    Joe showed up when he said he would. He called a half hour before arriving. He serviced our heat pump and installed the digital thermostat that I had tried to install. I would never have figured it out because there was a wiring issue at the heat pump that he took care of.Im very pleased with the service provided and will use Alpha Home Services again.

    Great service, fair pricing and they havent tried to sell me a new unit to replace my antique r22 AC unit. They just fixed my problem and offered advice which is appreciated. They also have been able to get to our home same day which is a major plus here in Arizona during the summer. Overall I would do business with them again.

    A good company to use if you prefer local to Benson. They were able to fix the issues with my furnace very quickly and looked at my fireplace and cap the gaslight converting it back to wood all in the same day.

    Alpha HVAC has always provided fast and efficient service to our home. They installed a mini split in one of the bedrooms for a very reasonable price. We called when one of the air conditioners at our house weren’t working and they were able to come out a day later and fix the issues. I have found all of their technicians to be friendly, professional and informative and their customer service is stellar. I would definitely recommend them!

    Ive known the owner for years through school and previous employment, so the trust is already there, but I understand that as business grows he cant be everywhere at every call so when I tried to fire up my AC for the season and it made angry electrical noises, I wasnt looking forward to making the call. None the less he got me on the the schedule the same day and sent his tech Steve to help me out. He showed up in the promised time, diagnosed a bad cap, had one on the truck, replaced my bad one and my unit fired to life. He let me know that my unit was almost 20 years old with the wonderful R22 and so I was probably on borrowed time, but never once pushed to sell me a whole new system, just fixed me up and told me I should probably start thinking about it. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Spent 3 days trying to contact an electrician, went to Facebook to ask for recommendations, people were very happy with Alpha.1 a real person answered the phone🙂2. In less then2 hrs.     We had snow and freezing temperatures last night, our power was out for three hours, and after the power was restored at 8 pm our heater, would not come back on. It was 21° at 7 AM this morning and our house was cold! The service was fast and friendly, I scheduled with Alpha at noon today, they said they’d be here between 3-5 pm, they were able to come before 3 PM and had my heater up and running within 20 minutes.     Te electric went off and on several times one afternoon and so my furnace went off and on several times. It caused my furnace to shut off. I had to call Alpha. They came out and, fixed it in a short time, he also taught me how to flip the switch to turn it back on if it happened again. The gentleman that came out was very nice and also very helpful.     Alpha HVAC installed a 4 ton heat pump on my home. They diagnosed my old unit and showed me where the major issues were with it. Gave me repair options for the old unit and quoted me price for a new Trane unit. No sales pressure what so ever! I chose to replace it. They had me up and running it two days. Prompt, efficient and courteous. This is the second time I have used this business and I will certainly be a return customer.

    The heat sure feels great. Braxan was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. The only question I have is I’m not sure the blower motor was bad? He checked it and it went to ground so he changed it and when he checked the new one it did the same so then he went further and found that the board was the problem. ?? Thank you

    I called Blake on short notice after continual Freon leak that would not be fixed after multiple expensive visits by another local company. The AC was blowing hot in the heat of the summer! Blake and his partner came out in the DARK and found the leak with no difficulties! To top it off the leaking part was under warranty all along! He did the work to research the parts and make sure we didnt pay. He didnt have to do this and we would have never known. There after he fixed it right and we havent had a problem since!
