    I’d highly recommend Bravo AV for any home entertainment or sound systems. Ive now hired Bravo AV to install ceiling speakers throughout my house, a TV surround sound entertainment system, outdoor speakers for my backyard, and most recently an outdoor TV setup. None of these projects were simple or cut and dry, but they pulled them off beautifully. I’ve worked closely with Jack and Albert and they’ve made sure each of the projects was done perfectly, no corners cut. They’ve gone the extra mile to hook my house up and I’ll be using them for whatever I decide to do next.I’ll also add that any time I’ve needed help, the guys respond right away or make a trip to my house. They take pride in their work. 10/10.

    I recently renovated my entire first floor and wanted to redo my family room TV setup, as well as have music throughout the first floor and outside. Tom at Bravo AV did a phenomenal job with the design, and his team executed a clean and precise installation.One delightful surprise was discovering that Tom also offers beautiful recessed lights, which completely transformed the rooms ambiance. I highly recommend Tom and his team at Bravo AV. They provided a great design with top-notch gear, all installed to perfection.

    BravoAv is great! We had them come look at existing built in speakers that came with the house we purchased and design/install a Sonos sound system that would work with them. At the same time, they also helped us upgrade our whole-home wifi and install a new TV in our home gym. The owner (Jack) was extremely responsive and timely and his guys who came to install were very accommodating of last minute changes/requests. Highly recommend!

    We kicked out Cable and upgraded with the help of Bravo A/V!Like many, we have been struggling with all the Streaming services, and cable, and multiple remotes, and old tech TVs.     We have been using Bravo AV for almost 15 years. A few bigger projects but mostly smaller ones. They treat us like an important customer every time and always follow through. Everyone is kind, helpful and very professional. The workmanship is always perfect! The guys who come out are great, always professional and know what they are doing. Our newest tv has a really cool frame that Ricky recommended and helped me chose. We absolutely love how it transformed the space. Nick, Albert and David are great at what they do and even have time to pet the dogs! They are very precise and adjusted everything until I was perfectly satisfied with how the new tv looked.     The team at BravoAV did an outstanding job in setting up the Video and Audio systems in our new home that we just purchased. They were able to customize the design and product mix to meet all of our needs, and I cannot say enough great things about the team that came to install, Albert in particular who was with us for everything. By far the most professional, knowledgeable, and just plain nice Individuals that we have ever worked with for this type of installation. They answered every question, solved every installation nuance that they were presented, and everything worked seamlessly. In fact, Thanksgiving was the first time that we had the whole extended family visiting us, and everything worked perfectly - upstairs, downstairs, kitchen, living room - It was a joy to see and experience.     Recently our cable company replaced all of our equipment, modem, set top boxes etc. Once that process was complete, my main TV would no longer work. The cable company verified that the new box was working properly then told me there was nothing they could do. I called Bravo and they sent a tech that quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution that worked. The tech was very knowledgable and friendly / easy to work with. I recommend Bravo to anyone who needs help with an issue whether you bought the equipment from Bravo or not.

    I had a great experience working with the team from BravoAV. The estimates and pricing are transparent and the quality of the product & services are superior. While the cost is definitely on the higher end, you are getting a high-end service in return.Overall, the team is extremely responsive and willing to fine tune any small problems I have over time.     Jack is pleasant talk with and is great at customizing your AV needs to the project recommendation. Albert and his team did an amazing job integrating Sonos audio throughout my home. I needed surround sound in my living room, in-ceiling speakers in multiple other rooms, and outside speakers. The system they picked for me is easy to work with and sounds amazing. They were also able to help me route an ethernet cable into a hard to reach area of my home for better connection using hard wire. Would highly recommend BravoAV to others.

    I have hired Bravo for a few projects over the years. Each experience has been top notch. They are very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and willing to work with you regarding design and budget. My latest experience was a WiFi issue. They worked with me on the phone that day to try and resolve the problem and when they couldn’t someone came to the house that day to replace what turned out to be a faulty router. This was a small ticket item so I was really pleased at the quick response. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my interactions with Bravo and strongly recommend them.

    Bravo has been my go to for over a decade. They have installed cable, Sonos and a movie theatre in our home. They have also helped us set up our apartment in NYC. The team makes a point to come look at the project/idea and then come up with a plan. They are always fair and honest. They also show up quickly in person or even via FaceTime to troubleshoot any problem I have had.I also always recommend Bravo to my clients.     I recently purchased an AV system from Bravo in July 2020. I was impressed with the reviews I read concerning their professionalism, attention to detail and most important for me, service. On Friday (1/5/21) I contacted Bravo close to 6:00 pm and spoke to Ricky, one of Bravo’s technicians. I advised him that I was having a problem with no picture on my tv unit. He tried to help me over the phone; however, we were unable to resolve the problem. Ricky’s workday was done and he was ready to leave and travel home to South Jersey. However, he chose to come to my house and correct the problem. This was service above and beyond what I had anticipated when I contracted with Bravo. As with my first review; they are the best!

    Jack and his crew were outstanding right from the beginning of our project to the end. Jack came out personally and looked at our outdoor space and made some very helpful recommendations. There was never an upsell to buy any equipment we didn’t need. He was very responsive to any and all inquiries and stayed in touch thru the completion of the project. On the day of the install his crew were phenomenal. They made sure to walk me thru how to control everything as well as replacing my old WiFi network with a new one.     I never give out five star reviews.However I gave bravo four stars.One star for outstanding service, second star for courteous and flexible sales team helping me achieve my dreams of outdoor audio system. In this day of Age having a technical issue and not getting a response quickly is a nightmare. I had a simple human error problem on my end which bravo came out and corrected within a day!     Ricky and his team have helped me and my family multiple times over the last few years with hanging TVs, dropping wires, and setting up all of our Sonos system and other sound systems. They have always been great about being on top of everything and coming to the house within days of calling them about a new project.At the end of the day, there is no better team out there than these guys. They are extremely thorough and the end product is always perfect. Not only do they hang the TVs make sure they are in the perfect spot on the wall, but they take the time after this to ensure every aspect of the TV is set up with the WiFi, apps, and anything else needed. This leads to their expertise with the Sonos systems. After they installed the Sonos around the house in each room, Ricky set them up on the network and ensured they were synced up - I didn’t have to do anything and everything worked perfectly when he left.The best part of this process while working with Ricky and the rest of the guys was the fact that they took time out of their day weeks before we moved in to come scope out the house and walk through it with me. I told him what I was thinking for what I wanted in each room and he worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got the best of everything. We went room by room and planned out exactly what we were going to do, where we were going to put the speakers and where the TVs were going to go. We also went through the backyard and figured out exactly what we needed to make sure we had a solid sound system outside. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.As you can tell, I highly recommend BravoAV and the entire team. They have always done a great job and they really care. They don’t just come to your house and hang the TV and leave - they sit there with you and make sure everything is as you wanted and that you are comfortable working everything for once they are gone.     I have wanted an outdoor TV and great audio on my patio for years now but struggled with what to buy, how to mount it, and get it all connected properly. Bravo installed a 65 Samsung full sun TV for me with a Sonos sound bar that would then link with Sonos ports to my existing patio and rock speakers. They advised me on what to do to meet my needs and were timely in getting it installed. The work was neatly done with care and attention to detail and although it was a sizeable investment IT WAS WORTH IT. Loving the TV and Bravo is a company I would easily recommend to others. Trust these guys to do the job! As soon as I can convince my wife to do another project inside, Ill 100% call Bravo.

    Greate experience with Bravo - we bought and had a new 65 Sony TV and sound bar mounted and had them connect previously-installed ceiling speakers as the rear surround - each step of the process from the initial walkthrough, sales/design, customization of peripherals and installation were great.     Was having some major remodeling work done (2012) that included 4 wall mounted screens. This work was included in my contract with the general contractor. They located Bravo, who came in the middle of construction, and reviewed my needs, quickly provided a proposal and proceeded to work with the general in an efficient manner. Their equipment and installation was of the highest quality. Still working today (2017), without any problems.

    Dear Tom,We decided to update our home television and Wifi service to prepare for a COVID winter. Ricky came to the house to determine what our Internet needs were, which televisions we wanted to replace, and to check out our “pool house” for the same purpose. There was also an attempt to “combine” both house on the same Wifi and television service with Verizon. Although the TV service at the pool house will remain Comcast, they were able to connect the WiFi system with the main house. Numerous challenges were met by Ricky and Albert with expertise and commitment. They had to return a few times to fine tune the system but I am happy to say that it appears that all the kinks have been resolved. They both had tremendous patience when explaining how to operate the new systems to me.It was, for lack of a better word, a pleasure to have both Ricky and Albert working on our project.
