They’re just superb and if you got a job at hand call them ….. Amazing folks .. my water heater started flooding my garage … found it in the evening … they showed up in 5 mins (after hours) and by morning I had a brand new unit installed and taken care of … I barely noticed any disruptions thanks to these amazing folks (Everett and his team) … they took care of all the communication. It was such a great experience with something that could have gone wrong in so many ways … HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 💫

As an interior designer I work with so many trades in the construction industry, and Celey’s is a standout. With my interactions with the various teams at Celey’s, my expectations have been exceeded time and time again. From customer service and scheduling, to site work team, to service to trim out, the people show talent and kindness, find solutions before presenting a problem, leave the jobsite cleaner than they found or, I could go on and on. Warranty company initially sent another plumbing company that wanted us to wait 3 days for install after we’d already waited 3 days for their tech to come out to officially diagnose that our water heater needed replacing. Celeys sent to techs out the same day they were called and they efficiently completed the needed replacement. That’s what I call being prepared to do business. Celeys is a wonderful company and every team member I interacted with was/is A+. Celeys is now my preferred plumbing company. Thank you.

We bought a new house and after two years, the water heater started showing an error code. It still heated water, just not using the energy efficient heat pump. I saw the Celeys sticker on the side of the unit so I gave them a call. The technician I spoke with was very familiar with the problem and said the heater itself would be covered under warranty, but not labor as it had been installed for over a year. Thats fair - its not Celeys fault that the water heater failed. They installed it correctly. However, the manufacturer would need some troubleshooting done before they issued a return authorization. He said that while Celeys would be glad to do it, they would have to charge for a service call and he suggested that I do it myself to save some money. I contacted the manufacturer, and sure enough, they had me run through a series of steps before they determined a full replacement would be needed. I gave Celeys all the information and within a few days they got the new unit from the supplier and called me to schedule the swap. The two technicians that showed up were courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They had the new unit installed within a couple hours. The longest part of the job was waiting for the old unit to finish draining. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing job in the future.

Celey installed a walk-in shower with bench. They had to move the drain line and suggested moving the supply lines to be able to stand outside the shower to turn the water on. (Its previous location was beside the toilet which made it difficult to reach the handles from the outside). Paul was awesome! He stood by his job and ensured everything was done properly and timely. I can not thank you enough for helping me get this project completed!
