    Lee was extremely knowledgeable and truly a professional operator on many types of heavy equipment. He’s reliable, reasonably priced and the quality of his work is superb! Highly recommend Prestine for just about any type of land clearing, grading, excavating and building or maintenance on roads.

    We have worked with Lee twice now for clearing on our lot and will continue to use him for future services. I found that Lee was very responsive and accountable for his service.     Lee Tuttle has been nothing but professional and skilled in navigating our work site. After wading through unreasonable quotes from other companies, we were grateful for his fair bid and competitive pricing. He went above and beyond to communicate with us as we needed to rely on his expertise in making decisions along the way. The finished work of his team exceeded our expectations! He selectively cleared undergrowth and deadwood, increasing the value of our property. I highly recommend Pristine Clearing and will be contacting Lee again when other projects arise.     Professional, detail oriented, high quality work.Lee completed all the grading around my new barn, and built a beautiful round pen for my horse. The dirt work was extensive and Lee made sure it was a quality job. Also had him clear trees and the work there was also excellent. He has a crew that is kind, considerate and detailed. Overall, Lee is a great choice for any work you need done from land clearing, to welding and carpentry! In fact, we just hired him for another project!

    Lee, the owner of Pristine Clearing is extremely dependable and honest. He cleared our property of cedar trees, leveled an area on our property to build our home. He also ran the water and electric to our new home. He also put in our driveway. After we had gutters put on the home, we had him put in 4” drain pipe underground to keep the water away from the house. His next project is to put up a 4’ high wrought iron fence for our dogs. I would rate him 5 stars on everything he has done for us.

    My husband and I are very happy with the land that Lee and Angle cleared for us. They listen to what we wanted - namely we wanted to shred the Cedars and dry/downed trees and brush, but only mulch the grass. Theyre fee was also very reasonable. We will definatly have them back as we clear more of our land.

    Our project consisted of ten acres of land to be selectively cleared. We wanted the live oaks to remain and the significant number of juniper ash mulched.
