    When you have a vacation rental, guests can be hard on the pipes. This is the second time they’ve saved the day for me and my guests. Not to mention, it’s a Saturday. Last time it was 4th of July weekend… When guest are only here a few days, every hour counts. I called for an emergency and they treat as such. They were here in under an hour both times and got the job done without causing any major inconvenience to the guests. It’s feels good to know that I have these guys to count on in situations such as this.

    Called Ballard Sewer Cleaning for a sewer line blockage that was causing a backup in the drain lines. After getting off the phone at approx 815am they were at my house by 930am that same day fixing the problem. Javione and Korey were able to identify the problem and more importantly FIX the problem in a prompt and professional way. Would strongly recommend Ballard for ANY sewer line issues!

    I’ve been using these guys for a few years at various houses. They can do sewer lines, interior drainage issues, etc. They are also always an available when you need them. Other places take a week. If you have any plumbing / drainage issues give them a call and don’t waste your time with other places.

    I had water coming up from my basement drain at random times. Had two plumbers from well known local companies out who could not detect any problems. After my 3rd basement flood, I called Harold Ballard Sewer Cleaning. Shane and Eric were out the next morning, snaked my drain, detected two clogs that were causing the backups, were in and out in less than a half hour. Great service from these guys.

    These guys were absolutely amazing! They showed up early and were soo professional. I’ve been without a working toliet for two weeks and have had two other companies out to “fix” the issue. Suffice it to say after major expense on my part the problem wasn’t resolved. I called Ballard and they were here the next day and worked till they resolved my issue, even going into my crawl space to check pipes. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and will use them again should the need arise!

    The guys are professional and friendly. Weve had Eric and Korey out and both were fantastic. I highly recommend this company. The prices are very reasonable and they have come out on short notice.

    Eric and his crew always get to the job as soon as possible, sometimes they are able to fit you in their schedule same day. They are very reasonably priced and get straight to work. They are friendly and know what they are doing. I have used them multiple times on different rental properties and refer him to friends and family all the time. He has saved me multiple times when tenets have sewer issues. 10/10 would recommend!!

    I had a plumbing problem, my basement was getting flooded. My normal guy couldnt make it. A relative told me about these guys. I was not disappointed. I called them and he took my name, number and address. They were at my home within a half an hour. He came in and excess the problem, brought his equipment and got to work. He was finished in about 15 minutes. It was a good fair price. The guys were very respectful, I would use them over and over again.

    There is no one else I could call for my sewer needs. These guys are the absolute best. I have used them multiple times over the last few years and recommend them to anyone in need. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and get the job done!! I would recommend them over and over again!

    Ive used his service before and loved his work. I called again after moving to a new location and they got the work done quickly. I would have given them 5 stars but the cost was much higher than expected. I was told it was because of the drive they had to increase the price. That was unfortunate because now I will most likely look for another company in the future.

    I can think of no other company I would contact if I had drain issues besides Harold Ballard Sewer Cleaning. I have used them at my place of business, Parrett Company, and this week I had a floor drain that was plugged and another that was slow. I called Harold Ballard sewer cleaning last SATURDAY night to leave a message that I had a couple of drains that needed to be cleaned out and to my astonishment, someone answered the phone!!! Even more astonishing was that someone was at my house first thing Monday morning to clean my drains! One hour later I had two floor drains that were draining properly along with my main drain to the street having been cleaned out.The price? A lot less than I thought it was going to be!What can I say about Harold Ballard Sewer Cleaning??? Professional, well-trained, punctual, friendly, efficient, cost effective, are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of this company and its owner and staff.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with drain issues.

    Of course, our sewer line backed up around 4:30 PM on Saturday, July 2, a long holiday weekend. We had a house full of guests and business hours service wouldnt be available until Tuesday morning. We power dialed about a dozen companies and received only after hours/weekend recordings, until we lucked across Ballard Harold. Eric to the rescue! Despite already having had a long day, with his staff techs already maxed out, Eric suited up and drove down from Benton Harbor to save our weekend. He cleaned out our line in minutes and even charged us less than he easily could have for an after hours holiday service call. Superb.

    WOW! Nice and fast and VERY good service. Even helped me on the phone before coming out to determine if it was a filled up septic OR a clogged sewer line. Turned out to be a clogged sewer line.     A local plumbing company quoted me 3x what Ballard did. I called after normal business hours and Harold answered quickly. He was able to fit me in the very next morning. Harold and his guys arrived exactly on time, had my sewer main cleared out in less than 45 minutes, and cleaned up before they left. 5/5 stars and highly recommend.

    Great help with clearing out the sewer line. The bushes roots grow into the sewer pipeline. They go to the clean-out access clear out the line quickly. The bathroom doesnt drain out and clear out properly. Have used them often. They do a good job.Sincerely. Betsy G.
