Were still very early into our Roth home, but are loving it thus far. The design fits the modern family well, and several within the industry have commented on what seems to be a very quality built home. However, so much of any buying experience these days relies heavily on the people. Roth was excellent to work with all around, but one guy in particular went above and beyond (Matt Scott). There were a lot of changes and moving parts coming down the home stretch of construction. Matt made himself available each and every time we had questions, or wanted to meet to discuss something. He offered help himself, took responsibility/accountability of things that needed improved without being prompted, and consistently stood by his word. Its extremely hard to find people like Matt, but when it comes to building/purchasing a home, those are the type of people you hope to be able to deal with. Well done Homes by Roth, continue to invest in your people!

We just moved into our custom home in downtown Bentonville. While we got off to a shaky start, all resolved primarily due to the Job Superintendent Omar Meza. The shaky part was getting all the upgrades on paper and communication. Omar built us a beautiful home and we thank him for his attention to detail and all his hard work!
