    We had both our AC units go out within three days of each other at the house we live at and where were moving to.Pruitt came out promptly, examined both houses, and told us all of our options within our price range. I felt super comfortable with them due to their knowledge, their demeanor, and how they explained things so I could understand them. I know nothing about HVAC.They showed up on time for both houses, got the job done efficiently and quickly. The crew at the house was super nice, quick, and overall pleasant to have here.I highly recommend them. Super Professional and efficient.

    Pruitt was recommended to me via a FaceBook neighborhood group. Of the three bids I scheduled, Pruitt was able to come look, prepare and deliver the bid, and schedule a start date within days of initial contact. The work was completed promptly and satisfactorily and led to another project they will be starting next week.

Update: 8/8/24 The crew came out again today to install and set up the new unit. We are very pleased with their work and are relaxing in our air conditioned house. Thanks for your kindness, courtesy and professionalism.Pruitt Mechanical returned on September 10, 2024 to do a vent repair for us. As always they were kind and courteous and did a fabulous job! I would and have recommended them to family and friends if the need ever arises.

If I could give them 10 stars I would.Professional with workmanship integrity in the first phone call and visit! In todays world where you can barely get someone to show up, return phone calls, or even do quality work without taking advantage of you… THIS company is the complete opposite and follows through from the first phone call to the job being complete and done right.I called them in a semi emergency situation, a water heater/no hot water, after two other companies left me hanging. Pruitt Mechanical Services showed up the next day.The customer service, professionalism , communication, fair pricing, competent, knowledgeable and reliable team of experts by FAR exceeded my expectations.     Extremely helpful. Had a different company evaluate my hvac system. Charged me 100 dollars and told me it would cost over 11,000 dollars to replace. Pruitt did the evaluation for free and was 3,000 cheaper. U cant go wrong with this company. Honest and very helpful. Call them first..save money and time. One week later installed furnace and a/c unit. Job well done. Highly recommended. Thanks Pruitt Mechanical.

    My family has hired Pruitt Mechanical after being shafted really hard by another contractor for a new home build for plumbing installation. They gave us an amazing deal and have worked hard for us. Rylan is amazing. Joe the owner has been amazing! The only negative I would add is more communication. Overall I would hire them again for anything.

    I would recommend Pruitt Mechanical for future plumbing needs. It was a Saturday when I booked appointment online for installing a new tub faucet. Joe called me that same day to ask me questions on what service I needed and I sent pictures and we discussed in detail. He had technicians at my house Monday morning and completed job without any issues in timely manner.

    Pruitt came to our house for bathroom electrical issue, unfortunately, due to being an an old house, rewiring was needed. The guys were very professional, clean, and kept us informed of the progress and what was to be done next, so we were prepared to move items for the next day. About a week after the electric was done, we called them for an emergency plumbing leak (unrelated to the wiring) which was identified and repaired very quickly.

    Water heater was leaking for a few days before I noticed it. I went online Sunday morning to contact and had a call back within 15 min. Mr. Pruitt gave me tips on how to keep it at bay to avoid the weekend pricing and made sure my visit time fit my work schedule. The workers arrived, completed the work, and left within the window timeframe given. No trying to sell me on additional products, which I really appreciated too! Answered my questions about a few other issues I was having and even came back this evening when my washer was being weird. That turned out to be user error 🤣We will definitely use them again in the future!!

    We called Pruitt Mechanical Services with a problem with our thermostat. Rhyce was there in no time and replaced our thermostat. He explained the new thermostat and was very thorough. These guys are all great. Highly recommend this company!

    Joe and Rylan showed up the same day I called for assistance with a plumbing issue, they were super friendly and very knowledgeable. They had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. While I dont hope for more plumbing issues, but I will definitely be reaching back out to Pruitt if I do.

    In the last 3 weeks, 💩 hit the fan at home. My HVAC needed entirely replaced and my water heater needed replaced. Joes team came in and did the job fantastically and I could not be more pleased. Ive been a customer for many years and will remain a loyal commited customer as long as I live in the area and Joe and his team are in business.

    Called them to come out and quote a shower repair and a new water softener. The quote was on par with others i got. The service was above and beyond for what i paid. The quote came via email with plenty of time to mull it over and no high pressure sales. After accepting we were scheduled and i got text notifications of who was coming and when. The team got in, put in the water softener and hauled the old one off in no time. The shower repair was more complicated as there was no holes in the tile for the single temp faucet so they had to cut tile and add additional pipe. It came out beautifully. The water softener didnt have any problems but the shower faucet had the smallest leak. I called back and they were able to get out, identify the leak and seal it for free. It turned out to be part of the tub assembly that came from the manufacturer. They had everything cleaned up and left no trace they were there. Getting a quote now to replace a vanity, will be giving them all of my repair/remodel work.Thank you for an amazing job and well deserved 5 star.Update 2024: used Joe and his team again to repair a HVAC system at our new house. He was able to get me in quickly and repaired and working again. We are looking to add a new unit upstairs with Joe as well. Still a great company and great team. Still 5 stars!Steve

    Excellent service from start to finish. Joe is very responsive to customers. He explained all of our options, with benefits as well as downsides, so we could make an informed decision. He was patient with us,no high-pressure sales for services we did not need.Once we chose a bid, we were scheduled timely and kept up to date with what to expect via email.On date of service, the company sends a text with the name of the technician, their photo, and eta, which is wonderful! Its nice to know who is coming.While performing the services, the whole team conducted themselves very professionally. They were all knowledgeable and educated us on maintenance.While inside our home, they wore booties over their boots to keep our floors clean. Before leaving, the entire job site is cleaned well.The company was easy, hassle free to work with. Would highly recommend. Will use again!

    Im writing a review for a water heater replacement the day before Thanksgiving - that alone should get your attention. After we decided our 14 year old broken unit would be worth replacing vs. repairing, Joe came out the night before and went over several replacement options. Rylan and Kenny showed up during the scheduled window. They protected their work area, removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment, answered my questions, and tested for leaks before heading out. This is the second time Ive used Pruitt and I am happy with their professionalism and service. The text-based appointment and arrival notifications is also pretty handy.

    Pruitt installed a new HVAC system for us and it has worked out beautifully! They got us scheduled immediately and completed the job quickly.     Pruitt Mechanical Services recently replaced the electrical breaker box at our home. Due to an email issue, the inspection could not be made for Ameren to reconnect the service the day work was done. We were only their second customer in 20 years for no return of power the same day. Joe’s crew let us know as soon as they became aware of the problem and because of the cold weather and lack of heat due to no electrical service, offered to put us up for the night in the hotel of our choice. The inspection was completed first thing the next morning. Joe and his crew were prompt, kept us apprised as the work progressed, and were customer focused. The job was done well and they were very responsive to our questions. We would trust Pruitt Mechanical Services for future work as needed.5/16. Steven did a spring maintenance check on the air conditioning. He was courteous, explained what he would be doing and then what the results were of his inspection. Job well done.

    We highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical Services for your central air conditioning needs. We had contacted another company that we highly value to give us a bid on either repairing or replacing our old central air with a new unit, but after approximately six months we still had no bid. We then contacted Pruitt Mechanical Services. After one visit here to determine the size/type of unit that we needed, we were immediately given a price. Once we approved the estimate, it only took a week for the installers to arrive. Within that day our old unit was out and a new heater and air conditioning unit (Trane) was installed. The owner reviewed their work before they left to be sure that we were completely satisfied. We loved their professionalism and their work quality. We give a big shout out to the men who did the job: Rhys, Tim, Mason, and Steve. Tim was especially helpful in talking to us about the work they would do and in getting started before the others since he arrived early. Pruitt Mechanical Servives will do the job right and take care of you!

    I just want to say that my family used Pruitt Mechanical Services to install our furnace AC and mini split system. I’ll start off by saying Joe was awesome he came out and walked us through every step of the way and made sure he got us all rebates and tax credits that were available. Then the day came for install and that’s when we got to meet some of his crew Tim Presley and Rhys Strader they were extremely professional and kind they were always aware of what they were doing and made sure they cleaned up behind themselves. I am beyond pleased with the work they did. My family is so happy to finally have AC. A huge thank you goes out to all of them for the hard work.

    Waited a few months to give a review but nothing but good things to say. We moved to the area with no knowledge of who to use and had several companies come and give us quotes. Our home was still on the old original furnace from the 60s and we wanted to replace before winter rolled in. Pruitt was straightforward, didn’t give us any “sales” pitches and we were able to do financing easily through the provided links. Not to mention they were able to get us in 3 weeks from the quote. The prices were pretty good in comparison to competition, especially with the bonus duct cleaning included in the price. A coworker recommended them as well so the choice was simple. The techs that came and installed were nice, cleaned up when they were done and we have had no issues since. The owner actually came by personally during the install to see if we had any questions and to reach out with any issues. 10/10 would recommend.

    Pruitt Mechanical is the way to go for sure!!! We just bought a split level house and our upstairs was drastically warmer than our downstairs! They were extremely responsive as soon as I contacted them. They instantly booked their free consultation to come out and check out our problem! They did a thorough examination and told us what they thought would help and literally came out a week later to install what we needed. The amount of difference it made in our upstairs was amazing!!     The main water line to my house had a major leak in August 2023. Terry came out right away for an estimate and his crew was able to replace the line the next day.     After winter winter wintered, and my initial call of stopping the jack hammering through my pipes, Joe and his team came through and replaced my hvac system and water heater as well as placed air chambers on my pipes to stop the hammering. From the start everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Was able to have all questions answered, choose the best systems for my home, and the team spent all day but got it all done. I was reassured constantly which for me was comforting. Everyone was respectful of my home and cleaned up after.     What a great company! I recommend them to everyone I see! I got a new Furnace/AC a few weeks ago then lost electricity for 4 days. The AC cooled the house down like a champ!! He called American Standard, explained the issue and they are sending a free replacement faucet in a few days. I wouldn’t even have thought about doing that. Rylan saved the day!     Buying a new furnace/AC is scary and it is a huge amount of money. I have used Pruitt for a few years, ever since they delivered and installed the dishwasher I bought at Lowes. I was so impressed with how the dishwasher was installed in my little old house with uneven floors that I called them when my AC wasnt working a few years ago. Back then I was told I needed a new AC but we were able to make it hang on for a few years. This month it finally gave up. I was glad I had Joe to call. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. I deal with a lot of vendors in my job and I can tell you it is hard to find a company who delivers in any way. Pruitt really cares!! There is a real person who answers the phone. If it goes to voicemail someone returns your call promptly. All emails and texts are answered right away too. No matter how silly my questions I was never made to feel stupid. Every person from Pruitt who worked on my home was nice and professional. My new AC is blowing cold air and I need a big blanket and I am not sorry about that! I feel if something were to go wrong it would be fixed right away.     This company went above and beyond our expectations and provided great service when replacing our furnace and AC units.     I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the staff! I was first in the market for a new a/c unit when I contacted Pruitt, not only did they help with the installation of the A/C unit but also installed a new furnace combo. While they guys were installing the new a/c - furnace one of the gentleman noticed that I would need a new amp box upgrade, so within hours Joe the owner had me a quote over for that and within in a week, BAM new 200 AmP box upgrade. It doesn’t stop there…..while we we’re continuing our grades to our home I contacted them for new wiring just in the kitchen, Joe explained to me the whys and how’s of just doing one room versus the whole house, so now we are in the process with a whole home rewire from Pruitt. When I tell you this company and team has done nothing but went and above for their customer, I truly mean it from the heart. They have helped us every step of the way with all new grades and now my family will be able to rest at ease at night knowing we have fresh cool air and all new wiring placed in the house.     Pruitt initially came out to repair a plumbing leak and and the bathroom ceiling ruined by the leak. They were prompt and knowledgeable; keeping me updated throughout the whole process. A couple of months later we had a similar issue in another bathroom and Pruitt did all of the repairs at no cost and said it shouldve been caught when they did the first repair.     I can’t say enough about this company. I contacted them when my heat went out right before an ice storm. I was told they were completely booked but they would work me in. They arrived on time and I was told I need a new furnace as mine was extremely old and most parts were not available anymore which I knew. They were able to install my new heater two days later along with my new air conditioner. They provided space heaters in every room until then to get me through the ice storm.     Ive hired Pruitt for three different electrical jobs so far in the last two weeks and I plan on continuing to hire them for future renovations. Most come and dont even send an estimate after. Some send an estimate and then never follow up. Others send estimates months later with unreasonable prices for simple work.     Pruitt Mechanical is a great company to use for Heating and Cooling (installations and repair), Electrical service installs and repairs, plumbing issues, and even window replacement. I have had Pruitt Mechanical install several new furnaces in my rentals as well as new furnace and central air in my personal home.Recently, Pruitt Mechanical troubleshot a weird water heater problem where no hot water was coming out. They found it was a supply line leak in crawl space unknown to us.     Once again Joe and the crew with Pruitt Mechanical Services comes to my rescue! I was out of town, on a Friday, and got the dreaded phone call that the heater was out in one of my rentals.I reached out to Joe with Pruitt Mechanical Services, and he was able to come out Saturday morning and address the problem. The only problem was the part would not be able to get in until Tuesday even overnighted.As the professional he is, Joe offered heaters for me to use until the part came in and he was able to fix the heater. Saved the day for me and my house to be able to continue to be occupied and not have any freezing water lines!Joe went above and beyond for me and always does!Thank You and Kudos Joe!

    Pruitt Mechanical Services is the best!!! They came out to my house to install a humidifier, replace one of my smoke alarms and do an AC tune up. Very knowledgeable and polite.     Joe and his team are great! I originally called Pruitt to our home for some HVAC bids for our converted attic space. Then when our furnace went out a few months later I called his company back to address the issue. They installed a new Trane furnace for us, a new Trane AC unit, and a smart thermostat!     First thing that I would like to address is that many people say that they will show up when they can and never do.However Joe and his crew has said they would be there on many different occasions and have always come through for me.It did not matter if I was just wanting to get some odds and ends fixed they made time quickly .
