My water heater stopped working, so my landlord called this company to come after regular business hours to take a look at it. The owner was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond the regular customer service you expect from a plumbing company. Enjoying my hot showers once again! -
