My story started 2 months ago. My utility pole started to lean. I called a local service after 2 weeks they failed to followup. Not knowing where to turn I reached out to upstate. Within a week everything was due. I would Highly Recommend Upstate Pole. -

A drainage issue caused one of the utility poles on our property to rot at the base and it was leaning dangerously. National Grid performed an inspection, but they couldnt fix it because it wasnt one of theirs. We then contacted Upstate Pole Services and Will got in touch immediately to schedule an inspection. Thankfully, Wills team came out to replace and relocate our pole in less than a week. We were very happy with the professionalism and effective communication of the team.While the pole was being replaced, there was a change of plans and a support feature was no longer needed for the new pole. We requested an itemized invoice to reflect a more accurate final cost of the project, which Will promptly shared with us. If we ever need more utility pole work done in the future, we will be calling Upstate Pole Services again for sure. -

I highly recommend Upstate Pole Services. I contracted them to replace my old pole. William not only contacted me almost immediately but kept me informed every step of the way. Not only did they do a great job but were able to knock over $1000. off my original estimate by inspecting and determining they could reuse my existing equipment on the pole. I rarely say this about anyone but I couldnt be happier with Upstate Pole Service. -
