    I recently had the exterior of my home painted by 360 Painting of NWA. They did a phenomenal job! From start to finish, the team was incredibly patient and accommodating. Before we proceeded with the entire exterior, they completed a test section of our brick within the sunroom since we have weeping or extruded mortar. I was unsure how the painted finish would look. This thoughtful approach put me at ease and ensured I was confident in my decision.The owner, JT, was communicative and responsive throughout the process, and his project pricing was competitive. He truly delivered on his promises. His team of painters was respectful, kind, and managed to do amazing work even in the scorching 95+ degree heat. The crew did an excellent job taping off gutters, windows, and soffits, which showed their attention to detail - they did not rush!I am extremely happy with the service and results and would highly recommend 360 Painting to anyone looking for quality painting services.     360 did an awesome job on some sheetrock repair in my home following flood damage. J.T. was super easy to communicate with through text and to schedule with. He was able to send someone quickly for repair. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable and answering all my questions and explaining the process. Very considerate of my home protecting around the area and cleaning up. His workmanship was impeccable even improving a difficult area to patch due to limited accessibility! It now looks better than the builders left it originally! I would definitely recommend!

    Very happy the our experience we had with 360 Painting NWA! The front of our house needed a fresh coat of stain and they delivered! Below are before and after pics, prior the staining there was a lot of chipped paint and it looked warned out. I accepted the quote Sunday afternoon and the job was finished Wednesday! I would definitely do business with 360 Painting again, they took their time and did a professional job!

    Great flexibility with our project. When paint color and project details needed to be adjusted, JT was great to work with. Worked with us to make sure paint sheen and quality were consistent around the house. Only concerns were that the caulking (exterior of home siding) was a bit rough in some places, could have been done smoother to be less noticeable, and there was a small amount of trash left behind. Other than that, very pleased with the result.

    We had a great overall experience with 360 Painting of NWA. Our paint job was far from straight forward: original 1940s wood siding with a number of areas that required minor carpentry and a little creativity. The sales rep did a great job customizing, itemizing, and adjusting the bid so we could understand exactly what we were paying for as the project developed. He was also readily available via phone or text throughout the process. The crew was polite and hardworking and worked quickly to complete the job in about 2 weeks. Were very happy with the quality of the work overall and would recommend 360 Painting to anyone seeking a bid for exterior paint jobs.

    JT and his crew are very professional, very thorough, and reasonably priced. We recently acquired an older home. Popcorn ceilings, old paneling...kind of gross. Although a challenge, they managed to remove the ceiling popcorn re-paint it and make the place look new again. My only regret is we didnt repaint all the kitchen cabinets because, while new, they now look drab compared to the new interior. Very flexible, good communication, highly recommend.

    Kurt sets the bar for customer service. We had our 3-bedroom house walls painted. His studious inspection throughout the process was impressive. He checked the smallest imperfections and had his team resolve them before asking for payment. Shawn is learning all of his fathers habits. Salvador and Oscar were swift, accurate, respectful, and careful. The entire process was simple: choosing a sheen, color, and base paint (of theirs or any on the market); scheduling a date; multiple checks to ensure customer satisfaction; and final walk-through for one last assurance before payment. The price was fair, and the work was exemplary. Cabinetry and appliances were properly taped off with plastic, two coats were applied for quality, and over 1700 sq. ft. of space was painted in three days. The quote was per room, in person, not a flat rate, based on difficulty and other factors and requests. I infinitely suggest Kurt, Shawn, Salvador, and Oscar for a professional, quality paint job.

    JT and his crew did a great job. JT was able to recommend options for paints at various price points and was also able to get his painters to our home to do the job quickly. They painted large areas of my exterior siding and trim and tore out and replaced caulking in our bathrooms and showers.     We came across 360 painting at the NWA Outdoor Show a couple of years ago. Lindsey promptly gave us a quote for outdoor house painting within 2 days of request. She is very responsive to all our queries. Unfortunately, painting our house got relegated to the back burner because we incurred damages to our roof due to the tornado. Finally last year when we were ready to move forward with the painting job, they honored the two year old price they initially quoted us. This is such a nice gesture on their end. The painters at 360 Painting are highly professional, quick and meticulous. They didn’t fail to clean thoroughly during and after the project. Our 40 year old house has been refreshed with a brand new exterior paint.

    We needed some work done for our ceiling and walls in our new home and they were able to get the work done to our needs and it was a great finish too. The popcorn ceiling removal was really nice when they finished that and retextured the ceiling. Also one of our walls needed to be touched up and they got that fixed up. Bathroom work was really good too, we didn’t like the previous color/texture in there so we added that to the project as well. They discussed all these updates we wanted and got it done to our liking pretty quick! The itemized estimate was also really handy to be able to see and reference back too with what we wanted to go ahead with on the project.

    We couldnt be happier - JT measured the space and got us a quote within 15 minutes, before even leaving our house. I tried to get multiple quotes and the other two professionals did not measure anything and also took 2 days to get back to me - actually one man never got back to me at all. And while it was a small job, JTs crew was very professional and treated it with the same priority as a larger project. We will definitely use 360 in the future.

He even had a gadget that matched the color of an outside panel I needed painted to the existing front door color.     360 did a phenomenal paint job on our staircase rails, crown molding, wood trim, door trim, doors, corner nook, and baseboard. The painters were extremely polite and work very hard by never taking any breaks. If they did take breaks it must have been very short and quick. they were never loud or obnoxious, kept to themselves, and just continued to work diligently. The best I can say it or sum it up is, that the painters were hardworking and professional. Shawn the 360 project manager was very sweet and attentive to paying attention while walking with me about my painting project for my house. Very lovely young man.     We are engaged in a huge remodel that includes a significant number of custom wood cabinets to stain. Of the companies we investigated, Kurt and his expert team came in for 1/3 the cost of other outfits, and were super flexible as we scheduled around unexpected delays. Once the work started, it was professional and quick. Kurt was incredibly responsive to all of our requests and even offered insightful suggestions for how we could improve the project. When the work finished they left us with a beautiful new set of cabinets that looked exactly as we had imagined.     Kurt and the crew at 360 Painting of NWA were fantastic! Before listing my home the realtor recommended the entire interior be repainted but I was working against a relocation deadline. Kurt was able to meet with me to walk through what was needed, help me pick colors which would show off the house and then schedule a crew to come in the following week. The crew was professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. I expected the job to be both time consuming and expensive given my tight timeline and the fact that they had to paint over dark/boldly painted walls but they finished in under a week and they were very competitively priced.     I contacted Kurt while living I was living out of state prior to the closing of our home. I was under a time restriction among not having access to the house and needed a quote before escrow closing. The job was all wood floor base boards, door and window casings be painted white. Its a tricky job especially if the wood has deep wood grains running through the trim. Kurt and I figured out a way he could see the house via the internet so that he could submit a contract. I loved having the option of seeing, delete, or adding to my contract online.Once escrow closed, Kurt meet me at my house to view or make adjustments to the paint job. Kurts crew, was on time every day, professional, quick and very good. They did everything that was agreed to on the contract. They cleared their working area of any trash, paint, etc... and left my house clean. Ive asked Kurt to give me quotes on future painting jobs in my house, which he did and submitted it online. I can look at the contract at anytime and schedule my next painting job when Im ready. Thanks Kurt and the 360 team for a job well done! :)

    We are very cautious and tedious regarding work on our home. Interviewed 3 painters to paint our guest bathroom.....knowing we had a whole house to paint, but wanting to be sure.     We were in a bind to get the outside of our house and outside building painted before a party for our 50th wedding anniversary. We called 360 Painting, and Kurt came out promptly and gave us an estimate that was in line with other estimates we had received. We agreed to terms, selected the paint colors, and set the schedule.     Kurt and his crew were very professional. The crew arrived right on time and certainly were pros at their jobs. They moved the furniture and removed large wall hangings and also items in a high hard to reach area. After the absolute perfect job, they replaced all the furniture and wall items including moving a large concrete statute to a different room. We hadnt been able to move it for years! Kurt did a walk-thru after they were finished. The quoted price was exactly what he charged and completion right on schedule.     Kurt Southworth was simply a pleasure to work with. We originally reached out to 360 Painting of NWA in August 2017 but decided to delay this project due to others that took precedent. From our initial call, Kurt promptly came to our home and assessed the needs. Our home needed Masonite replacement in some areas as well as a complete exterior paint job. Our home has some very steep pitches to work with too. None of this deterred Kurt. After a thorough walk around with notes taken he left our home, promising a quick turnaround for a quote. The wonderful thing about hiring Kurt is that he handles all the required work through him. He subcontracted the repair work and this was part of the quote as well. One stop shop!! Fast forward to January 2019. We were finally ready to move forward. We contacted Kurt and picked up where we left off. His quote remained about the same. He did have the sub contractor come back out to see if there was any significant changes in the structure and there was not. Kurt sent a revised quote and we got things moving. Kurt’s team did a great job. They worked efficiently and kept the job site clean. Kurt was open to our feedback (we texted him) when we came home each night and he made the necessary adjustments. We were beyond pleased with the end result! Our house is beautiful with a fresh coat of paint and all repairs completed. Look no further. Call 360 Painting of NWA.

    I highly recommend 360 Painting! I recently purchased a new home and planned on painting it myself. I got overwhelmed with the amount of things I needed to do so I started checking on local painters. It seemed unrealistic to hire a painter from any company until I began speaking with one of 360 Painting’s Managers, Bill. Bill went out of his way to make everything perfect for me, and gave me a great deal! The painters worked very hard and went above and beyond to make my house look great. I mainly wanted two rooms painted, but they worked so efficiently that I ended up getting a hallway painted as well. On top of that, they swept and mopped my floors, moved furniture, and did a lot of little extra things that nobody would usually think about. They still got done over an hour early, and the paint job looked fantastic! I would reccomend this company to anyone. They work well with you to make sure you get exactly what you want for a good price!

    Kurt and his team did an incredible job on our church sanctuary. Extremely prepared, informative, and professional. I appreciated the way he listened to our needs and after getting measurements, presented an extremely detailed, and accurate estimate via PDF report. After the job, we did a walkthrough where we noticed a couple very minor spots that needed a touch up (to be expected on a large job). The next day was Sunday and we had a baptism where some of the trim paint got wet. I contacted Kurt and he very kindly had the team come back on Tuesday to restore the paint job. We are very pleased with 360 Painting of NWA and look forward to using them on future jobs.

    We used this business to paint the walls and ceilings of our living room, kitchen,and halls. We have textured walls, bull nosed corners, varying ceiling heights, and an open floor plan. The owner of business, Kurt Southworth, was extremely professional and personal from start to finish. As a courtesy, he sent over color consultants, a very knowledgeable couple with 30 plus years in the paint and wallpaper business. The color consultants helped us pick a lovely color for our house, a color I would have never picked out on my own. They looked at our flooring, countertops, cabinets color, furniture, art work, and architecture (ceiling height and room dimensions) to help us select a color scheme. I was unsure about the color, but once my furniture and pictures were back in place, I absolutely loved the color, warm and rich, and complimentary to my decor.We were told 2 days to paint, and it was a 2 day process, with a few other quick meeting times for touch ups and a final walkthrough. The painters arrived at the scheduled time each morning, and with the exception of a forgotten donut box, left our house very tidy. They accidentally broke the tilt wand of our one of blinds, I mentioned it to Mr. Southworth, who without any hesisation told me it would be repaired. He found and ordered the piece online immediately. The quality of paint was superior and he works with colors from Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore. The actual painting was done well. The consistency of paint is smooth, the lines are clean.We were most impressed with the 6 bullnose corners and the resulting clean lines between paint colors on our textured walls. Very straight lines. That was one of the major reasons we wanted to hire a company to paint the main areas.After the 2 day job, Mr. Southworth asked us to make a list of anything we want the painter to come back and touch up. Together the 3 of us walked around the house and a painter touched up corners, straightened the crown molding lines, peeled off little bits of tape left behind...My one and only complaint - We were told to leave nails in the walls where had pictures hanging. If there was no nail, it would be filled in and painted over. Existing nails would stay in place. The painting crew ended up removing all the nails and patching those holes as well. But all in all, it is something I can overlook, due to the quality of the work done, and the professionalism and courtesy of which Mr. Southworth conducts business.
