Right before the big torrential rains hit this summer, I discovered my sewer line was broken and already full of water. Luckily i had insurance. Greg Hannah gave me the most reasonable quote when compared with another big name local plumber so i went with Greg Hannah! Luckily the quote fit within the amount my insurance would cover for the work. Nothing ever happens as fast as ideal but Greg Hannah secured the permits and got to the work as soon as they were able. The work took a few days since my line was deep under the street, but they got down there and did the repairs, taking lots of pictures as well that I could provide to my insurance. Greg Hannahs crew are punctual and hard-working! Thanks for everything :)

Wow, I cannot say enough good about this place. After realizing my water heater had an internal leak that would require total replacement, I asked neighbors for recommendations and called three places. Greg Hannah had the best price and was able to come out in less than 30 minutes. A team of two, Ed and Justin, were absolute pros who, frankly, worked their m- f- butts off to replace and repair everything necessary. My heater is in a very tight and awkward space, and they were able to work with everything. They were friendly, efficient, transparent, knowledgeable and took care of the problem, and more. I would definitely recommend, and would use their services again!

Had such a great experience! My neighbor told me that this was an honest company which was perfect because another company tried to sell me a huge fix for a small problem. Greg came in and explained what he would have to do. Made an appointment time for the following week to do the job. Showed up as promised and the two workers did the fixing of the problem in my kitchen sink. The house is old and there was a grease pit some place on my property. Since I didn’t know where the workers closed the pipe and made a new route for the sink to drain into the sewer. It took as long as predicted and it was even less than the estimated cost. So perfect! Everything was cleaned before the workers left. Everything was professionally completed. Thanks!! I will definitely use this company if anything ever needs more plumbing fixes.

Greg Hannah was absolutely great to work with! They were able to retrieve a snake rod that a previous plumber had left stuck in my sewer pipe. He not only obtained the building permit but also excavated in front of my house to get the rod out so my basement wouldnt flood again. Little did we know, the rod was stuck on 23 feet of root!! He sent me pictures and cleaned out my sewer pipe from the blockage of roots. As a busy full time nurse who isnt available during the day, Greg still completed the job, was reliable throughout the day, was great at returning phone calls, and was always on time. Greg and his professional plumbers were able to fix my unfortunate plumbing problem as a first time home owner at an affordable price. Everything was fixed very quickly, thank you so much! I highly recommend Hannahs plumbing to anyone!

I recently had a water heater go out at midnight on Friday night (great timing). Water was all over the basement floor so I was in a panic. I did not have a regular plumber so I contacted some big box stores from their websites and left messages for some local plumbers. The big box stores had an installation partner contact me with complete packages which seemed to be over priced and taking advantage of your situation. Some plumbers wanted to charge time and a half because it was Saturday. Greg from Greg Hannahs called me back in a few minutes, quoted a lower price than the big box stores and said he could have someone out within the hour. The installer was Mike who did a great job and cleaned up the area. The price charged was exactly what was quoted. By noon Saturday I had hot water and less stress. I will be contacting Greg Hannahs for any future plumbing needs.

They not only fixed the initial issues, they told me of other issues they saw and were very helpful and friendly along the way to come up with a plan to address my needs. The contractor was very friendly and informative on the things that he was going to do or why he would recommend to address. They were very professional and clean. I would recommend for plumbing, gas, and water heater installation/maintenance.

Awesome, old school plumbers. After I mistakenly called Mr. Rooter, and had them come out. They tried to charge me almost 900.00 and left my basement a mess & I still had my original problem >:( I called Greg Hannah. He had (2) techs. out the following morning who pinpointed the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up after themselves! Spent a fraction of the cost!!! Always support your local businesses! I had broken galvanized steel pipe in the wall. It had a large hole in it. I called them at 08:10am on the day before Thanksgiving. This required some difficult sawing of pipe and studs and making and installing fittings. They came, they fixed it all to code, they cleaned up thoroughly, and they left... before NOON. No service call charge that so many others charge. Just no-nonsense, professional work.

Highly Recommended! We had Greg come out to solve a significant water backup problem in our basement. We had had several other plumbing companies come out previously and none of the prior explanations made sense. Greg had a well thought out plan; the plumbers were professional, neat, timely and we had no water backup with the recent significant rains in Chicago. Despite old home syndrome (finding more to do than was initially anticipated,) the project was completed without a problem. They also moved our laundry room to a different part of the basement recently and have done multiple small repairs on faucets in our home. We will only call Greg Hannah Plumbing for future plumbing needs for our home!

Ed and Abe installed a new toilet for my husband and myself. They noticed that it wasnt flushing properly and the water was backing up in the bathtub. They discovered, after some investigation, that our pipes had tree roots blocking the pipes. I am thankful that their work was thorough.
