    Was recommended by our Spectrum technician about DMB Electrical. From the first time we called to arrange service, the owner Dwayne has been in touch with us on making time to come by and provide his services.We have a jacuzzi and was not informed that we had to have a separate electric breaker for it. Dwayne was nice enough to come on out. Give us a quote for that as well as a quote to put in new outlets in our garage and fix our lights on the outside of our cabin.We are pleased with his services and with his customer service and his team that came out and done all the jobs that we needed done we will be using him again in the future.His pricing is fair and he goes beyond his way as far as I’m concerned.

    Moved to Big Bear in May of 2024. Needed a electrician and my neighbor recommended DMB Electric Inc. (Dwayne). I have always built my service network on the recommendations of who they trust with their home. DMB Electric were very easy to work with and Dwayne fit my project in very quickly. The two electricians arrived on time and immediately got the work done and removed the boxes and old fixtures. I now have an electrician i will use for ALL my future projects.John

    Dwayne helped us with our breaker that was tripping. He was able to accommodate us into his schedule as we needed immediate help and he took care of everything with precision and sent us photos and videos of his work when finished. Would highly recommend.

    Dwayne is a great electrical specialist. Can change light bulbs on 15ft ceilings and put in new breaker boxes ! But dont expect him to show up today - hell put you on his schedule in order of your emergency. Great guy !

    Dwayne has completed two projects for me in Big Bear and the experience was perfectly positive. The first project corrected wiring, receptacle and switch issues. Next, he completed an atypical and perfect install of a mini split HVAC unit.I’d be happy to work with him again. Dwayne is a humble guy; easy going, fun to chat with and talk about the work. He’s particular about how work gets done and has pride in the finished product. His guys, Dylan and Josh took the same care as they went about their parts of the project. After sharing ideas about the project, Dwayne described his plan to me and briefs his guys before the work begins and updates along the way.     Dwayne Burnley of DMB Electric is absolutely the best! We needed a Generac Generator installed and called Dwayne. What we anticipated would be a relatively simple job turned into a major project. The cabin was built in 1964 and the power panel not only needed to be upgraded but relocated to the garage. This required electric service to be moved to the new panel and power reestablished from the garage to the cabin. Trenching then had to be done for the new electrical lines from the garage down to the Generac. As we all know, trenching in the rock of Big Bear is no small task. This was an extensive project that took several weeks to complete. Every step of the way, Dwayne was attentive to detail and keep me informed every step of the way. Considering how extensive this project was, Dwayne provided excellent value and pricing. No project is too large for Dwayne and DMB Electric.

    My furnace stopped working due to the Nest not rebooting. My daughter and I spent a freezing night and I was expecting paying guests the day after. Dwayne basically rescued us from freezing another night and from me having to cancel a string of paying guests. He trouble-shooted the problem and came up with a fix. He was very responsive and just a nice guy. He will be my “ go-to” electrician from now on.

    This is the second time that I called Dwayne with DMB Electric inc because I was having trouble with some plugs falling out of the outlets. Dwayne explained that the outlets were worn out and need to be replaced because a loose outlet can arc and possibly cause a fire. Dwayne is very professional and many years of experience. If you’re looking for any type of electrical work I recommend that you hire DMB Electric Inc.
