their crews built my dream shop in Warren. They did it all, from taking out the permit to applying the final coat of paint. I gave them a crude hand drawing of what I wanted and they brought it to fruition. They were a pleasure to work with and actually a really fun bunch of guys. And, they knew what they were doing. Due to supply chain shortages, they had to adapt as the project went on. They did what needed to be done but never added a single penny to their original bid. Im generally a DIY guy but this job was bigger than I wanted to tackle myself. I was still hesitant as Ive heard horror stores about contractors over the years: not finishing the job, not showing up when they say they will, unending requests for more money, etc. Lithik is the first general contractor Ive ever hired and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to work with and their integrity.

These fellas are professional, timely, and seem to have a passion for hard work and moving earth. Big shout out to boss man Michael, Jimmy and Travis for moving many tons of dirt for us. Really saved the day. Fair pricing, quick turnaround, professional end product and a real pleasure to work with.

Lithik construction saved a 100 year old three story building located in Bisbee Arizona. They suspended it and repourd all the footings . Rebuilt the first floor apartment . Completely remodeled the second and third floor apartments . New kitchens bathrooms . They restored all the wood floors installed beautiful tile . Lithik also installed heating and cooling . Dig out parking replaced all the plumbing and electrical with a underground electric line to a 400 amp pannel. Also built three huge decks one for each apartment. Lithik construction gets things done quickly and efficiently with quality materials . I highly recommend lithik construction for any and all historic restoration projects .
