They have consistently provided excellent service, helping us select appliances, water heaters, water softeners, filters and other supplies, installing those appliances, and in providing routine maintenance services. Their work is guaranteed and they stand by it. They have responded quickly to all of our plumbing-related emergencies, such as leaks from frozen water lines.     Asa was extremely professional and performed a top notch assessment. He had very high quality equipment. He was able to see farther into the pipes than other companies, and he found clean out points that another company said didn’t exist, resulting in a much more accurate and cost effective solution than we had been previously offered. We really appreciate the feedback he provided. We now have a much better understanding of our situation with the pipes.

    Brad and Asa responded to our request for plumbing system checks. Brad quickly identified a leak source and made solution recommendations. Additionally, at my request, he checked out my water tank pressure gauge, advising the technical requirements to upgrade and increase the system water pressure throughout my house. The next day, Brads colleague Asa came over to reset the pressure. During the process he determined that the basement sump pump had failed, recommended replacing it----which was done shortly before he left. Brad and Asa provided exceptionally professional service and I will definitely call them again if/when the need arises. Theyre good folks.

    Cannot recommend enough. Ive contacted several plumbers about capping off a gas line and none of them responded. Brad contacted me right away and scheduled an appointment within days (and was super gracious when I needed to change the time last minute.)Asa showed up right on time (and as others have mentioned, I loved the text notification and tracker so I knew when to expect him.) Super knowledgable and friendly and was so kind to explain things to me when I had zero clue about any of them.The issue was resolved within a half hour and it was way less than I expected. He also did multiple safety checks afterwards which was comforting considering it was a gas line!For the ladies: as a woman alone in the house, I felt super comfortable and got only wholesome and kind vibes. My sister also has used them before and said she felt the same.Will definitely use them again if I need any of their services! I wish all service companies would be like this!

    What a great company. Notification was spot on. They send a notice when the plumber is on his way and you can track his progress to your home. (Surprisingly, a nice feature--works well) The plumber identified my problem, figured out how to fix it and got to work. He had to be a contortionist to get to everything, but did it without complaint and with good humor. I would certainly feel confident recommending Finish Line to anyone.

    From start to finish, this was a far less hectic process than I thought it would be. We bought a house that had a water softener in the garage, so I was concerned about the lines freezing during winter, but worried about the process of moving it. Brad came out and looked at it very quickly, put my mind at ease about the process and gave me a fair price. 2 business days later, Steve was at my house to do the work.     Came home Christmas Eve to a burst pipe streaming water into our downstairs. It could’ve ruined Christmas but finish line was quick to arrive, quick to diagnose, and quick to repair. We had the water back by dinner time Christmas Day . Our plumber was knowledgeable and good at explaining what he was doing before he did it so we could consent to everything. The price was very reasonable for an emergency call on a major holiday. All in all I would highly recommend and would use them again in a second - just hopefully for planned work rather than emergency :)

    I called Brad to fix a septic drainage issue at my mom’s house. Within 2 hours his son Asa arrived to fix the issue. After scheduling the appointment I received a text message with a link for an estimated arrival time and and a tracker so I could see his progress enroute. The existing drain line was not sloped correctly which was causing the septic to back up. Asa got the line dug up and within a few hours everything was repaired and back in service.     Finish Line came out on short notice on a Sunday for a clogged sewer drain. Other companies were unavailable. They were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. Great tracking app so you know where your technician is in relation to your location. Highly recommend as there are plenty of plumbing companies out there, but they are not all the same; they say they fix it and 24 hours later—same problem.     Finish Line plumbing was great. They answered the phone even when I called on a holiday weekend. Service was scheduled for Monday. They arrived near the beginning of the block of time they scheduled. They were clean and kept the area they were working in very clean. That is difficult to do when you are clearing a sewer. They explained to me what was going on the entire time and didnt leave until they had thoroughly tested the job was complete. You can spend years looking for someone you trust to recommend what you need and get the job done right the first time, I believe I might have found that with Finish Line.

I went through my home warranty company and while the home warranty company was a pain, Brad from Finish line Plumbing was great. He came out the next morning, text me on his way so i could see his estimated arrival time, which was well within the 2 hour window he had provided. My water tank was old and needed to be replaced. He worked with my home warranty company to get it approved and replaced on the following Monday afternoon. He even fixed a small leak under my sink for no extra cost. I could not be happier with my experience with Finish Line Plumbing.
