I have been searching for an electrician since I moved to NWA. I am so happy to have found Emperial Electric. A neighbor shared their co tact with me because they had had a great experience and now I will be happy to do the same. David was professional and so helpful. He did excellent work. We are so pleased with him and the overall experience with this company. They came when they said they’d come and Amanda was super friendly and helpful too

I have used imperial even before it was imperial. I’ve known Jose and Emmanuel for years. They do all of my electrical work. They are so trustworthy that I don’t even get two other bids from other electrical companies because I know they’re work ethic and loyalty and they’re given to small detail. Honesty, loyal, integrity, credibility, or just a few synonymous terms that I would use to describe this company. I suggest them for their professionalism, their courtesy, and their attitude towards the general contractor.

These folks have been amazing. We recently moved to NW AR, had an issue prior to moving in, they were on it in a heartbeat. Recently had another issue with home we purchased. The guys that came out were great. Went above and beyond in resolving the one issue we had . They are responsible and responsive. They are our go to!
