    The estimate they gave us was about 30% lower than the previous estimate I was given from two other roofers. My wife and I decided to go with them based on their experience with insurance and industry knowledge. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this business. Whole team was so wonderful to us, respected our lawn, covered our garden during the process and worked quickly. The final amount we owed was a great surprise, they had insurance take off a nice chunk with how they filed the claim for us.

    Great experience with the entire Windy City staff. These guys work very hard especially the roofing installers. It a very dangerous job big blessing to those guys.     This is a great company to work with, they are honest about what I was getting upfront, commutative when I had any questions, and super easy to reach.There are a lot of bad solar companies out there that promise super low rates and cheap work for cheap cost. These guys are not that and for solar and roofing. Would recommend to my family friends.

    The Windy City Roofing Crew was very profesional. Jose showed up at 7am and put tarps up around the entire property and even moved my flower pots.     Everyone we dealt with from Windy City was very down to earth. If youre looking to get the work covered then its a good idea to take note that the claim process takes time. We learned first-hand that it takes weeks. We felt apprehensive at times but they assured us that things were going according to plan. We put our trust in them and they really made things happen for our home. Most of the work we needed done to our roof was covered, thankful we found this place and gave them a try.

    Extremely satisfied with the roofing job on our home in Downers Grove. The challenge was to remove our old cedar shakes and upgrade them. That ended up being no problem for the team here. Great attention to detail. Care was shown for both our property and our neighbors with a very good clean up. Pricing was very fair and the financing they offered really made getting the work done, much more financially management. Very customer friendly service with a great construction team.

    I first came in contact with Windy City when they were in my neighborhood working on another home. They came by and offered a free inspection of our roof. This was a few days after a massive storm went through our area. I felt like there was no harm in having them check it out so I agreed. They showed pictures of the damage and explained the process of having the repair covered through our insurance. They were able to get the approval from our insurance in about 1 week!. They replaced our old roof with new sturdy shingles. The workers did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely after too. This is something we would usually avoid doing because of how expensive it can be. With their help it was extremely affordable. We’re super thankful we took them up on the offer.

    It felt great that are home was finally approved after getting denied from our insurance in the past. Hard to describe the feeling you get when you know save lots of money and get repairs done on your home that you’ve wanted for a long time. Windy City was really on our side through this whole project. The inspection was completely free and so was all of the effort they made when filing a claim. Our new roof and siding ended up costing us way less than we ever imagined. We honestly thought there must be some hidden fee or something. There wasn’t though!! It was all covered by our insurance. Paula and Gino were great to work with. A huge thanks goes out to both of them.

    Very thankful that we were able to get our entire roof replaced because of all the effort these guys made. I was referred to Windy City after damage occurred to our roof during a windstorm. Gino and his team came out and inspected that roof, cost free. He handled all the filing needed for the claim with my insurance company. Later on he met with the insurance adjuster and went over the damage in person.The whole staff here was a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend them.

    Exactly what we wanted! They provided the most competitive estimate and got us some new siding and a new roof. We did not think our insurance would approve any of it because of failed attempts in the past. So it was surprising when they were able to get us a price reduction through State Farm. Windy City really was thorough about the claim, they took photos, videos and even had a drone come by and film around our property.

    They came by after the recent tornado in Naperville and at first I thought it was a scam. But I heard them out. Angelo told me about the services they offer and how they bring the pricing down to almost nothing out of pocket. I still was a bit hesitant but I gave them a try.
